    A great-value Hotel with convenient access

    It was very convenient, as it’s close to the station and located in a dining district. The deciding factor was the large public bath and the separate toilet, shower, and washbasin area, and the Room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I would like to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    I stayed here during a business trip to Osaka.

    This time I stayed for two nights. The Hotel is located in the center of Umeda, so the convenience was excellent. The Room was well designed, and overall I was satisfied with the Hotel. However, I think it happened during bed-making on the second night, but it was a bit disappointing that my belongings placed near the bed had been knocked onto the floor. The spa was clean and very nice. I will stay again.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    My spouse and I stayed for one night. The Room was compact, but it had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided. Above all, the spa was excellent. The hot stone sauna was a bit on the hotter side, but we worked up a great sweat. We will stay here again when we visit Osaka.

    What a surprising gem in Osaka!

    It was a last-minute reservation, but the staff were very kind and provided detailed explanations about the large public bath. The only downside was that the interior of the facility felt a bit cold. Even after warming up in the public bath, it felt chilly by the time I got back to my room. Next time, I would like to try using the private sauna.

    It was excellent.

    It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were kind and attentive, allowing me to have a stress-free stay. The bath was spacious, and I appreciated being able to check the crowd levels, so I could relax during quieter times. I regret not being able to enjoy breakfast due to my departure schedule. I will definitely stay here again next time! Thank you very much!

    A reliable and stable Hotel.

    I stayed at the accommodation to refresh myself during a period of continuous overtime work. While there are several hotels nearby, I can confidently say that choosing this one was the right decision. The amenities and room facilities were stress-free. At certain times, the elevator and front desk area could get crowded, but this is common in any hotel. The spa facility was kept clean thanks to regular patrols, and many inbound guests seemed well-mannered. The staff were kind and had thoroughly shared the details I had communicated in advance, which gave me a sense of reassurance. Due to its location, there wasn’t much of a view, and there was some noise at night; however, these were outweighed by the excellent service provided. As a business hotel, it is slightly more expensive than others but definitely worth the price.
