    It was my first time using this service.

    I have stayed with the Hotel Mets brand several times, but this was my first time in Omori. Thanks to your efforts to accommodate my Room assignment request as much as possible before check-in, I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff also kindly supported me during the check-in process, so everything went smoothly without any major issues. The Room cleanliness and Facilities were what I have come to expect from Mets, and overall I was satisfied. In particular, I needed to use the internet in my Room for an online interview this time, and it worked without any problems. However, I felt the carpet design in the guest Room was a bit busy, and I would have preferred calmer colors and a simpler design. For foreign tourists like me, the Omori area feels a little far out, but since I was satisfied overall, I would consider staying here first if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

    The Hotel entrance is conveniently located immediately to the left after exiting the central ticket gate at Omori Station. You can also access Atre directly from the elevator inside the Hotel, making it very easy to go out from the Hotel. I arrived a little early and wanted to leave my luggage before check-in, and I was able to complete the process smoothly at a self-service reception machine without needing staff assistance. It was also efficient in many ways—for example, you can arrange housekeeping during a Multiple Night Stay and even check out via the TV—reducing the burden on guests. I hope other hotels will follow this approach. It’s easy to see why Reviews are so highly rated, and I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to stay in the area.

    Clean and comfortable

    The bathroom is also predominantly white and feels very clean. Amenities are provided in a pick-up style, where you take what you need from the front desk floor—efficient with no waste. It’s also very convenient that the hotel is directly connected to the station. As I am 70 and had back pain, I requested a Room near the elevator in advance, and they kindly accommodated my request, which was a great help. I had a comfortable stay and would like to use it again. Highly recommended.

    Comfortable Facility and a great location!

    The in-room amenities were well stocked, and the bed and sofa were great! The location inside the station building is also truly convenient. This was my second stay, and I think it’s an ideal choice for a Hotel stay in central Tokyo.

    Comfortable, just 0 minutes from the station.

    I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s really convenient because it’s right next to the ticket gates. I also like that you can choose breakfast from three places. I wanted to take it back to my Room, but I had a train to catch, so I used it after checking out. I’d like to stay here again.

    The Facility is good, but it’s disappointing that the service lacks flexibility.

    I stayed for two nights and had some issues with noise in the Room. When I contacted the manager, I received a polite apology, but the response seemed heavily reliant on data and manuals, such as noise level figures and Room category classifications. In particular, it was very disappointing to hear inappropriate voices from a man and woman in the neighboring Room, which interfered with my rest and sleep. Regarding this point, I was told that “we could have addressed it if you had informed us,” but I felt that this outcome resulted from a lack of flexible consideration in advance when assigning Rooms. I think this is a Hotel with excellent Facilities and location, but I hope to see more flexible service improvements based on each guest’s individual experience.

    I stayed here for business. I booked without much thought because it was the closest Accommodation to my destination and the nearest to the station, but I was pleasantly surprised—the Room was clean and very reasonably priced. From now on, when looking for a place to stay around Shinagawa, I’ll choose this Accommodation.
