  I will not stay again.

  Although the Hotel was stylish, it was disappointing in many ways. I will not stay here again.

  Sauna!

  Stayed here for the first time! I went upstairs expecting both a sauna and a bath, but it was just a sauna! (Haha) Usually, you hear about places having only baths without saunas, but just a sauna? That’s rare! There wasn’t even a cold bath—just showers and fresh air to cool down before heading back into the sauna. It would be great if they could add a cold bath, maybe in the outdoor space! The late-night ramen was great! A welcome drink would be nice to have. The lighting in the Room was quite dim. I’ll visit again!

  During the peak seas...

  During the peak season, I chose this accommodation solely because there was availability. Upon checking in and entering the room, I immediately noticed a strong musty smell due to excessive humidity. Additionally, the room was quite dusty, with visible dust accumulated on the lamp, mirror, and ventilation fan. After spending some time in the room, I experienced itchy eyes and constant sneezing and runny nose, making it impossible to stay without opening the windows. Although I considered moving to another accommodation even at an additional cost, there were no available facilities that met my requirements. The 3-night stay was extremely uncomfortable. The environment could potentially affect guests' health; therefore, improvements are strongly recommended.

  Great ambiance!

  Late-night snacks and breakfast are my favorites.

  The late-night snack service's "Oyasumi-so Ramen" was delicious. For breakfast, it used to be a choice of one drink, but now you can have both coffee and juice, and there's also a mini salad bar, which is very satisfying.

  The staff response was excellent.

  The front desk and kitchen staff were incredibly courteous and attentive when I requested a takeaway breakfast due to my 7 a.m. departure. Although there are a few areas for improvement, such as having only two reception desks which can lead to longer check-in times when it's busy, and the linen rooms located right next to the elevator halls on each floor, making the area in front of the elevators constantly look untidy as a workspace, the hotel seems to make up for these with the staff's hard work. The complimentary ramen served at night is delicious.
