Great location and well-equipped facilities.
My first time in Fukuoka, and the location is great and convenient. There are many inbound international visitors among both tourists and guests. Check-in and check-out are both automated. The Hotel itself is good, but the shared areas were too lively and it was tiring. I understood why there are cleaning tools in the large public bath. It’s not really a place to soak up a travel atmosphere, but it’s a new and clean Hotel.

It was very comfortable!
I stayed here to see a show at Canal City Theater. It was very convenient, just a short walk away. The interior was modern and clean, with a pleasant feel. The room size was more than sufficient for the price, and having a large public bath was a great plus. They also provided a bag for going to the bath—minimal yet thoughtfully attentive service. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, and even the mini tonkotsu ramen came in its own bowl and was delicious. It’s always nice to enjoy local specialties!

There are no transparent windows.
The Room does have a window, but it is in the bathroom and has frosted glass. You can’t enjoy any view from the Room, and you can’t even tell whether it’s sunny, cloudy, or raining. Even the everyday sight of people and cars passing by can’t be seen at all. The Facility itself is new and clean, but I will never stay at this Hotel again.

Convenient.
This was my second stay. It’s very convenient, with easy access not only to Kushida Shrine but also to Gion and Nakasu-Kawabata Station. I also like that there is a large public bath. I didn’t notice that the water service had changed from bottled water to a water purifier. If it were placed somewhere out of sight, I think I could have enjoyed a beer after the bath, but it’s difficult with the current location on the first floor.

This is my second stay. The location is very convenient—just a 1-minute walk from Kushida Shrine-mae Station on the Nanakuma Line. This time I stayed in a Stay Type Double Room, and I chose the lowest-priced option when making my Reservation. It comes with a microwave, washing machine, and mini kitchen. The refrigerator is a two-door model. It was also great that the large public bath was available until 1:00 a.m.

Convenient Hotel
I appreciated the self-service luggage storage system before check-in, where you can store your bags directly like using a locker. The weather was drizzly, and it was helpful that umbrellas were available to borrow. The large public bath had wonderfully silky water, like an Onsen, which felt great on the skin. I was worried the breakfast area might be small, but there was no waiting and I enjoyed the meal, with plenty of Hakata-style dishes. With Canal City also nearby, this Hotel was very convenient overall and I was very satisfied.

Conveniently located for Tenjin and Nakasu.
I stayed in a Room with bunk beds, but the tatami area was worn down, which was disappointing. There is a large public bath, but you are expected to rinse it down yourself after use, and there were things floating in the tub as well, which was also disappointing. Breakfast is served in the lobby in front of the front desk, which becomes the restaurant. The cheesecake was delicious. However, since it is conveniently located for Nakasu and Tenjin, I think it would be rated highly by guests who only need Accommodation. Parking nearby is generally quite expensive; for guests only it is JPY 2,000 per night, which seems unavoidable.

Especially recommended for guests who love large public baths.
It was great again.

A New Urban Business Hotel
Although located in the heart of Hakata, the area around Kushida Shrine—long slow to be developed—has changed dramatically. This Hotel sits right in the middle of it, directly above the brand-new, fully accessible Kushida Shrine Station, so even with luggage it’s fair to say you’ll have no trouble at all. The downside is that the entrance is hard to find and not very barrier-free. With wheeled luggage, you need to leave the main sidewalk and take a side route to reach the entrance, then go up to the front desk on the 2nd floor. It makes you wonder why: since an entrance is a Hotel’s “face,” perhaps they leased out the street-level space for shops as a way to maximize land use—maybe a typical Business Hotel approach in this area. There seem to be various Room types; it feels comparable to OMO5 in Hoshino’s lineup. The bunk beds look fun and are great for families. On the 1st floor there is a large bath area with two semi-open-air baths; whether there’s any difference in water quality is unclear. Some Rooms have only showers, so if there were more sauna and bath facilities, it would be even better for younger guests. The in-Room bath temperature also runs slightly on the cool side. For dinner, there are plenty of options nearby—Riverside areas, Kawabata, and Tenjin are all close—so dining won’t be an issue at all. In Tenjin-Minami, major department stores have excellent basement food halls with an impressive variety of takeout choices. Breakfast is simply astonishing: they even offer mini Hakata ramen. There are easily over 100 items available. Regardless of cuisine style or origin, it should please inbound visitors as well as domestic travelers of all ages—from young people to seniors alike. Finally, rates vary depending on season and whether it’s a weekday or weekend; for a Business Hotel it may feel slightly expensive. Access from the airport requires changing to the Airport Line at Hakata Station, which is somewhat inconvenient—but since both Hakata (one stop) and Tenjin (one stop) are so close by rail or bus connections exist nearby too), it’s hard to complain too much. It actually feels strange that there haven’t been more Hotels here until now.

Beyond expectations
I stayed here for a girls’ trip with my daughter. The in-room bath was spacious and comfortable. The large public bath was also clean, and the multi-setting showers and semi-open-air bath were very relaxing. The Room felt larger than it looked in the photos. Breakfast had more variety than expected, and everything was delicious. The location is convenient, so I’d like to stay again when visiting Hakata.

Excellent
Excellent access The location is great—Canal City Hakata is really about a 2-minute walk away. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was perfect. The large public bath was also great; the shower water pressure was strong, and the hair dryer had good airflow. Breakfast was full of delicious Fukuoka-style dishes, and the dessert cheesecake was so good I went back for seconds. This Accommodation offered outstanding value for the price. I’d love to stay again.

To the person in charge of managing the large public bath
I stayed for five nights from January 25 to 30. The breakfast was delicious, and overall I felt this was a wonderful Hotel with excellent value for money. However, there was one very disappointing issue during my stay. The large public bath Facility is well equipped, and I used it every night, but the provided scale had been left broken since the first day. When I mentioned this to a staff member who came to check the temperature on the night of the 29th, they brushed it off with a dismissive response like, “Yes, yes, I know. I know,” which made me feel uncomfortable. I find it questionable that the Hotel left something broken for several days despite being aware of it, but more importantly, that kind of language and attitude toward guests is inappropriate. Because my overall satisfaction was high, it is especially disappointing that a single staff interaction spoiled my experience. I strongly hope to see improvements in service going forward.

It was surprising to find a Room without a window (technically, there was one next to the toilet). Upon closer inspection, it was mentioned that double Rooms only have showers. It would be better if this information were stated more clearly. Breakfast had plenty of vegetables, which was nice. Also, the ventilation outlet in the Room? It was above the bed and blew cold air, making it chilly—such a tricky Room design. Additionally, there were no amenities like lotion provided.

It was a satisfying stay.
Located right in front of the canal, within walking distance from Hakata Station. Nakasu is just nearby, and you can also walk to Tenjin, making it very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The large bath was relaxing, but the locker in the changing area was small and inconvenient to use, which was the only downside. This hotel greatly contributed to an enjoyable trip to Fukuoka, and I would love to stay here again.

Consider increasing the number of staff in the breakfast area.
I stayed for two nights in a stay-type Room equipped with a washing machine and microwave. It was very comfortable. If I were to be picky, the Room was slightly small, and the work desk was tiny. Also, while the breakfast selection was lovely, it was evident that there weren’t enough staff members. The person handling guest reception also had to manage other tasks in the dining area, which made them rush around every time new guests arrived—this left a somewhat disappointing impression. On my first day, I wasn’t noticed and ended up having breakfast without being checked in at reception.

Overall, it was great.
Two points of disappointment: the access information to the Hotel. While it is true that it is 1 minute from Kushida Shrine Station, it would have been helpful to specify which exit (it was Exit 4). Subway stations can be large, and depending on the location, it may not actually be a 1-minute walk. The sewage smell in the public bath was unfortunate.

The service was excellent.
Located right in front of Canal City and very close to the subway station, making it extremely convenient. The Room had a raised floor with tatami mats, providing a very relaxing atmosphere. It was clean, modern, and stylish. The front desk staff were efficient and provided polite service, which was very pleasant. Although I couldn't use the large public bath this time due to time constraints, I would love to try it next time.

Spacious public bath available.
Stayed in a triple room for a sisters' trip. Luggage storage was available before check-in, which was convenient with locker-style storage. Only about a 3-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The large public bath was spacious, and the individual washing areas were roomy and easy to use. The room also had a separate large bathtub and toilet, but we didn’t use it. The room was in a new building and very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of free drink service in the lobby, though bottled water was provided in the room. Early morning departure went smoothly with unmanned check-out services.

During your Kyushu road trip
I booked a hotel in Hakata with a large public bath and parking, and it was the perfect choice. The parking lot had an option for affiliated parking if full, but there seemed to be availability on the day of my stay. For dinner, after being turned away at a few places, I managed to eat at a nearby izakaya. The large public bath was well-designed, possibly because it’s a new hotel, and very comfortable.

The stay was very clean and comfortable. The raised seating area was particularly relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast is creative for a Business Hotel, but it’s better not to expect too much in terms of taste. The variety of bread is limited, typical of a Business Hotel breakfast.

The breakfast is excellent.
Stayed for 3 nights. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast—it was truly amazing. There was a wide variety of dishes, each incredibly delicious and surprising in quality. Some French-style plates were so exquisite that it didn’t feel like typical Hotel breakfast fare. Over the 3 days, the menu changed slightly each day, keeping it fresh and enjoyable. Additionally, all the staff at the breakfast venue were very pleasant, making mornings delightful. This is a Hotel I would stay at again just for the breakfast!

Is it locked?
After checking in before 7 PM and heading to the Room, I found the door guard engaged but not locked. In other words, the door was open. When I called the front desk, they calmly said, "I think the cleaning check person forgot to lock it." This is a completely unintelligent response. This would make customers angry, normally. Generally, cleaning is usually finished right after noon, so how many hours was it unlocked? In these times when the downsides of inbound tourism are being discussed, is there zero possibility that someone else entered and used the toilet or did some damage as a prank? After calling the front desk, I checked the toilet and found the spare toilet paper placed exposed on the holder, with about 40 centimeters hanging down, not properly rolled. A prank? Or is it because the cleaning staff is careless? No room change or apology from the front desk. Nishitetsu-san, besides employee education, you need to check for borderline intelligence. It only earns resentment from customers. Even if you manualize quick thinking and appropriate handling techniques for customers, it ultimately comes down to innate intelligence and intelligence issues. It's a big mistake to think that Hotel service can be done with just a manual.

Great location
It is right next to the subway exit. I have stayed here several times because I like the good location and functional facilities. The customer service is gentle and polite. This time, perhaps because there were many foreigners, after 11 PM, the large public bath was in a state that made me hesitate to enter. The trash cans were overflowing, the changing room was full of hair, and I had to vacuum. The bath was the same, with overflowing trash cans and drains, leaving no choice but to walk through dirty water. I gave up in the morning. There is a sign indicating that the free ice cream after the bath is limited to one per person, but some foreign guests took them all by the handful. It's not the fault of the hotel staff, but it's difficult.

It was quiet.
The room was charming and quiet, allowing for a very relaxing stay. It's just one subway stop from Hakata Station. Exit from Exit 4 and it's right in front of you. I usually book a place in front of the station, but since it was close to my destination this time, I made a reservation. The result was very satisfying. The free locker that holds your luggage in advance is also nice. The breakfast was delicious, and above all, the "Have a nice day" from the reception at the breakfast venue was pleasant.

For those who prefer an active stay
There are many inbound guests, and it is bustling. It is more compact than it looks in the photos, and the bar on the first floor, in particular, had limited space. The way the photos are presented is skillful. The front desk is on the second floor, while the first floor has a large public bath and a bar, but the route to the bar was inconvenient as it required going outside. The large public bath was concerning due to the almost non-existent staff presence. There were many inbound guests, and their manners were somewhat questionable. In this regard, regular patrols by staff would be appreciated. It was inconvenient to have to bring towels from the Room, and there was no place to return used ones. Moreover, there was no basket to place wet towels in the Room. As for the Room, having the bath right next to the toilet bowl felt awkward. It's probably fine because there is a large public bath. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was available from early in the morning, which was nice. The location is good, making it suitable for those who want to spend time actively outside.
