    Multi-Generational Family Trip

    The Hotel, large public bath, and meals were great. It was very convenient for getting anywhere, which was excellent. On the downside, the changing room felt quite small for the number of guests. Still, I would like to stay again.

    User-friendly Business Hotel

    Used for both business and sightseeing. The Hotel was conveniently located near the station and Nijo Market. The Room was clean and practical. The large public bath was also great. Amenities are available at the front desk, and you take what you need. There is no shower cap, so if you need one, it’s best to bring your own.

    The location is excellent.

    We arrived by car. Since the Hotel parking lot is only available from 3:00 PM, we parked at the Hotel’s affiliated parking lot about a 5-minute walk away. It was fun walking there while sightseeing at Nijo Market and along the main street. The Hotel was very comfortable, just as rated, and the large public bath and silky bath helped relieve our fatigue after all the walking. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    It’s a bit of a walk from Sapporo Station, but the location was convenient for sightseeing and dining, with Tanukikoji, Susukino, and Nijo Market nearby. Because the front desk is on the 2nd floor, it felt inconvenient to take the elevator up and down with luggage at check-in/check-out. The elevators are small and there aren’t many of them, so when there were tour groups we couldn’t get on for quite a while. There were also times when the elevator took a long time to arrive, so we often had to wait. As for the large public bath, the area around the lockers was narrow and it was crowded with many users, so I gave up using it. We stayed one night in a Superior Twin Room. The Room was new and clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi speed was comfortable. However, compared with other Hotel stays I’ve had, I felt the air-conditioning noise was somewhat loud. Since it’s 23 m² I expected it to feel fairly spacious, but because of the long and narrow layout there wasn’t enough space to open an M-size suitcase. Because we were on a lower floor (4th floor), when we opened the curtains at night the streetlights were glaringly bright, so we couldn’t keep them open. In the bathroom with washing area included in-room bath), there was long hair stuck to the bathtub which bothered me. There was no wash basin or chair either, which was inconvenient. At 180 cm tall I found that bathtub small and couldn’t relax. The loungewear provided was also too small for me to use. Regarding breakfast: There wasn’t a huge variety of items,, but everything tasted great and felt high quality. In particular,,the pork miso soup (tonjiru), zangi (fried chicken),and seasonal asparagus were delicious. However,the entrance to breakfast venuewas hardto find. The Review ratings were good so I had high expectations,but unfortunately there were quitea few points that bothered me.

    It was a convenient and comfortable stay.

    This was our first time staying for two nights as a couple. We chose this Hotel because it’s close to the subway, there are plenty of dining options nearby, it has a large public bath, and it’s clean. Everything met our expectations. The breakfast we had twice was outstanding—beautifully presented, well-balanced, and packed with vegetables. We also appreciated how courteous the staff were. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We were happy that the air conditioning felt new as well. Our trip to Sapporo became a wonderful memory! We’d love to stay again and would also like to use your Hotels in other prefectures. Thank you very much.

    First Overnight Stay for Two Close Friends

    I visit Sapporo often and usually make a Reservation through IKYU, and this time we stayed for two nights as a pair in a Moderate Twin at the newest and cleanest Hotel with the best Review ratings among several options. There were two chairs and a table facing each other, and they were very comfortable to sit in. The Hotel is located inside Tanukikoji, with a convenience store nearby, so you can shop without getting wet even when it rains. By registering as a web member, they extended our checkout time from 10:00 to 11:00. The large public bath was also clean and relaxing, but the only downside was that the shower turns off quickly. Other than that, we were completely satisfied. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    It was reassuring that we didn’t have to walk on snowy roads.

    Facing Tanukikoji, I was worried it might be too noisy to sleep late at night, but perhaps because it was a weekday, I couldn’t hear the outside bustle. However, the door has little soundproofing, so you can clearly hear voices and noises from people passing in the hallway. On weekends, it might be quite noisy. The Room had a large desk, which was extremely helpful. A large desk is truly convenient and was a first-time experience for me. The TV is also big and very easy to watch. On the other hand, the bathroom/toilet is very small—I don’t think it would work for anyone other than Asians. The loungewear smelled somewhat unpleasant. It made me wonder if it hadn’t been washed; since I stayed two nights and the loungewear prepared for the next day had the same smell, maybe that’s just how it is—but I still hope this will be improved. There were no major inconveniences overall, so this has become one of the Hotels I’d like to stay at again. I travel to Sapporo frequently for work and would like to stay here again.

    Family Trip

    We stayed at the accommodation for a family trip. Located within Tanukikoji, it was convenient with nearby places like convenience stores and Seicomart. There were four laundry machines, but they were always crowded at night, making it difficult to use them. It would be helpful if foreign guests could be informed during check-in not to enter the changing room wearing slippers.

    It was a very comfortable stay.

    The room, bath, and meals provided a highly satisfying stay. In similar categories of hotels, breakfast often falls short of expectations, so I usually avoid breakfast-included plans. However, this time the breakfast offered just the right variety and balance, allowing me to enjoy it for two days without getting bored. The bath was also enjoyable as I could check the crowd status in advance and take my time relaxing. Despite the cold season, I returned to my room feeling warm and comfortable. If I had to mention one downside, on the second night, noise from the neighboring room was loud enough to resonate through the walls and woke me up during sleep.

    The public bath was excellent.

    The semi-open-air bath in the large public bath was enjoyable, allowing us to feel the fresh air. We would like to visit again during the colder season. The breakfast had fewer local ingredients than expected, which was disappointing. At check-in, we were told that an additional face towel would incur a fee, so we gave up on it; however, the room's large public bath explanation plate stated that one extra towel is free. This was unfortunate. The facility was clean and well-maintained, so we will stay here again.

    Staff training is still in progress, isn't it?

    Is staff training still in progress? As soon as I checked in and entered the room, I received a sudden call from the front desk. Front Desk: "Are you Mr./Ms. A (foreign name)?" Me: "No, this is Room 0000, and I am B. You have the wrong person." Front Desk: "Oh, then I'll hang up." There was no apology—quite disappointing. Single Room: A bit small; it might feel cramped if you have winter coats or large luggage. Public Areas: Excellent. The large public bath and open-air bath are pleasant, and the business space is comfortable. Location: Great! Right in front of Tanukikoji with many Seicomart stores and fast-food restaurants nearby.

    Parking available...

    Stayed for two nights on a sunny day before the typhoon. On the first day, I checked in late, so the Hotel parking was full. Nearby coin parking was very expensive, and although I was guided to an affiliated but slightly distant cheaper parking lot, it was also full, so I parked even further away. On the second night, I parked early at the Hotel's parking facility. The location next to Tanukikoji is excellent, and I loved the clean Room and top-floor public bath. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

    It was a beautiful Hotel.

    The location is excellent and the property is new, which made it appealing to stay. However, the noise from footsteps on the upper floors and hallways was loud, causing me to wake up early in the morning. The breakfast was not extravagant but felt just right. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

    The rooms are clean and very satisfying. However, the parking lot gets full quickly. It was disappointing as I specifically searched for accommodations with parking available.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Hosui Susukino Station. One concern was the smell in the Room. It had a musty odor, and even after using the provided deodorizing spray, the smell returned after leaving and coming back to the Room. The public bath was excellent. The laundry corner was in a separate Room from the public bath, which was convenient. Two types of toothbrushes, flat-cut and soft-bristled, were provided—very luxurious!

    The bed size was spa...

    The bed size was spacious and comfortable. I had back pain recently, but the mattress was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The Room amenities were convenient, and I had a pleasant stay without any inconvenience.

    Facility malfunction again.

    I was looking forward to the silky bath, but unfortunately, it was out of order. That was disappointing. However, the breakfast was very good and deliciously prepared. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

    The front desk is on the second floor, while the first floor only has a hallway and an elevator, which might be confusing for first-time visitors. The bath area was mostly used by Korean guests. Interestingly, they brought their own sandals instead of using the slippers provided in the Room, showing their travel experience. The slippers provided in the Room are very thin and are used to go to the elevator, return after bathing, and even spend time in the Room itself. This often results in staying barefoot inside the Room eventually. Using one pair of these thin slippers both inside and outside seems impractical; adopting practices like those of Korean guests might be better. Breakfast was delicious, and its location in Susukino made transportation convenient. Since it’s a new Hotel, many young staff members were present, bringing enthusiasm to their service. However, it felt a bit disappointing that the refrigerator was empty—having at least a bottle of water would have been nice as many Hotels offer complimentary bottled water nowadays.

    The bath was spacious and excellent.

    This was my first stay. Although it was a bit far from Sapporo Station, I recovered from the fatigue in the bath. The room on the top floor didn’t have much of a view, but it was more spacious and comfortable than expected. The breakfast was delicious for a business stay. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality. (One downside was that there was dust on the bathroom vent in the Room.)

    The parking guidance, breakfast announcements, and escort services were courteous and left a good impression. The Room was clean, and I was able to spend time comfortably in the Room. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    I made a last-minute Reservation for this Hotel, and I’m so glad I could stay here at this price! It’s very conveniently located, just steps from the Hosui Susukino Station exit, and it also has an entrance facing Tanukikoji. The staff greeted me with smiles wherever I met them. Since the Hotel is newly opened, the Room was clean and quiet without any noise from neighboring Rooms. Although I didn’t use the public bath this time, the bathroom in my Room had a separate washing area, which was great. I don’t know when I’ll visit Sapporo again, but I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you to all the staff!

    Hokkaido Trip

    The location is excellent! It's just a short walk from the underground passage. The Hotel is clean and I had a comfortable stay. I would love to use it again for my next trip to Hokkaido. The 12:00 check-out Plan is especially convenient, so please continue offering this Plan!

    Hoping for a price that makes it possible to stay next time.

    Unbelievable location, unbelievable price, and an unbelievable large bath. This is a high-level place that surpasses the standards of any Business Hotel, deserving nothing less than a perfect score. There are absolutely no flaws to point out, but if I must mention one, it would be the price—it is indeed expensive... Given the current circumstances, it's understandable, but if it were around 8,000 yen, I would visit every month. Close to famous restaurants, convenience stores nearby, and near the station—there's nothing more I could ask for within my range of activities. For this reason alone, I want to stay here again next time; however, the price is just too high for me to justify. I understand why they charge this much originally; still as summer approaches prices rise even further. I can't help but worry that I may never be able to visit again. I was lucky enough to stay at an affordable rate by sheer timing—a miracle really—but I'd love to return when another opportunity arises. No complaints about the bath or Room at all! The staff are kind and attentive in every way possible with excellent amenities provided!

    Purchase of items such as razors is necessary.

    There was no razor prepared. I purchased one at the front desk for 100 yen. However, I was told it would be free with membership registration, but no matter how much I tried, I couldn't register successfully. The response from the front desk at that time was perfunctory, full of a part-time job vibe, which was frustrating. The Facility is clean, but including breakfast, it left a mediocre impression.
