  This is my first time experiencing this.

  Arriving late, there were no other guests in the lobby, but two hotel staff members were present at the front desk. I checked in using the self-check-in machine. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting or acknowledgment such as "Welcome," and they remained silent. Do they have any awareness of working in hospitality? This was my first time being ignored upon arrival at a hotel. (It makes me wonder if they are student part-timers.) It was an extremely unpleasant check-in experience.
