    Simple and uncluttered

    The Room was simple and clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth with the machine, and overall it was good. If I had to mention one thing, I would prefer face towels instead of hand towels. I was slightly concerned about some small areas of dirt in the bathroom, such as the gap between the wall and the bathtub. Also, when I picked up the shower head, the inside of the holder was blackened with dirt that could be removed with a light wipe. Please check these areas from time to time.

    Please improve the chairs.

    I was very satisfied with my stay. However, the desk and chair felt cheap, and I had trouble working on my PC in the Room. Since I will be staying for a Multiple Night Stay again in August, I would appreciate it if you could provide a chair suitable for working on a PC. The Room is very spacious, so I would be even happier if there were a sofa as well.

    My previous regular Accommodation was Prince Smart Inn.

    About 10 years ago, I always stayed here whenever I was on a business trip to Osaka. This was my first stay since it became Prince Smart Inn. Some Reviews were negative, but in my experience there were no issues at all—if anything, it felt improved with the free breakfast included. I accidentally locked myself out at checkout, but the woman at the front desk kindly helped me and it was a huge relief. If I had to mention one thing, it might be nice to have a wider variety of amenities, but if that would raise the room rate, I’m personally fine with just the essentials. It’s close to the station and offers great value for money—overall a very convenient Hotel.

    Great location, good facilities and service, and excellent value for money.

    One stop from Umeda, with an AEON supermarket next door and great restaurants nearby. I had arranged a Multiple Night Stay booked through a different site to be in the same Room for an additional fee, but they kindly contacted me when availability opened up and let me stay without any extra charge. Very thoughtful.

    Terrible Hotel

    This accommodation did not meet expectations. The TV was not working, and there were no instructions or contact details for the front desk, which caused inconvenience. I had to call the accommodation directly using my own phone. The staff member who answered was unhelpful, stating that the information was on a paper in the room and asking me to call back from the room phone. When a staff member came to check the TV (possibly a foreign staff), their response was slow and frustrating. It turned out that the main power had been disconnected by the accommodation without prior checks. The air conditioning in common areas wasn’t functioning, only paper cups were provided instead of glasses, and it seemed like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. Overall, staff service was poor and lacked consideration for guests' comfort. This experience left me very disappointed; I will never stay here again.

    Excellent Accessibility

    Close to the station with excellent access. The Room is compact and equipped with all the essentials. However, cleanliness is lacking. While taking a bath, I noticed dirt in hidden spots like under the handrail and beside the sink. It was so unpleasant that I couldn't use the bath on my second night. There were slippers left by a previous guest under the bed—clearly not cleaned properly. At least the disposable cups were a good touch... You might think it's fine because it's cheap, but I expected better cleanliness—especially since it's Prince...

    Thank you for your continued appreciation of our attentive service.

    I often stay at accommodations for about half of my business trips to Osaka. This time, due to unavoidable circumstances, I needed to extend my stay and made an additional reservation later for the same type of room as my existing reservation. Although it was based on a request, I consulted about using the same room continuously, and they kindly arranged it so that I could have a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again on my next business trip.

    There were some disappointing aspects.

    I stayed in Room 508. While the service from the staff was pleasant, there were three points of concern. I would like to inform you in hopes that they can be improved. As it was a short one-night stay for a business trip, I couldn't convey this directly, so I am notifying you here. - The toilet's bidet function was broken. - The screw at the base of the bathtub plug was loose, causing the lid to wobble. - There was tissue paper stuffed in the peephole on the inside of the door.

    The refrigerator did not cool.

    The refrigerator in the Room was not working, which was disappointing. The lack of glass cups in the Room was also a downside. On the other hand, the atmosphere of the restaurant during breakfast was pleasant.

    I checked in with high expectations, but it was the worst.

    - There are only two check-in machines, and it takes time as a foreign guest is scanning dozens of passports. After repeatedly asking at the reception, they finally provided individual assistance. - I noted in the comments during the reservation that I would be going to the hotel in a wheelchair, but it was not read. I reserved a renovated deluxe twin room, but the room layout did not allow access to the toilet past the side of the bed, so I moved the bed myself and then complained to the front desk. The room was changed to a universal type. If they had known I was coming in a wheelchair, they could have changed the bed arrangement from the start, and there would have been no problem. I assumed it was arranged that way since there was no inquiry. - Due to the lack of glasses, I unnecessarily used paper cups. I wonder if there could be a bit more ingenuity. - The air conditioning display in the universal type room I was moved to was hard to read, and I couldn't adjust the temperature.
