  The bath is excellent.

  The front desk staff were polite and kind. The room was clean and well-maintained. The large bath had excellent water, leaving my skin smooth and soft after bathing. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

  The front desk staff...

  The front desk staff had a refreshing appearance, attire, and language, which was very good. The breakfast was disappointing as there were fewer items compared to when I previously stayed in Hikone. The water in the Room's air purifier was empty. Therefore, I rate it 3 stars.
