  Stayed with two dogs.

  Cleanliness: Good! Both the Hotel and Room were very clean. Pet Supplies: Good! Provided items included a cage, training sheets, and small toys. Room Convenience: Good! The Room is equipped with essentials like a microwave, induction cooker, and tableware. You can also enjoy takeout meals from nearby stores in your Room. Location: Close to the station, with seafood restaurants, Hasegawa Store (Hasesuto), and Lucky Pierrot within walking distance. Suggestion: To make better use of space in the Room, I understand the current setup; however, a slightly larger table would have been even better. Overall Value for Money: Excellent Hotel!

  It was the worst.

  It seemed that the staff did not have a unified understanding of the system, which caused inconvenience on our side. The staff did not wear uniforms and appeared untidy in casual clothing.

  A large amount of sand in the bathroom of the checked-in Room.

  After checking in, I noticed a significant amount of sand accumulated in the bathtub. I contacted the front desk, but they informed me that "the hotel is fully booked today with no other rooms available, and we will notify the cleaning company. Could you handle it yourself?" As a result, I cleaned the bathtub myself before using it. In such cases, there seems to be no clear protocol on how the Hotel should address this issue, and I ended up spending my valuable travel time cleaning the bathtub. It was a very disappointing stay.

  It was our first tri...

  It was our first trip with our beloved dog, and the Room was perfect with pet-friendly flooring and steps. Our dog also had a relaxing time. The staff were very friendly, and even when we suddenly added one more person, they accommodated us without any issues. It was very convenient as we could walk to the morning market and seemed close enough to walk to Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse as well. We would love to stay here again with our dog!

  A relaxing room

  Coffee and tea are not included. The room is calming. I think it's great for people who want to stay for a long time without being disturbed. The lack of toilet paper replenishment is a downside. Other than that, I think it's good.
