    Perfect for travel

    We stayed as a family. There were plenty of places to eat nearby, and we enjoyed the historic streets and the castle.

    Having a washing machine in the Room is very convenient.

    I chose this place because the Room has a washing machine and you can take off your shoes indoors. The washing machine doesn’t have a drying function, but there is bathroom drying, so it wasn’t an issue. In fact, I was glad because if we had run a dryer at night, the noise might have bothered us. There seemed to be many families with children, and in the evening we could hear some footsteps and activity (we were probably contributing too), but it was quiet at night. The curtains are thin so the Room naturally gets bright in the morning, and there are no sheer curtains—this may bother some guests. Breakfast comes with a choice of either a sandwich or granola, plus coffee and other drinks. We bought breakfast for our child at the nearby 7-Eleven. The living area was spacious and comfortable to spend time in. It was also nice that we could fill the bathtub with hot water and relax. Great for families with children and for a Multiple Night Stay. There were many foreign guests, but their manners didn’t bother us at all.

    Ensure thorough cleaning throughout the property!

    (1) Please clean properly! 1. The area around the lobby lounge chairs was covered in dust. 2. In the guest room, there was a lot of hair on the toilet, washbasin, and in the bathroom. (2) As an Accommodation-focused Hotel, you should provide complimentary drinks for guests. Super Hotel and Toyoko Inn offer this. (3) Facility-related issues 1. Lighting is needed above the bed. 2. The wall-mounted TV should be positioned so it can be viewed from the bed.

    Decided based on the size of the Room.

    We chose this accommodation because the loft bed was appealing for our group with many children. The price was affordable, and the location was convenient, so overall, we were satisfied! The first impression upon entering was that it was very clean, and seeing the loft bed immediately excited the kids. As for amenities, there were unique items like eye masks available, which could be useful for those who need them. However, since we didn’t use them, some other amenities felt slightly lacking. There were minor concerns regarding cleanliness—such as black mold in the bathroom corners and dust buildup on the air conditioner vents—which made us a bit uneasy as some of us have allergies to house dust. The loft area seemed warm due to its proximity to the air conditioner. Additionally, there was water leakage from the air conditioner that unfortunately soaked our packed luggage below—a disappointing experience. That said, as mentioned earlier, the facility is stylish; both the room and beds are spacious; it’s in a good location; and having a washing machine with detergent provided for several uses is very convenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel!

    Good Accommodation Experience

    1. Very close to Kawaramachi Station of the tram. 2. Chinese communication is available. 3. There is a convenience store and a small children's park next to the hotel. 4. The four-bed room is spacious and can accommodate six suitcases. 5. Equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, ideal for long stays and families with children.

    Perfect for a girls' trip

    A stylish and design-focused accommodation. The tatami flooring allows for relaxation, making it perfect for a girls' gathering. The bathroom and washing area are separate, allowing you to unwind comfortably. It was a bit disappointing that there were no coffee, tea, or teabags among the amenities, but there's a convenience store nearby to make up for it. Other than that, it was an excellent hotel. I would love to visit again!

    The facility seems to have many foreign guests (staff spoke to me in a language other than Japanese). The room is equipped for long-term stays. The interior is generally clean, but the bathroom has noticeable water stains, which is disappointing.

    Is the number of photos excessive?

    All the reviews mentioned that it was clean and wonderful, but there were many points that made me wonder, such as: - The tatami mats had stains and dirt as they were (unacceptable level for a ryokan) - The bath had a lot of mold on the edges, and the bath chair was covered in water stains The toilet was decent, and the area around the bed was clean. I was expecting a hot sandwich like the panini shown in the photos for breakfast, but the options were an egg sandwich in regular bread or granola yogurt. The granola yogurt was quite filling and delicious. The room had a microwave, which was a high point. The washing machine and dishes seemed good for a long stay. However, I couldn't find any dish soap or paper towels... Overall, it was an ordinary stay, but I had too high expectations from the photos.

    The room is spacious...

    The room is spacious and functional. I stayed for a business trip, but it seems comfortable for groups or families as well. Having a washing machine in the room is convenient for long stays.
