  Large Public Bath

  The Hotel's facilities and Rooms are clean, but the public bath was extremely crowded. There were too few showers, leading to long queues. The shower areas were left untidy (likely by foreign guests), and the changing room was piled with trash. Better management would be appreciated.

Although the public bath is cleaned daily, we will consider shortening the intervals between cleaning times as part of our future improvements. As many international guests use our facilities, we will ensure to provide clear guidance on the rules for using the public bath during check-in so that all guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing experience.   The location is good.

  This was my first visit. I arrived after work in the evening, and it suddenly started raining that day. Many guests were going out for dinner, and I was impressed that the front desk was lending out vinyl umbrellas. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Haruyoshi, so I don't think you'll have trouble finding dinner. On the other hand, the convenience store was a bit far. At check-in, I was given a note saying breakfast starts at 6:30 instead of 7:00, but the next day I was told it starts at 7:00. I had to leave early for work the next day, so I was happy to hear it would open early, but it was disappointing that I had less time for breakfast. The taste was average. There were many inbound guests, and the Room seemed to have poor soundproofing, as voices in the hallway echoed quite a bit. Although it should have only been about four years since opening, the paint on the Room door plates was peeling, the doors didn't close completely without force, there were stains on the carpet, and the tabletop spun around, giving the impression of insufficient maintenance. I used the large bath early, so it was like having it to myself, but as I was leaving, more people came in, some entering the bath without washing their bodies or trying to enter with slippers on, which would have been unpleasant if the timing had been different. I would like the slippers in the large bath's toilet to be made of easy-to-clean vinyl or shower sandal material. Reusing the same material as the Room slippers feels unsanitary. Also, it should be clearly stated that there are no amenities like lotion in the large bath. I had to go back to the Room to get them. For a recently opened Hotel, I was surprised that the coin laundry was not a drum type. It's also strange that you have to pass by the men's bath. It might be best to use it as a place to return to after enjoying active time outside, rather than for relaxing.
