    Perfect for business trips or vacations.

    It was surprisingly easy to get here from the station. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.

    Elevator

    I slept very well. I especially appreciated having both a high pillow and a flat one. Even though it’s a Hotel, the Room didn’t feel dry at all. I didn’t use the large public bath and used the in-room shower instead, which was easy to use. It was also convenient to have a 24-hour convenience store inside the Hotel. The Room was very clean. Being close to Osaka Station at this price felt like an excellent deal. However, the extremely long wait times for the elevators were so unpleasant that they outweighed everything else. It said it depends on the time of day, but I’ve never experienced anything that bad, and since it seems unlikely to be improved due to the building layout, I hesitate to stay again. It was also a bit inconvenient that only yukata were provided as loungewear, and there was an indoor-drying odor from the bathroom curtain. Overall, it was disappointing because both the Room and access were so good.

    Excellent value for money

    With Accommodation rates soaring these days, I’m grateful they’ve kept this price for this location and quality. I also appreciate that amenities aren’t self-service. More places are switching to a system where you pick up amenities from the lobby yourself, but that’s a hassle—I really hate having to go back because I forgot something. It’s convenient that you can check the large public bath’s crowd level on a monitor. Since I was able to check in early, I went around 8 p.m. and it was empty—perfect. If you want to fully enjoy the large public bath, going at an off-peak time is essential. It’s also great that the large public bath and the convenience store are on the same floor; stopping by the store after a bath and heading back to your Room is very smooth. The Room is small, but if they’re maintaining this value for money, it’s more than acceptable.

    Conveniently located and kept very clean.

    Located right next to the Sonezaki Ohatsu Tenjin dining street, and about a 3-minute walk to Whity Umeda—an excellent location. It’s convenient for going out at night and for getting to Umeda Station. Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street is also just one stop away. Overall, it’s very easy to use thanks to the location. At some APA Hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo and Hyogo, I didn’t have the best impression of the front desk service, but here a male staff member standing by quickly spoke to me and smoothly guided me through the simple “1-second check-in,” which improved my impression of APA Hotel. Check-in was so fast that I had time to use the large public bath. There were several types of baths, and it really helped relieve my tired legs and lower back after walking all day. It was great. After bathing, I went out again. After returning to the Hotel, I also visited the bar. I’ve been to this bar before, and the prices are very reasonable. I don’t think there’s even a table charge? The original cocktails are delicious, and since it’s a Hotel bar, it feels safe even for a woman visiting alone—I really like it here. The Room unit bath has a fine-bubble shower head that feels great. If I had one request, I’d like more amenities. Including the bar, I plan to stay at this APA Hotel again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    The large public bath was spacious and clean. I expected it to be crowded at year-end, but everything was handled smoothly. The Room was on the 31st floor, so we chose a high floor, but the view wasn’t quite as impressive as we had hoped. All the staff were very attentive, and we had a pleasant stay.

    The elevator takes a long time to arrive, and the waiting time is too long.

    I stayed at a Business Hotel with a large public bath during my business trip. Even outside peak check-in times, the wait for the elevator on higher floors was excessively long and extremely stressful. To use the public bath, I had to take the elevator, but it never came, so I eventually gave up. Watching the elevator approach my floor only to turn back just before reaching me was frustrating, and it took quite some time before it finally arrived. Again, even outside peak check-in/out times or breakfast rush hours, the long wait for elevators caused immense stress. I will never use this hotel or any other APA hotels again.

    Small, crowded, not cheap

    At first glance, it seems luxurious, but the bath, entrance, and elevator are too small for the number of rooms. The lack of customer service was disappointing. The Room is also small. However, the breakfast buffet is satisfactory.

    There are four elevators, but during check-out time, they were full, and I had to wait for more than 10 minutes. Perhaps some measures could be considered? Also, it is inconvenient not being able to leave used towels in the bath area. It would be nice if there was a cold bath available.

    The level of ICT imp...

    The level of ICT implementation is so advanced that it is difficult for elderly guests to use. Check-in was challenging unless the reservation was made through the hotel's app. Despite the high accommodation fee, the room was extremely small with no space for unpacking. I stayed for two nights, but later realized that room cleaning required placing a sticker from behind the door outside, which I missed. Towels needed to be placed outside if they were to be replaced, but there was no bath mat included. The room had two bottles of water provided on the first night, but none were offered on the second night. There was also no toothbrush provided for the second night.

    For the first time in 20 years

    Used for the first time in about 20 years since my student days. Based on media exposure and pricing, I thought it had become quite impressive, but my expectations were completely let down. Check-in was smooth thanks to automation, but the line for the elevator to reach the guest rooms was overwhelming. Even if check-in is quick, this poor design completely negates that efficiency. The number of elevators and their capacity are entirely insufficient for the number of rooms. The room's bath was shockingly small, so I tried going to the public bath but had to endure the same overcrowded elevators (why not install escalators?). By the time I reached there, I was already exhausted—and once there, it was crowded as well. Despite staying for a Multiple Night Stay, I didn’t even attempt it again after day one. Towels are provided in a single set with minimal amenities. Cleaning is not offered during Multiple Night Stays unless requested—an efficient operation clearly aimed at maximizing profitability. Considering that prices aren’t cheap either, it's easy to see how they maintain high profits. This Hotel seems specialized in advertising and profit maximization. While I wasn’t expecting luxury hotel standards by any means, considering its pricing structure, I'd strongly recommend an ordinary city hotel or another business hotel chain instead. The value you get for what you pay here is simply not convincing at all.

    I stayed at this bus...

    I stayed at this business hotel for the first time for one night as I had plans near Umeda and it was close to the event venue. Since I had never used a hotel chain with such a large number of rooms before, I found that leaving my luggage at the front desk before check-in, the staff's response during check-in, and the check-in process itself took much longer than expected, which left me quite exhausted by the time I got to my room. The elevators were divided between low floors and high floors, but the high-floor elevators were overwhelmingly crowded. At certain times, I had to wait through several elevator cycles before being able to board. Upon entering my room, there was an issue with Wi-Fi connectivity right away. Although it took some time for staff to identify and resolve the problem, they eventually fixed it. However, considering that cleaning might have caused interference with equipment, it would be better if operational checks were conducted as part of final inspections after cleaning. Due to summer vacation season, there were many families and children staying at the accommodation. The public bath was constantly crowded; finding available lockers or washing stations in such a packed space proved challenging. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to relax in the bath as intended—I ended up rushing through washing up and changing back into clothes without feeling refreshed as hoped. While this may be an issue of guest manners rather than management itself—there were several individuals who did not follow rules in both men's and women's baths—it might help if stricter measures are implemented: restricting access outside operating hours early morning or clearly displaying bathing rules prominently in multiple languages could improve compliance; additionally having staff monitor dressing areas more frequently could also make things smoother. Regarding bed size: taller male guests may find beds slightly short—their toes sticking out uncomfortably—and another concern arose from ill-fitting mattress pads beneath sheets exposing black speckled stains visible on mattresses below which detracted from overall cleanliness perception. The only highlight during my stay was breakfast service! Despite being part of a business hotel setup they offered freshly prepared omelets cooked right before guests by friendly chefs whose hospitality stood out positively alongside diverse menu options served within bright open dining spaces creating pleasant leisurely atmosphere adding value overall—thank you!

    I will use it again.

    I was able to store my luggage upon early arrival, the transportation was convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast on the 34th floor was delicious, and the distant views were spectacular.

    【Guest Rooms】Minimal but sufficient, no complaints. However, there are no charging cables for smartphones, and the outlets are USB type only without Type-C, which is always inconvenient. 【Facility】The elevator takes a long time to arrive. During peak times at the public bath, even after 15 minutes of waiting, it still hadn't arrived. The stairs are closed except for emergencies, making it impossible to move even one floor down—this is concerning in case of an emergency. At the very least, we hope the stairs can be made accessible. 【Others】The public bath has plenty of washing stations and check-out is smooth and efficient.

    I used it for a birt...

    I used it for a birthday celebration. It was fun to shop at the Umeda department store basement and relax. The bath was small, but the large public bath was nice. It would be helpful if there were towels available there as well. Since we used it for two people, I think it would have been easier to eat if there was one more chair. Next time, I would like to stay overnight and wander around Umeda.

    Day use with friends

    I have used APA Hotel several times, but this was my first time with a day-use plan. I used a high-floor room plan, and the room on the 33rd floor was the top floor room, offering a very beautiful view from the window. The large public bath was spacious and nice. This time, I didn't use the gym, massage, or restaurant bar, but they are very attractive, and I would like to use them again. I was able to relax in the room and was very satisfied. It is very convenient as it is close to Osaka Station.

    The size of the Room is

    The arrangement is well done, so it's not too noticeable. However, the ceiling is generally low, which might feel a bit cramped for tall people. I had breakfast on the 34th floor, and when I went at 10 AM, it was almost like having the place to myself, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely and delicious meal. The most stressful part was that the elevator took a long time to arrive.

    The response for ear...

    The response for early check-in & late check-out was excellent. On the day of my stay, I arrived two hours earlier than the scheduled time and asked the staff if I could leave my luggage. They kindly informed me that early check-in was available if I wished, and they promptly accommodated me. The next morning, as I was having breakfast outside and couldn't make it back in time for the check-out time, I contacted the Property from where I was. They immediately arranged for a late check-out, allowing me to return to the Hotel without worry, take a shower, and get ready at my own pace. This made my trip very comfortable, and I am truly grateful. I would like to use APA Hotel again the next time I visit Osaka. I sincerely appreciate the prompt response of all the Hotel staff.

    It is convenient to ...

    It is convenient to have a convenience store inside the building, and it was nice that it was on the same floor as the bath. It was also nice that the TV in the Room could be mirrored. The only downside was that the closest route from the station passed through a bar district. On the way back, I took a taxi from the Hotel to Shin-Osaka Station, and it cost 1500 yen, so I thought it would have been better to take a taxi on the way there as well.

    Relaxing Bath

    The staff's response was very pleasant and nice, and the large public bath was so spacious that it felt like an Onsen Stays, which was very satisfying. However, I was troubled by the lack of lotion and other amenities in the Room.
