    We had a very comfor...

    We had a very comfortable stay. They also looked after our dog, and we were able to attend a concert—it was perfect. Thank you very much.

    In the cooler season.

    From the moment we entered the Hotel, our dog was completely absorbed in sniffing around. Not only inside the room, but also in the hallways and lobby, he kept wanting to go out again and again—it felt like a unique kind of fun that’s only possible at a Hotel where you can walk your dog on a leash indoors. (Sorry for wandering around for no particular reason...) Being able to stay and dine without worrying too much about all the little things related to having a dog is something we truly appreciate. We chose the Plan with one night and two meals included, but the portions at the 1st-floor restaurant were so generous that we couldn’t finish everything—sorry about that... It was very delicious, so our family said we might try ordering à la carte or getting takeout next time. On the night of our stay, it was unusually cool for August, so we were able to take a full lap walk around the Hotel. Next time, we’d like to come in an even cooler season and enjoy exploring the surrounding area as well.

    Everything was comfortable.

    All the Hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, and the room was spotless. It came well equipped for dogs: a foldable crate, a ramp to help them get onto the bed, a feeding stand and bowls, lint rollers, and even dog treats. The flooring is also gentle on dogs’ paws. The basement dog run was cool and spacious enough. If you go out, you can leave your dog there before check-in and after check-out. The stay included either a dog massage or a photo session; we chose the photo session, and a professional took photos in a studio—resulting in truly wonderful pictures. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and they have a pizza oven; the freshly baked pizza was especially good. There were Japanese options for breakfast as well. I was surprised by how large the Cobb salad was with the croissant breakfast (photo)—with olives and bacon. On our departure day, we left our luggage there and had lunch at the same restaurant too. It was easy to take walks around the Hotel area. Parking may switch to paid parking once reservations fill up, so I recommend securing parking at the same time you make your Reservation so you don’t forget.

    The Hotel where both dogs and humans can truly relax

    For this trip, we decided to stay at Inumo for any sightseeing destination within a two-hour drive. Our whole family agreed that, after traveling with our dog and staying in various places over the past 10 years, this Hotel is the most relaxing, so we chose it. Above all, the Room is very clean. There’s no odor. The Room has almost all the dog amenities you need. They also provide diapers, so there’s no need to buy them for your trip. You can sleep together. The restaurant is also OK. Even if your dog only goes potty outdoors, there’s a large park nearby when you go out for a walk. You can take photos with Tokyo Tower and your dog in the park (nighttime is recommended). From here on are comments specific to our sensitive and timid dog: Our Shiba Inu lives in a lush green area and isn’t used to riding in a cart, so every year one of our worries was having to put our dog into the cart again and again to move around inside the Hotel whenever we went for walks. But at this Hotel, you can move around freely on a leash, which helps us a lot. Also, it really helps that the staff don’t talk directly to dogs. Even when passing by or walking past the front desk—this may sound odd—I think it’s wonderful that they don’t interfere with dogs. It made me feel they understand that every dog has a different personality. We would like to stay again.

    Hidden Retreat

    I visited from Yokohama. Last time I couldn’t relax as much, so this is my second stay. The Room was so comfortable that I think it’s the best Hotel for dog lovers. The bed was spacious, and it was perfect for the two of us (one person and one dog) to sleep together. The drip coffee in the Room was also surprisingly delicious, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious morning. The location is quiet, and having a Natural Lawson nearby is extremely helpful for me as a casual vegan. Also, the restaurant is wonderful. You can enjoy dining with your dog in a spacious setting. I sincerely hope these services never disappear. This is a precious Hotel that I would love to use again.

    A soothing hidden retreat for dog lovers

    Because our home water heater broke, we ended up staying here at short notice with our dog. Since it was a quiet weekday, we could enjoy the space without any stress and really make the most of it. At the restaurant, everything was very dog-friendly: our dog could even drink water at the table, and he excitedly finished his delicious dog dinner in no time. He looked so happy that I actually worried he might not eat his usual food once we got home. The human dinner was, of course, excellent as well. It made me happy to be able to spend time with my dog at this level of quality. The Hotel Room was also great. Even though many places allow dogs but don’t let them on the bed, at this Hotel dogs are welcome to sleep on the bed without hesitation. Just me and my dog were able to relax comfortably on a spacious bed. Above all, everything felt clean and well maintained—housekeeping is truly thorough. We couldn’t take it too slowly this time, but I’d love to come back for a more relaxed stay. The surrounding area is quiet and calming with lots of trees. In this season especially, an evening walk felt refreshing and surprisingly enjoyable. And lastly, I was pleasantly surprised that there’s a Natural Lawson right nearby.

    It would be great to...

    It would be great to have a Room where guests can brush their dogs. I felt reassured that my dog could relax during the stay, thanks to the staff and the Facility environment. Thank you for taking such good care of us. I will use your service again. First, I will register as a member.

    I stayed here again for the first time in six months.

    We stayed here for two nights and three days. It was a wonderful, very clean, dog-first Hotel, with great amenities and fun activities, so we were able to spend a very relaxing time. They also responded immediately to an unexpected issue—this is an excellent Hotel for me as I travel with multiple dogs. In Tokyo, this is my only choice. I would love to stay again.

    We were able to stay with our dog with peace of mind.

    I stayed here for a family ceremony. My dog is usually very attached to the family, so I was worried, but I decided to use the pet-sitting service. The pet-sitting service was included in the accommodation fee, and it seems my dog behaved well, which was a relief. Being able to sleep together on the bed was also a big plus. I didn’t have much time to relax this time, so I’d definitely like to stay again and take it easy. When using the shower, I felt there was a slight pet odor coming from the drain. Overall, I think this is a Hotel where you can feel at ease staying with your dog.

    We finally had the chance to visit.

    No matter how many times we planned our trip, someone would feel unwell or we’d end up going in a different direction for other plans, so we kept making a Reservation and then Cancel the Reservation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, we were finally able to visit this time, and we were truly happy. Everyone was cheerful, kind, and very pleasant. The Room was clean, and the meals were delicious. The only thing was that the portions were a bit too large for us, so we left a little behind—we felt very sorry about that. Still, every dish was truly excellent. Our dog especially loved the meat dishes and ate a lot. We reserved the hard cage in advance, so we were glad we could use it. It’s also close to Tokyo Tower, and we enjoyed taking walks there. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    The staff were helpf...

    The staff were helpful and friendly. Staying in Tokyo with our dog. Overall, it was neither particularly good nor bad. The location and Accommodation cost were good.

    5-Star Dog Hotel

    I’ve stayed here many times. The Accommodation is always kept very clean, so I can relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. They also have a great selection of dog amenities, which is reassuring. The staff are kind to dogs, and at the restaurant you can enjoy meals together with your dog. The accommodation Plans are easy to choose based on your schedule each time, which makes it very convenient. In the past, I’ve also requested services like shampooing and photo shoots. This time, thank you for the shampoo and treatment—and for the lovely photos of my dog looking fluffy with a beautiful shiny coat! I’ll be back again.

    Absolutely amazing!!

    I found this Hotel through Wan!Pass and YouTube, and decided to stay. The staff treated our dog with great care, the Facility was excellent, and even at the restaurant, everything was dog-first. Our pet enjoyed the meal thoroughly. If you have a pet, this is definitely a Hotel you should stay at!

    Living in Tokyo, I never thought about staying in Tokyo, but after seeing it on YouTube, I decided to make a Reservation. The place was very clean, and both dinner and breakfast were luxurious. It was close to Takanawa Gateway, Tokyo Tower, Shiba Daijingu Shrine, Zojoji Temple, and Shiba Park where I could walk my dog. I would like to use it again; however, it would be more convenient if the price were a bit more affordable.

    Perfect for stays with pets.

    We stayed as a family of three plus one small dog. Our dog was taken care of for about 5 hours and seemed very happy after receiving a thorough shampoo and grooming. The pet amenities were sufficient, and the delicious breakfast added to our satisfaction. The only regret was the bad weather during our stay. Next time, we hope to take a walk to Tokyo Tower!

    We had a truly enjoyable time.

    It was our first time staying at an accommodation with our dog, and we had many concerns, but thanks to the incredibly kind staff, we had a truly enjoyable time. When our dog was nervous at first and had an accident, the staff responded with a smile saying, "It's okay," which deeply moved us. Even when I carelessly left something behind, they surprised me by sending it back so carefully and neatly packaged. I could feel how much the staff genuinely love dogs. We would love to stay here again!

    I had a great time.

    A Birthday Trip for Your Beloved Dog

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our 7-year-old Toy Poodle's birthday trip. The hotel called us in advance, which gave us peace of mind. The room was spacious and clean, with an indoor dog run and plenty of dog supplies, making our stay very comfortable. There were also great walking spots nearby. The weekday special live drawing event became a wonderful memory for us. Both humans and dogs enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, leaving us fully satisfied. Here are just a couple of things we thought could be improved: ○ It would be nice to have small treat bags as souvenirs for other dogs (or sell the treats provided in the room). ○ It was disappointing that many wines were out of stock at the restaurant. That said, overall we were very satisfied and would love to visit again!

    The Best Accommodation for Guests with Dogs

    I had always wanted to stay at this hotel. I stayed with my beloved dog. As a result, I had an incredibly comfortable experience. From the moment we entered the hotel, my dog could walk alongside me, and the attached restaurant also allowed dogs. All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The view of Tokyo Tower from Shiba Park was stunning. Next time, I want to enjoy a multiple night stay!

    Beautiful Hotel

    We searched for a hotel to attend our daughter's wedding in Tokyo and stayed here with our 15-year-old senior dog, my mother, and husband. It was very clean, even more so than hotels where only humans stay. The Italian restaurant on-site was very delicious, and both we and our beloved dog were extremely satisfied. One disappointment was that when we passed through the lobby at 5 AM for a walk, there was no response from the staff member present when my husband greeted them.

    Easy to use

    Among the pet-friendly hotels in Tokyo, I think this Hotel is both dog-friendly and easy to use. Facilities and goods for dogs are well-prepared, so you can almost go empty-handed. It's nice to be able to sleep together on the bed (with a manner wear), and the indoor dog run is kept very clean, and it doesn't seem too crowded, so you can let them play leisurely. It's very appreciated. The restaurant also seems to have a good distance between seats, so the dogs can relax. Even if you need to go out without your pet, there is a pet-sitting service, so you can feel at ease. When leaving them, they stay in a cage, so we bring a blanket for warmth and comfort. This time, since it was close to our dog's birthday, we received a surprise gift of treats. We were delighted. Our dog enjoyed eating them. We will continue to use your services in the future.

    Dog Paradise

    Due to home repair work, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The construction period was extended, and I wanted to extend my stay, but due to the hotel's closing days, I couldn't stay on Tuesday and Wednesday. After staying for three nights, I moved to a pet-friendly hotel in Tokyo. Then, I moved to another hotel for one more night. For the last night, I decided to return to this hotel. As expected, it is spacious and comfortable. You can also take a walk in Shiba Park. Above all, the restaurant has a dog menu, making it friendly for dogs. This time, I chose the inumo room, but since it takes time to set up the sofa bed, I found the twin room more comfortable with its beds.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Very beautiful and very satisfying. The Room was spacious, and the amenities were well-prepared, making it an enjoyable trip. The card key system for the elevator added security, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned, allowing us to use the bathroom and toilet comfortably. The dog run in the basement was adorable, and our pet was delighted. The parking lot is available from 2 PM and can be used for 24 hours, so after checking out the next day, we visited Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple. There is a convenience store nearby, and the staff was pleasant, with no negative aspects at all. We will definitely use it again.
