    I’m satisfied.

    I used this Hotel for watching a game at Koshien and sightseeing around the city. Since it was an inexpensive Plan, I honestly didn’t have high expectations, but I was more than satisfied with the clean Room, courteous service, essential amenities, and a well-balanced breakfast. It was also very convenient to be able to go straight from the entrance to the lobby and then to my Room—something you can only get with a compact Hotel.

    Because there was a coin laundry in front of the Room, the guests’ conversations were noisy. So we recommend choosing a floor other than the third floor.

    Dissatisfied

    I previously stayed at KOKO in Hiroshima and was satisfied, but this time there was a heavy buildup of dust around the ceiling light. It was enough to make me worry it might fall. Please improve this.

    I used to stay here often back in the Trusty days, and after a long time I stayed again, wondering if the management company had changed.\nThe building is fairly old, but it seemed reasonably clean.\nWhen I tried to go out to a convenience store at night, it was raining, so I rang the bell at the front desk to borrow an umbrella. The person who came out was a young man with pierced ears and only the tips of his hair dyed blond.\nMaybe he hurriedly threw on a jacket, but his collar was flipped up and he could barely greet me properly—I may have visibly looked displeased.\nI know you shouldn’t judge by appearance, but is that really acceptable for Hotel front desk staff?\nHonestly, it made me uncomfortable.\nI don’t think I will ever stay here again.\nWhen I called the front desk from my Room for something as well, they were curt and unpleasant.\nI think you should put more effort into staff training.

    Unfortunately

    The moment I entered the room, there was a bad smell. The bathroom also smelled so bad that it was hard to breathe, and the bedding had an odor as well. The towels were rough and felt dirty. I stayed for two nights but felt exhausted from the stress. I will never use this place again.

    The breakfast buffet...

    The breakfast buffet had fewer options than expected. The guest room has a stylish design, but the cleanliness was lacking... There were hairs stuck to the bathroom wall, and the shower curtain had a very strong odor. It smelled even when dry, and the smell worsened when wet.

    The bath is spacious.

    Overall, it was very clean and the Room and bath were much larger than expected, which was satisfying. The shoe storage area was cleverly designed and was good, but if I had to say, placing large sneakers caused them to get caught, making it inconvenient as the door couldn't be moved.

    Quiet Hotel

    I used it just for sleeping after returning from a concert. The amenities were self-service. I checked in late. It is relatively close to the station, so it is convenient.
