This Hotel was very clean, had a large TV where I could watch YouTube, and it was the first time in a while that I found a place I’d want to stay at again.

I chose this hotel for its large public bath, and it did not disappoint. The public bath was great, and the Room and bed were spacious; the desk was also generously sized, so I was very satisfied. The amenities are well stocked. It’s close to a subway station, making it very convenient. Having a 7-Eleven on the first floor is also handy and reassuring. I’ve already decided to stay here again next time.

    Large Public Bath

Conveniently located with easy access to the metro, and close to convenience stores and restaurants. The Room and large public bath were also clean and pleasant. One concern was that the walls seemed thin, so noise from the neighboring Room could sometimes be heard.

    Check-in is handled ...

Check-in is handled through a system, but since many guests are from overseas or elderly, it took time and long lines formed. The Facility was clean and the amenities were well stocked, but it was disappointing that check-in and the elevators get crowded.

I’d love to stay again thanks to the staff’s warm smiles and the clean Facility.

This was my first stay. I’ve stayed in Akasaka before, but I didn’t notice this Hotel—and no wonder, as it’s tucked just off the busy area near the station. It’s not far at all, and having a convenience store on the first floor is very handy. The multinational staff were friendly and hardworking, and I had a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights is the breakfast: everything was carefully prepared, and whenever something ran out it was quickly replenished—very satisfying. Nothing tasted stale or oxidized, and the croissants were delicious; I’d happily have them again. I also managed to stay at a great rate, and I’d definitely like to return. Thank you!

    It’s very popular.

It’s great that you can check how crowded the bath is from your Room. I arrived early and wish I had gone in while it was still quiet. After midnight it showed as “not crowded,” but there were still quite a few people in the changing area. There are two large indoor baths plus an open-air bath, so I was able to relax. Breakfast had an impressive variety and was very well prepared, and the desserts were excellent (pudding and mini ohagi). When it’s busy, you may have to wait to get in, but there’s hardly any line when picking up food, so you can eat without stress. They also had branded rice, plum rice porridge, and lots of toppings for rice—having tempura in the morning felt luxurious. Matcha salt and tempura dipping sauce were provided as well (the first time since Blossom Hibiya—maybe there’s a particular focus on this across the same JR group?). The chicken and fish served in small dishes also felt special and tasted great. There were several Western options too: Soup and miso soup, curry, juices, etc. The salad was great as well—every dressing and topping was delicious. Coffee and tea can be taken away in paper cups. I rated it 4 stars because the Room slippers felt a bit stiff.

The best Business Hotel in Tokyo for this price range.

Following my stay in July, I booked another Multiple Night Stay. Among Business Hotels in central Tokyo, I think this is the best overall in terms of cleanliness (including Facility cleaning), breakfast quality, price, and the large public bath. This stay overlapped with the Obon holidays, so occupancy was high and both the large public bath and breakfast area were crowded. It wasn’t very relaxing, but that’s to be expected during Obon. One recurring issue is that at checkout time before 10:00 a.m., the elevators hardly ever come—something common at Business Hotels.

    It was great.

The Room was designed in a way that didn’t feel cramped. I’d like to use the layout as a reference. However, noise from nearby Rooms leaking through was somewhat stressful. It’s disappointing, especially since we couldn’t hear sounds from the hallway or outside. I would also appreciate it if the air purifier could be maintained as well. It’s a good idea to check the TV for how crowded the bath and breakfast area are. Thank you for your hospitality.

The laundry room usage was unusual. It was running at full capacity all night, with inbound travelers lining up at the entrance carrying large bags of laundry, and it was still fully occupied even at dawn. It felt a bit uncomfortable that guests not using the Business Hotel for business were taking over facilities intended for business use.

    The Facility is new, but

I stayed for two nights, but the west-facing Room was hot, and when I returned from outside the air conditioning was off, making it extremely uncomfortable. Also, noise carries easily. The meals are good, but the miso soup had no ingredients and there was no fruit, which felt lacking. Considering the price, it may be above average.

I’m a repeat guest and very satisfied. If I had to mention one thing, I’d be very happy if there were even one small towel in the bathroom. It may be to prevent overuse, but having to go up to another floor to get one and then come back down is always stressful, and it likely increases elevator electricity costs as well. If you could consider this, my satisfaction would be even higher.

    It was a wonderful stay.

This was a return visit. I checked in at 9:00 PM for work the next day. The amenities were plentiful, and I really appreciated receiving shoe-shine papers upon request. It was a wonderful stay. The breakfast in particular was outstanding—while the selection isn’t extensive, each item is carefully prepared, making it highly satisfying.

The staff are always kind and helpful. The amenities are plentiful. I found a long hair under the pillow, which can happen, but it was a bit shocking. Also, everyone entered the large public bath wearing slippers. Since there were many international guests, it may be unavoidable, but I didn’t want to walk barefoot either, so I wore socks.

The service was excellent, and this time there happened to be no guests wearing shoes or slippers in the large public bath. I found a booklouse (apparently that’s what it is, according to what I looked up) crawling on the futon, and I couldn’t touch the futon for a while, but it seemed to be only one, so it was okay for now.

In the large public bath amenities set, I found what appeared (after looking it up) to be the remains of a carpet beetle larva, which was a bit unsettling. You can watch YouTube, and the service and hospitality are excellent.

    It was very comfortable.

It was close to the station, and the bath was available until 1:00 a.m. The night view from the 16th floor was beautiful and relaxing. Since it’s near my office, I would definitely like to stay again on my next business trip. I wouldn’t have found it if it hadn’t been recommended on IKYU. Thank you very much for a truly comfortable Hotel stay.

    It was great.

It was very good. It would be helpful to have a water dispenser. Also, some foreign guests came into the changing area wearing shoes, which made it dirty, so it was unpleasant to walk barefoot. I washed my feet in the Room. The air conditioning in the changing area also felt a bit hot. I would like you to come by for cleaning and regular checks. Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed here for the first time, looking forward to the bath and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious as expected, but in the large public bath locker room there were several wet towels and used cotton swabs left behind, which was unpleasant. Also, some of the empty lockers had towels inside and couldn’t be used. I would appreciate it if you could place a basket for used towels. Other than this issue, it was a Hotel where I could stay comfortably. Thank you very much.

The best value for money and quality among Business Hotels in Tokyo.

In this price range, I think it offers the best value for money and quality among Business Hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast is top-class among Business Hotels, there is also a large public bath, and the cleaning is thorough. One request: I would like a fan in the changing area of the large public bath.

A comfortable Hotel near the station

On my first trip to Tokyo in a while, I was looking for Accommodation in Akasaka, which is convenient for seeing shows, visiting museums, and shopping, and I found this Hotel. The building is new, and with a convenience store and a large public bath on site it was very comfortable. I was also thrilled to see the Tokyo night view from the Room window. I felt it offered great value for money.

    The breakfast staff ...

The breakfast staff member’s attitude was poor. I couldn’t find where some cutlery was placed, and when I asked, they silently thrust the cutlery toward me. Was I in the wrong? They also ignored me when I left. (Other staff did say “thank you.”) Other than that, I didn’t have any major complaints, but it was very disappointing and ruined the experience. I believe customer service is a business where small negatives stand out. Since people are involved, some things are unavoidable. However, this did not feel accidental but intentional, so I hope this will be addressed.

Convenient direct access to a convenience store.

It’s convenient that the Hotel is directly connected to a convenience store. The Room had a smell—maybe from a deodorizer?—like a dentist’s office, which was quite stressful. The large public bath felt a bit small for the Hotel’s capacity. It was crowded, so I wished it were open all night. Breakfast had limited variety, but it tasted good.

Clean and relatively close to the station—highly recommended.

This was a relatively new Hotel with easy access from three stations: Tameike-Sanno, Akasaka, and Akasaka-mitsuke. My Room was next to the elevator, but it was quiet and I wasn’t too bothered by outside noise. There were quite a few international guests, mostly from Europe and North America, and they generally observed good manners. There is also a large public bath, which was very relaxing, though the water felt slightly dirty (perhaps because it was late at night). The hair dryers in the public bath were high-end ReFa models. They worked well, but I saw some male guests struggling to turn them on, so having a simple usage guide would make it more user-friendly. One disappointing point was the SHARP humidifying air purifier provided in the Room. This applies to many Hotels, but the inside of the water tank did not seem thoroughly cleaned—there were rough white deposits and residue left behind—so I hesitated to use it. I understand this part requires effort to maintain, but it feels wasteful when it’s provided yet difficult to use comfortably. It might be better to reduce the number available and offer them as loan items instead, focusing more on maintenance so guests can use them with peace of mind. Thank you for your consideration.

The hotel has a large public bath, everything was clean, and the service was excellent.

The building and Facility were new and very clean. Although many of the staff were foreigners, everyone spoke Japanese fluently and provided very polite service, so we had a very comfortable stay. If possible, I would like a clock installed in both the open-air bath (outdoor bath?) and the indoor bath, and shelves in the washing area to place belongings. It was hard to tell what time it was, and there was nowhere to put our bags or towels.

    Business Use

This was my first time staying here. It was very clean and comfortable. Although it is a Business Hotel, the lobby is spacious with a working area, making it very convenient. I used the lockers provided to store my luggage in advance, and the front desk staff gave me clear instructions. The large public bath was spacious, clean, and excellent. Having laundry facilities, vending machines, and a microwave on the same floor was also very convenient (hotels with these on separate floors can raise concerns about convenience and security). The hotel is close to the station, with a convenience store on the first floor, yet it was quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again when working around Akasaka. Thank you for your hospitality!

Thank you for your hospitality during our stay with my family. While it was unfortunate that the accommodation floor we were guided to was on a middle level, making it difficult to get the elevator and avoid noise from upper floors, the room itself was well-designed and clean. The breakfast, featuring freshly fried tempura and a wide variety of salads, was incredibly delicious, with each dish carefully prepared. We found ourselves going back for more multiple times as a family. Although not an onsen, the large public bath with an open-air style area provided a relaxing experience. Previously, I visited during business trips to Tokyo; however, this time I enjoyed seeing things from a different perspective by coming with my family. We have already reserved our stay for next year in conjunction with our visit to Hie Shrine and look forward to visiting again!

    Satisfied.

The room is small but functional, with everything you need. The Onsen was crowded, so it wasn't very relaxing. It's convenient to have direct access to a convenience store, but the elevator takes a long time to arrive, which can be frustrating. It would be nice if there were more Japanese staff members.
