    Convenient and great.

    Located above Onomichi Station, the access is excellent. Once the construction is finished, it should become an even better Accommodation. It’s a compact Accommodation and was perfect for a stay with No Meals Included. I didn’t notice the amenities at check-in—they were next to the check-in machine (and also in the Room)—but I wish someone had mentioned it at check-in. I picked them up the next day. Don’t forget to take your amenities! Additional note The Room I stayed in had only a shower, so I’m giving one star.

    A playful Room conveniently located right above the station.

    Since it is directly connected to Onomichi Station, it’s very convenient, and the Facility is new and clean. You can access it from inside the station via an elevator. The Room was a Superior Queen (one double bed) and a compact 18 m². It was clean and had all the necessary amenities, plus a large TV, an air purifier, an electric kettle with coffee, a refrigerator, and a safe. Inside the Room, there was one level with the bed and shower/toilet area, and another raised tatami corner about 1 meter high with cushions, clothes hangers, and a mirror. Because you have to lift your luggage and clothes up onto that higher level, I felt it could be a bit unsafe. I highly rate how they make up for the small floor area with fun design touches. My Room did not face the tracks; through a small window I could see the area in front of the station. So I can’t say whether train noise is loud as mentioned in other Reviews. However, I could hear shrill screams from children in the next room all the way from the hallway into my room, so I think soundproofing is an issue for this Hotel. Earplugs are available at the amenities corner next to reception. Breakfast was very delicious and beautifully presented—excellent overall. There is no parking; I used the neighboring commercial Facility’s parking lot instead, but 2,000 yen felt quite expensive. It would be helpful if you could offer some solution such as partnering with a parking lot.

    Noise and Steps

    I stayed in a suite because I wanted to do some sightseeing in Onomichi and hoped to stay somewhere a bit nicer. The suite was very spacious, but the step up to the toilet and bathroom was quite high, so I felt it could be dangerous for elderly guests, those with mobility issues, or pregnant guests. The Room was clean, and it was nice that the bathtub and toilet were separate. You can hear footsteps and voices in the hallway, as well as noise from the neighboring Room, quite clearly. Some Reviews said it wasn’t an issue, but this Room picked up a lot of surrounding noise. At the time of my Reservation this was the only Room available, and I thought that if you stay here, getting a Room with a good view is probably a lucky draw. Since it was No Meals Included and still fairly expensive, the noise was very disappointing. It should be very convenient for guests traveling by train. We came by car and used nearby parking; cheaper options were farther away when we looked for them.

    It was convenient and easy since it’s directly connected to the station.

    Since I arrived by train, the direct connection to the station was perfect. I could also see the Onomichi sea from the Room and had a wonderful time. The high ceiling made the Room feel more spacious than it actually was. The Room only had a shower, which was a downside, but overall it was a very good stay. I left relatively early the next day as well, and since it is directly connected to the Hotel, it was very convenient.

    Directly connected to the station for convenient access

    The Room had a unique design, which made the stay enjoyable, although having the bathroom and toilet on the same staircase level as the living area was slightly inconvenient. The loungewear provided was very comfortable. The wide steps of the staircase inside the Room made going up and down a bit challenging. It was great to be able to project your smartphone screen onto the projector for entertainment.

    Very good

    The front desk staff's warm smiles were very comforting. Their kindness made for a pleasant stay. Thank you for the information about okonomiyaki! The Room was clean and had a great atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient. Breakfast at the spacious restaurant was healthy and excellent. Thank you very much!

    Clean and stylish, with friendly staff.

    The hotel was new, clean, and comfortable. The bed was spotless, and I had a great night's sleep. Contrary to some reviews, there was no issue with train noise. The bathroom was stylish and clean, with high-quality towels provided. The room's air conditioning felt warm even at the lowest setting. When I reported this to the front desk, they explained that the central system controls all rooms' temperatures but offered to reset it for me. After following their instructions, the issue was resolved. It's best to consult them rather than endure discomfort. Note that there is no phone in the room; I spoke directly with the staff. The hotel's restaurant requires a reservation for dinner service. Since it was a holiday weekend, nearby restaurants were fully booked as well. When I asked for help at the hotel front desk, they kindly recommended several good options nearby. Thanks to their suggestion, I enjoyed a meal at a local cuisine restaurant frequented by locals—unpretentious and delicious. Breakfast featured an array of fresh local ingredients presented beautifully in a healthy spread—it was delightful! The morning sunlight streaming into the restaurant added to its charm. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to assist me in various ways, making my trip worry-free and enjoyable. Thank you so much!

    Wonderful Accommodation

    I stayed for one night to celebrate my partner's birthday. Since the hotel is located inside the station, I had been looking forward to it for 2-3 months before our stay, wondering what kind of room it would be. In reality, even the hallway from the front desk to the guest rooms was stylish, and it offered a calm and quiet atmosphere that was a stark contrast to the lively vibe of Onomichi Station. When we entered the room, we were amazed by its high ceiling and spaciousness—it exceeded all our expectations. My partner was so inspired by this wonderful space that they expressed a desire for a longer stay. Additionally, when using the solo sauna, the staff kindly assisted us with great hospitality. I am truly glad we chose this accommodation from the bottom of my heart. Thank you very much!

    Good.

    Overall, the Facility is highly satisfactory. The atmosphere is important. Two points to consider: It would be great if a few parking spaces could be secured. Handling luggage becomes a challenge, especially in the rain. Leaving a valuable car overnight in an unfamiliar coin-operated parking lot feels uneasy. For those arriving by train, the location is excellent... Please consider this suggestion. Regarding equipment: The washbasin design is stylish, but water splashes excessively and makes it quite messy—perhaps due to improper use on my part. Overall, I think it’s an excellent Hotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

    After dinner, we enjoyed a pleasant stroll through the Onomichi nightscape. The meals were stylish, delicious, and served in just the right portions. The private family bath with a hinoki cypress tub was also very relaxing. The second level of the bunk bed is slightly firm.

    Good Hotel

    The hotel was conveniently located near the station, making it great for sightseeing in Onomichi. Lockers were available both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. It would have been nice to have a designated shoe storage area.

    Excellent location

    I recently stayed here during a girls' trip. The Room is stylishly designed, featuring a cycling rack on the wall for riders. It was a corner Room with a view of Onomichi Station's platform right below. However, I didn't anticipate that freight trains would pass by at night, waking me up each time. The location is very convenient as it is directly connected to the station and within walking distance to the Senkoji Ropeway.

    I was satisfied with the meal.

    Since Hiroshima is Onomichi, oysters were prepared for dinner, but my wife is not fond of them, so they provided an alternative dish. I was impressed by their thoughtful consideration. Every dish was delicious. The portions were just right, and we enjoyed breakfast as well. It's a Facility I'd like to visit again. Points to consider are the lack of parking and what you seek in the location of Onomichi. I think it's a great base for enjoying the Shimanami Kaido.

    Modern and unique, with an excellent location Hotel

    The location on the second floor of the station is extremely convenient! There is a convenience store downstairs, and you can access various places by bus. We stayed in a bunk bed room for four people this time. The room was full of playful touches, with stylish wall tiles and an exciting interior. Even the hallway from the entrance to the room had a nice atmosphere, haha. The room is not particularly spacious, but it would be a waste not to enjoy this playful spirit during your stay. Although we didn't use it this time, there is also a workation lounge that seems suitable for work or study. Depending on the location of the room, train noise was not a concern. The breakfast was very delicious, using vegetables and fruits from the Shimanami area.

    Very satisfied.

    The room was clean, user-friendly, and comfortable. The location right above the station is very convenient, and as a train enthusiast, I enjoyed being able to look down from the window endlessly. Also, the breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied.
