  First time.

  The Room was very clean. The staff were also very helpful, and I’d like to stay again. The view outside was nice too—you could even see Tokyo Skytree. It was a shame that it was rainy and cloudy. On a clear day, I’m sure the night view must be amazing.

  There is another issue with this Hotel.

  I have used this hotel several times, but last year I pointed out in a review that there was vomit from a previous guest stuck on the chair in the room. This time, the TV in the room was broken, so I requested a room change. However, their response was high-handed and showed no awareness of their fault as a hotel. Given this and my previous experience, I questioned their suitability to work in the accommodation industry. Although I strongly expressed my dissatisfaction, I doubt this hotel will reflect on its actions. I will not stay here again.
