    It was perfect—close...

    It was perfect—close to the station and with a large public bath. However, when using the hair dryer in the bath’s changing room, there was one spot without an outlet, so I had to move seats to use it. Why is there no outlet nearby even though there’s a hair dryer? For breakfast, I thought the cutlet and fried shrimp might feel heavy in the morning, but they were lightly fried and crispy on the outside and tender inside—so good that even I, who usually don’t eat fried food, enjoyed them. It looked a bit tough for one staff member to handle everything alone, but when I left, they greeted me with a wonderful smile. Even if I’m not staying at the Hotel next time, it’s a place I’d like to visit again.

    Great location

    I stayed here for shopping. Just across the road is an outlet mall, and the Accommodation rate was very reasonable, so I was able to spend more on shopping and dining! Kaihin-Makuhari is close enough for a day trip from home, but at this price range, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

    Breakfast

    For the selectable breakfast, I chose the seafood rice bowl. It was wonderful to enjoy a relaxed meal in the morning. I was happy to dine quietly at the counter rather than at a buffet.

    It was amazing.

    The Room was lovely for the price. The toilet and shower were separate, which made it very comfortable. The large public bath was also great.

    Comfortable Accommodation

    I stayed here for an event in Makuhari, and the Room was spacious and comfortable enough. It's conveniently located right in front of Makuhari Station (using the Park Exit is handy), and above all, I really enjoyed the large public bath.

    A Fulfilling Stay

    The Room only has a shower, but there is an observation bath on the top floor, and you can enjoy freshly prepared breakfast of your choice. The Room is slightly small with only one chair at the table, and it would have been nice to have a small space near the bed to place water or other items. They offer luggage storage after check-out, which was convenient for attending an event at Makuhari Messe without carrying luggage. Located very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, it’s extremely convenient, and I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    A very convenient and wonderful Hotel!

    I made a Reservation for my daughter and her friend for a Disney trip and an event in Makuhari. They were very happy! They said the large public bath was great, and there was even ice cream after the bath—everything was taken care of. They also ate at the sushi restaurant in the Hotel before heading home; it was reasonably priced and very delicious! Next month, I have made a Reservation for my daughter and me. Thank you in advance.

    Simple yet very convenient.

    I stayed at the accommodation to attend an event at Makuhari Messe. The room was compact, and I used the eco multiple night stay plan, which offered great value for money and left me satisfied. The location is excellent with the station nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. Having a convenience store on the first floor was extremely handy. The large public bath was easy to use and comfortable. While participating in the event, I went out or rested at the hotel, but having a no-cleaning plan allowed me to use the room freely without worry, which might have been better after all. I would love to stay here again!

    This is my second stay. Great location near the station with easy access. The room is clean, the large public bath is relaxing, and the seafood rice bowl for breakfast is delicious—very satisfying. Next time I stay, I’d like to try the tonkatsu.

    New and clean

    The Hotel was new and clean. The bathroom had only a shower booth as there was a large public bath, but the floor dried quickly, making it very convenient to use. It was nice that the toilet and bathroom were separate. I chose the breakfast option, and it was great to have the choice between a seafood bowl and cutlet.

    Overall, I was satisfied.

    Positive Points: - The facility is new, clean, and equipped with convenient amenities. - There is a staff member at the front desk who provides kind assistance (many hotels in this class do not have staff available). - Breakfast was excellent (I enjoyed a seafood bowl, which was very satisfying. The service was also kind, and I appreciated the takeaway drink in addition to the post-meal beverage). - The quality of shampoos and other products in the large public bath is good. - Complimentary ice cream and drinks provided in the relaxation area of the large public bath were a nice touch. Negative Points: - Dust had accumulated on top of lockers in the changing room of the right-side large public bath. Additionally, it was very difficult to remove the key from locker number 22.

    Close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station and offers great value for money.

    Stayed in a twin room for two people for one night. Conveniently located near Kaihin-Makuhari Station, and luggage storage is available both before and after check-in. The room is not very spacious but was clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making it sufficient. The bed was soft with good springs, providing a comfortable sleep. The room includes a separate bath and toilet with a shower room, and there are two types of large public baths that can be enjoyed twice—morning and evening. There is also an open-air bath. After bathing, several types of ice cream, tea, water, and high-quality face packs were provided, which was delightful. Considering the convenience of being near the station and receiving such excellent service for about 7,000 yen per person on weekends, I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay again if I have business in the area!

    Recommended Before and After the Event

    I stayed at the accommodation for an event at Makuhari Messe. It is conveniently located near the station, with an outlet mall right in front, allowing me to enjoy a special atmosphere even before and after the event. The large public bath was surprisingly spacious and helped relieve my fatigue from the event. The freshly fried items made to order during breakfast were exceptionally delicious.

    I stayed on August 1...

    I stayed on August 19, but I found a receipt dated August 18 in the corner of the room. It seems to be something left behind by a previous guest, which gave me the impression that cleaning was not thorough and left me disappointed. Additionally, I was surprised that there were no shower caps provided among the amenities, which felt inconvenient.

    Very convenient!

    The proximity to the station is incredibly convenient. You can freely choose places for shopping at the outlet or dining based on your mood, and there are plenty of restaurants where solo diners feel comfortable. The Hotel and Room are clean, and all the staff are very kind. They were also very helpful with even small consultations!

    The Room is more spa...

    The Room is more spacious compared to nearby Hotels, providing enough space to open and organize your suitcase. The Hotel itself is of a convenient size, making it easy to enter and exit. It was also great that breakfast could be chosen from two options. We look forward to staying here again when visiting Makuhari.

    During the rainy season, it might be unavoidable, but there was a noticeable sewage odor coming from the toilet. It may be worth considering measures to address this issue.

    A beautiful Hotel.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a Lawson on the first floor, this Hotel offers great accessibility. The Room has only a shower, but there is a large public bath available, and the toilet is separate for ease of use. However, the Room is slightly small and has only one chair, making it inconvenient for two people to dine together. Additionally, there was no ice available in the ice maker on the 9th floor, which caused some inconvenience.

    The Japanese staff a...

    The Japanese staff at check-in were not bad but seemed a bit dry and cold. However, the foreign staff at check-out were kind and provided warm service—thank you for that. The shower room without a bathtub was convenient for those who only use the shower. While the Facility is new, the Room was small, making it difficult to move around the bed, so my satisfaction rating is 4 out of 5.

    The bed was comfortable.

    There was a phone installed on the wall connected to the front desk, but it came off the wall entirely with just a slight touch. Although it was said to be a new Hotel, this issue with the phone was disappointing. As for the view from the window, since there is a building next door, there wasn’t much of a view to enjoy. The room felt smaller than expected. The bed and linens were very clean and comfortable, providing great rest. The proximity to the station might be its biggest advantage. Having a convenience store on the first floor also made things stress-free.

    Good value for money, but...

    Good value for money, but the bath was crowded, and the ice bar near the bath was also busy, making it hard to enjoy. Breakfast is not recommended; the seafood bowl I chose instead of a heavy cutlet in the morning was unfortunately not tasty. The Room was clean, but there was only one luggage rack, which caused inconvenience for my companion. The ice bar and tea service were appreciated. Thank you!

    I like this Hotel.

    This is my second stay. This time, I was on the second floor facing the outlet, so I couldn't open the curtains at all. It felt like I might make eye contact with people walking by. There is no space between the bed and the TV at the foot of the bed, making it very difficult to walk. Since it's a new hotel, everything inside and outside the room is clean. There is a large public bath, so instead of a unit bath, there is a shower booth in the room, which was convenient and useful. The washbasin and toilet were spacious and nice. The large public bath, massage chair, and free ice cream were a delight for my tired feet. The elevator, as well as the large public bath, have secure card security, so it's reassuring. Close to the station and with a large public bath... it's my go-to property for trips to Chiba.

    Positive Points - Close to the station - New - Has a large public bath - Separate toilet - Complimentary mineral water (1 bottle per person per day) - Front desk staff's service - Cables and other items can be rented at the front desk Disappointing Points - The structure does not seem user-friendly - It was the first time I felt so cramped in a 20 square meter twin room - The only space to open a suitcase is in the hallway or on the bed - There is space to place a glasses case by the bedside, but no space for larger items - I wished there were hooks installed on the hallway wall - Nowhere to place used bath towels - Towels were worn out - No door or even a curtain for privacy in the shower booth's changing area - Weak water pressure in the guest room sink and large public bath

    Overall, I am satisfied!

    The Room is compact, but it has everything you need, and since it's a new Facility, it was clean and nice! It was very convenient to know the congestion level of the large public bath from the Room, but since you have to bring a towel from the Room, I thought it would be nice to have at least a small towel available at the large public bath. Also, the pajamas were a bit small for men, so it would be nice if there were a slightly larger size available. The Hotel also has a 24-hour convenience store, making it an overall very pleasant stay!

    I would like to use it again.

    I stayed here during the job offer ceremony. The guest room has a separate shower booth and toilet. Additionally, there is a large public bath (with an open-air bath), making it very comfortable to stay. The ice cream service after bathing was also nice. I was busy in the morning and missed the opportunity, but next time I would like to use the Western-style large public bath as well.
