    I'll stay here again next time!

    Stayed during a trip to Tokyo. Great access to major stations like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku, and you can get here directly from Shinagawa on the Yamanote Line if arriving by Shinkansen. The location is very convenient for getting anywhere! Plus, it's very close to the station, so finding the hotel is easy. Amenities are not provided in the room but can be picked up as needed from the front desk floor. Pajamas were available near the elevators on each floor (?), which was convenient as I didn’t have to go all the way down! It would be even more helpful if some amenities could also be placed on each floor instead of just at reception. The best part was the water! All water used, including for showers, is purified. Perhaps because of this, my hair felt smooth and silky, and my skin stayed in great condition! I believe it’s thanks to this water!! The water pressure was also strong enough for a stress-free shower experience. I chose this hotel because of its separate bath and toilet setup but ended up being pleasantly surprised by many other great features during my stay! I’d love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

    Improvement of toilet paper

    I think it is a very well-designed Hotel that meets all the conditions Japanese people seek in a Business Hotel. What was particularly good was that there were power outlets and USB charging ports both at the desk and bedside, and there were plenty of outlets. The desk was also a convenient size for working, and the Room was spacious for a Hotel in Tokyo. It would be preferable if the Room lighting could be a bit brighter. Additionally, it is very close to the station, with various dining chain stores, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, and the bus stop to Waseda University is also very close, making it convenient. It is 2-3 bus stops to the west gate of Waseda University, or about 20-25 minutes on foot. The disappointing points were that the toilet paper in the Room was very thin, even thinner than the paper in the station toilets, making it very incompatible with the washlet. I thought they were cutting costs in the wrong area. Also, the coffee at the breakfast venue was disappointing in taste. If these two points are improved, it can be said to be a highly recommended Hotel for a stay in Tokyo.
