    This is my regular accommodation.

    This stay had the best housekeeping. I’m very satisfied. The shower curtain in the bathroom smelled, so bath time required a bit of patience. At the front desk, it depended on the person—some staff were unpleasant, though most were good. I think this is a Hotel with excellent housekeeping staff.

    I stayed here to do research at the National Diet Library. There were few hills to climb, so it was comfortable even in midsummer.

    As expected from the Imperial Hotel Group!

    I stayed here on a business trip to Tokyo. Since it’s a Business Hotel, I didn’t have high expectations, but the service was attentive for the price—truly what you’d expect from an Imperial Hotel group property. In particular, the temperature control of the food at breakfast was perfect, and I really enjoyed the egg dishes along with the warm vegetable sides. I’ll stay here again on my next business trip.

    It was a wonderful s...

    It was a wonderful stay. From the pleasant feel of the hallway carpet, to the spacious Room, everything was great. Above all, the cleanliness was outstanding—just what you would expect from the Imperial Hotel Group. If I had one request (which may be asking too much), the duvet felt a bit too thick for the season. It can be hard to get that balance right. I plan to stay around Akasaka again next year, so I will definitely return.

    Difference from the top floor

    I booked a Multiple Night Stay for three nights, but on the last day I couldn’t get a non-smoking Room and was placed on the 9th-floor smoking level. The difference was huge; I understand it couldn’t be helped, but it was disappointing—more like an average business hotel. There were also big differences in things like the chairs and how dirty the walls were. The food, however, was unquestionably delicious.

    Neither good nor bad.

    The location is convenient, but there are few restaurants nearby, so going out can feel like a hassle when it’s raining. Amenities other than a toothbrush are not provided in the Room; you need to pick up what you need at the front desk, and razors are available for a fee. Breakfast comes with two options—Japanese set or Western set—but the Western set takes longer than the Japanese set because you can choose your egg style (fried egg or scrambled eggs).

    Great location.

    It was an excellent location, close to Nagatacho Station, with views of the National Diet Building and the Imperial Palace forest from the window. The Room was clean and spacious enough. I had a bit of trouble deciding between Japanese or Western breakfast options. I would like to stay again.

    First-time stay

    First stay for four guests. We arrived by car and were told we could use the parking lot if there was space available, and they kindly informed us that we could park even before check-in, so we did. For breakfast, all four of us chose the Japanese set without hesitation—it was delicious and we were very satisfied. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    This time, I stayed the night before an early-morning meeting. After my previous stay, I wrote in my Review that “there are no blackout curtains,” and at check-in this time, I was kindly informed that it’s not blackout curtains but sliding doors. I was happy to see that you carefully read the Reviews, and I apologize for not confirming properly on my end. This time we also had dinner at the restaurant “Perlan.” When two of us (both women) entered, we were guided to a seat away from other guests where surrounding noise and voices weren’t distracting, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. I think I’ll be staying here again when I have late-night plans in central Tokyo or an early-morning meeting.

    It’s a good Hotel.

    As I used to live nearby until last year, I usually choose the Nagatacho area when I need to stay in Tokyo, and I think this Hotel is excellent in both location and price. This time was a Multiple Night Stay, but over the two days I checked in late, went out early in the morning, and came back late again, so I didn’t have time to enjoy the Hotel itself. If I have another chance, I’d like to take it easy and relax here. One small request: blackout curtains would be appreciated when you want to sleep in (since I got back late and planned to sleep past 9 a.m., but the Room became bright shortly after 7 a.m.).

    The location is great, with a subway station nearby, and the front desk staff and restaurant team are very friendly. The Room is a comfortable size and clean. The value for money is excellent, and I’d like to stay here again next time.

    I love it.

    As this is the heart of Japanese politics, police officers are everywhere, making it extremely safe. Occasionally, loud campaign vehicles pass by, but once you are in the Room you cannot hear them. The corridor design also feels luxurious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Because it is not a very large Hotel, there were few guests and we were able to relax and enjoy a spacious stay.

    We were satisfied with both the service and the meals.

    I stayed for two nights. I had dinner at the Western-style restaurant in the Hotel, and the food was served piping hot, with delicious sauces—truly what you would expect from an Imperial Hotel group property. The front desk and housekeeping staff were also thoughtfully attentive, which made my stay very comfortable. The location offered great access to where I needed to go, so I could get around with plenty of time. I would like to stay again—thank you very much.

    Relaxing Accommodation

    The accommodation has an old structure but retains its original high quality. It offers good value for money, is quiet, and allows for a relaxing stay, though the age of the facilities leaves room for improvement in some areas. Razors and combs are available for purchase at 20 yen each, but it would be preferable if they were included in the accommodation fee. The bath takes time to fill due to limited water flow. However, considering the price, it provides reasonable satisfaction overall.

    I would love to stay here again.

    While searching for accommodations to attend a concert, I found a uniquely named Hotel near the station and decided to make a Reservation. It was an excellent choice! The place was quiet, clean, had great service, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. I’m grateful for such a pleasant stay!

    A hidden gem of an a...

    A hidden gem of an accommodation where you can stay in peace. The staff are all kind, including the foreign staff who greet you politely, making your stay pleasant. The only slight disappointment was that during 2 out of my 3 stays, the bedding covers had a faint smell of tobacco or an older gentleman's scent. Since odors can be quite noticeable, it would have been a 5-star experience without this issue.

    Great Location! Cost-Effective Hotel

    I always use this accommodation. What I like the most are the location and price. Previously, I stayed at Kitano Hotel, but the prices kept increasing, making it unaffordable. Across the street, this hotel offers accommodations at one-third of the price with high satisfaction. While it is slightly old, it is well-cleaned, and the staff's service is very pleasant.

    Quiet, safe, and secure accommodation

    Stayed overnight for a medical check-up in Roppongi. The accommodation is located near government offices and the National Diet Building. With many police officers patrolling at regular intervals, it felt like the safest and most secure accommodation in Japan! (laughs) Access to Roppongi was excellent, and compared to last year's stay in Roppongi with a small room, noisy surroundings (even at night), and unclean streets, this place deserves high praise. The spacious and simple room allowed me to relax comfortably. I plan to use this accommodation again not only for next year's medical check-up but also when staying late in Tokyo. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Amenities are disappointing, but everything else is as expected!

    The amenities in the Room only included a toothbrush, so it would be helpful if the front desk could provide more detailed explanations. There was water and a kettle, but no coffee or tea, which was quite disappointing, so I ended up going to a nearby convenience store to buy some. The Room is spacious and clean.

    Just by looking at the Hotel name

    It might be a Business Hotel, but the bed, futon, and pillows were excellent. Above all, the service was polite, and the view from the Room was great. It’s also close to the station with nearby parliamentary Accommodation providing a sense of security. A convenience store is very close by as well, which made it perfect! The breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was a unit bath but clean. I will definitely stay here again!

    The hotel is conveni...

    The hotel is conveniently located near the National Diet Building and Members' Office Buildings, just a 2-minute walk from Metro Nagatacho Station. The room was spacious enough for single use, comfortable, and very quiet at night, allowing for a restful stay. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options; choosing the Japanese breakfast allowed customization such as whether to include natto or selecting between rice porridge and steamed rice. If you need accommodation around the Kasumigaseki area, this hotel offers a good balance of price and quality and is highly recommended.

    I have stayed here several times. Since it is operated by the Imperial Hotel, the staff's service and cleanliness always provide a sense of reassurance. The location is convenient, but some detours may be necessary when arriving by taxi.
