    Highly recommended Hotel!

    This was my first time staying here. The staff’s service felt very courteous. Although I arrived before the scheduled check-in time and was informed that the Room was not yet ready, they handled everything with great care, and the front desk staff were excellent. I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes, but it was cold because the air conditioning blew directly on me.

    Relax Twin (Non-Smoking) for 1 Night (Sightseeing)

    1) Location Very convenient: it’s close to Sendai Station via an underground passage (both JR and subway). There’s a convenience store and Starbucks on the 1st floor, and Sendai Asaichi Market is about 100 m from the Hotel, making it easy to look for fresh local food souvenirs. 2) Front desk and Room Check-in is done by scanning the QR code sent two days before your stay at the payment machine. I was a bit unsure when entering personal information, but staff quickly assisted and guided me, so everything went smoothly. When I forgot something in the lobby, they promptly called my Room. The amenities are excellent (Sekkisei skincare, hair oil, mouthwash, instant coffee, etc.), which helps minimize what you need to bring. The sink area and bath are separated by a glass door; the bathroom has a washing area and even a bath chair. I checked in a little early, used the in-room massage chair to recover from travel fatigue before going out for dinner, then used it again after bathing to relax thoroughly. As the Room name suggests, it’s very relaxing. Perhaps because of the massage chair, the space between the twin beds feels a bit narrow, but with 110 cm-wide beds it still felt comfortable. Some Reviews mention noise; you can hear sounds that seem to come from other Rooms at times, but not enough to bother me. 3) Breakfast The seating capacity is modest, but around 7:30 on Monday there was plenty of space. The menu offers both Japanese and Western dishes including Sendai specialties such as curry with beef tongue, Aoba gyoza dumplings, zunda mochi rice cakes, Sendai vegetable ratatouille-style stew (ratatouille), and Shiroishi umen noodles—everything was delicious and also helpful as inspiration for meals during the trip. There are many good restaurants nearby as well—and you could also eat at Sendai Asaichi Market—so I felt this breakfast had just the right variety and amount.

    I stayed for one night starting August 14. Every year around this time, I return from Saitama Prefecture to visit family graves, but since my family home was lost in the earthquake, I stay at a Hotel instead. In previous years, I stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ichibancho every year, but because the parking lot was always off-site, I learned about Sendai West Exit Premier near the station and stayed here for the first time. Since it’s close to the station, I was worried about parking availability, but I was glad I could park even before check-in time. I’ve stayed at several Daiwa Roynet Hotels, and their bathrooms are my favorite. If I had made my Reservation earlier, a slightly larger Room might have been available, but it was quieter than expected despite being near the station. The location is very convenient, so I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. I usually avoid unit bathrooms, so I choose Hotels with separate toilet and bath, and this one was spacious and very convenient to use. The parking fee is a bit high, but that seems unavoidable given the location in front of the station. Even during the Obon holiday period, I was able to park. Staff were on site and assisted me politely. A subway entrance is right next door, which made it very convenient for going to the station building as well. There is also a Starbucks and a convenience store on the first floor, making it a great environment.

    It was very clean!

    I don’t often stay at a so-called Business Hotel, but this one was very clean and I had no issues. I was looking for a Hotel with a separate toilet and bath, and it was perfect. Since it’s in the city center, we went bar-hopping at about three places at night and lined up for gyutan for brunch, making our trip to Sendai very fulfilling.

    Excellent location

    It’s directly connected to JR Sendai Station via an underground passage, making it extremely convenient. There are also stations for the Subway Namboku Line and Tozai Line along the way, so it’s incredibly handy for sightseeing as well. Plus, there are plenty of dining options around the Hotel. You won’t find many Hotels with a location this good. In the lobby, there is information on various free rental items, and what I appreciated most was being able to choose a pillow with the height and firmness that suited me. I’ve stayed here several times, and I feel it keeps getting better and better. Whenever I visit Sendai in the future, I plan to stay here again as one of my top choices.

    Everything was satisfactory.

    So new and spotless! The bathroom was immaculate too—well worth the price. It was a twin room, but the layout was spacious and felt very open. There was a proper table set, which made it easy to relax during our stay. Everything provided thoughtfully meets guests’ needs—an excellent Hotel. The breakfast was delicious as well. The only disappointment was that it was so popular we couldn’t book a Multiple Night Stay!

    Convenient access.

    I felt the front desk check-in process took a bit too long. After filling out paperwork at the counter, I then had to walk over to the self-service payment machine (Note 1) to print breakfast vouchers and issue my room key; in that case, I would have preferred to be directed to complete the process at the machine from the start. Also, at breakfast on July 9, it felt somewhat unnatural (Note 2) that I had to ask a staff member just to get milk. There also seemed to be some issues with elevator control/operation management, as I was often kept waiting for a long time.

    Beef Tongue Street

    Due to the earthquake, I was stranded in Sendai before reaching my destination. After debating whether to return to Tokyo, I decided to stay one night and enjoy some gyutan in Sendai! The Hotel was new, the Room was spacious, and I was very satisfied. The bathroom felt open and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The gyutan restaurant next door that the front desk recommended was excellent and absolutely delicious!

    Recommended Hotel!

    This was my first stay here. It’s a very clean Hotel and conveniently located near the station! The front desk staff were extremely courteous, and right away I thought, “Ah, this is a great Hotel!” When I arrived, I asked the front desk staff about checking out early the next morning for golf... They properly informed the parking staff in advance, which was a huge help! On the day of golf, the parking staff were waiting for me, so I was able to leave smoothly. I also really appreciated that they chose an easy-to-exit parking spot. Amenities are available on the front desk floor, and there’s a great selection as well. I picked up some coffee and enjoyed it in my Room—it was delicious! A highly recommended Hotel that I’d love to stay at again.

    Overall, I was very satisfied, except for a few things.

    They were very accommodating from the Reservation stage, and I was able to spend four comfortable days here. I also appreciate the courteous assistance from the parking staff. It was close to the station and convenient for shopping. On the first floor there is Starbucks and 7-Eleven, and across the street on the first floor of the building in front is my favorite restaurant, Tanya Zenjirou. The morning market was also nearby, as well as my favorite Toramaru, and it was easy to get to the arcade shopping street. There was an amenities bar, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The bath salts helped relieve my fatigue. There were plenty of amenities and loan items—everything you might need. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. It was great to have local specialties, and even thick-cut sashimi that was fresh and tasty. I ate beef tongue curry every day. Jajamen noodles were also good. However, it was disappointing that the menu stayed exactly the same for four days. I understand rising ingredient costs and food waste concerns, but I would be happy if there were at least some changes. And there was one especially disappointing issue that I believe should be addressed urgently: The person slicing sashimi went to the restroom wearing the same gloves used for slicing sashimi, and did not change gloves after returning. Not only that—they continued using those gloves even after touching tables, doors, etc. Also, when I ordered only one type of sashimi, they made an unpleasant face and sighed. Since I work in a similar industry myself, hygiene is a serious concern for me. The food is delicious overall and the Facility is excellent, so I will stay again—but I sincerely hope these issues will be improved. Because this happened on day one, I could not bring myself to eat any more of what looked like fresh and delicious thick-cut sashimi after that. Except for those points above, I am very satisfied overall. I will stay again in the future—thank you very much.

    A Long-Awaited Stay

    When I’m on a business trip to Sendai, I stay at this Hotel. My last stay was three years ago, and I remember receiving great service then, but this time the service fell short of my expectations. At check-in, I was told there was an issue with the app, but there were no courteous prefacing words and the staff member responded with a blank expression, which left me disappointed. While app issues can happen, since it was clearly not the guest’s fault in this case, a less mechanical tone would have been preferable. Also at check-out, although it was a different front desk staff member, the response was unfriendly as well. Three years ago the service felt pleasant and welcoming, so as noted above this visit was disappointing; however, I plan to return next time in hopes that things will have improved.

    The breakfast buffet is excellent.

    As a new Hotel that opened in 2022, the Facilities—including the bath—are modern and easy to use. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of seafood, including sashimi sliced by a chef. It’s not extravagant, but it features local specialties and is enjoyable. Check-in and check-out are handled by machines, and amenities are picked up at the front desk. For a Business Hotel, it has everything you need, making for a good-value stay.

    This time, we were able to book a spacious Room, so we could relax and enjoy our stay. Breakfast also featured local ingredients, and many of the dishes were properly prepared and delicious.

    Overall, the location is convenient enough with no major issues.

    This was my first stay. I stayed for three nights with breakfast included. Access to Sendai Station is generally fine, but it may be a concern if you have heavy luggage or in bad weather. The Sendai Morning Market is right in front, and there is a convenience store and Starbucks on the street-level floor of the same building, which is very convenient. However, I was surprised that there is no airport luggage delivery pickup service. I assume there are reasons for this, but considering the time loss and having to carry multiple bags yourself, it makes getting around quite inconvenient. There is a Yamato Transport office a block away, but it was still a hassle in practice. The breakfast at the cafeteria was acceptable with no particular issues. Depending on the purpose of my trip, I would consider staying again. The massage chair was a nice touch.

    Please continue to offer separate bath facilities and allow smoking.

    For someone with a large build, a unit bath can feel cramped, so I really appreciate having a bathroom with a separate washing area. I’d also be grateful if you could continue accommodating the steady demand from smokers who have fewer options these days. I’m always satisfied with the clean, well-kept Room.

    At breakfast, the chef prepared fresh sashimi right in front of us—an unexpected and wonderful touch. The other meals were 3 or 4 stars, but we give 5 stars overall because the sashimi was outstanding. Perhaps because we stayed on February 14, the Accommodation rate was high.

    Overall satisfied. Convenient location near the station, and the Room is clean, but...

    I stayed for 3 nights to explore places like Naruko Gorge, Chusonji Temple, and Matsushima, using Sendai as a base. The room was a Deluxe King with windows on both sides, making it bright and clean. It was conveniently located near the station and Sendai Morning Market. However, I found it disappointing that there were few drawers or storage spaces for clothes. This time, I stayed in a smoking room not by choice but because non-smoking rooms were unavailable. I have stayed here several times before, and on previous occasions as well, non-smoking rooms were unavailable so I ended up in a smoking room. What is the ratio of non-smoking to smoking rooms? Could it be that the lower ratio of non-smoking rooms always leads to staying in a smoking room?

    I always check this ...

    I always check this Hotel when traveling to Sendai. Since my plans are often decided suddenly, I sometimes use other places if non-smoking Rooms are fully booked, but this Hotel is always reliable. This time, I made a Reservation with the "Leave it to us" Plan, but due to my circumstances, I requested a Room change and was kindly accommodated—thank you so much. Thanks to that, I had a very pleasant stay. The Hotel is close to the station with many shops around, has excellent amenities, and even offers parking facilities which are very convenient. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    Very satisfied.

    We were looking for a room with four beds for our family of four and found a Junior Suite, which we reserved. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub in the bathroom. We also appreciated the wide variety of amenities available in the lobby. The staff provided excellent service. Breakfast featured ingredients from Miyagi Prefecture, offering Japanese, Western, and Chinese options to enjoy. The service of having sashimi freshly sliced on-site was delightful as well. We would love to stay again if we have the chance!

    Once again, completely satisfied!

    Thank you for the room on the top floor. During the hot summer, it was very convenient to walk from Sendai Station through the underground passage close to the Hotel. The location is excellent, with my favorite beef tongue restaurant and the morning market nearby. The front desk staff kindly helped transfer my membership card to an app, and everyone was friendly with pleasant greetings. Breakfast included local dishes, all of which were delicious. This time, there was a corner where they prepared fresh sashimi right in front of me; even though I’m not a big fan of fish, it was so fresh and tasty that I enjoyed it very much. The staff there were cheerful and kind as well. I look forward to staying again during my next trip to Sendai!

    Reliable Satisfaction

    Thank you for upgrading my Room. The cleaning of the Room, especially the bathroom, was excellent and very clean. I would be even happier if you could consider adding a chair in the washroom. I believe Daiwa Roynet does not have them across the whole country. Using a hairdryer while standing can be quite tiring. Please consider this suggestion.

    Air conditioner dust

    The room is spacious, and the separate bath and toilet are a great feature, which is why I always choose this accommodation. During my stay last weekend, I was delighted to be upgraded to a Junior Suite. However, I noticed that the air conditioning in the room was not working efficiently. Upon checking the vents, one out of three (the one near the bed) was covered in dust, which was slightly disappointing. That particular vent also had minimal airflow. Since it’s located near the bed, I couldn’t help but worry about dust falling while sleeping. The other two vents were clean, so it might have been an oversight during cleaning or perhaps difficult to reach without climbing onto the bed. In any case, I recommend cleaning it soon. Other than that minor issue, everything else was perfect! The location, service quality, room comfort, meals provided by tenants on-site security—everything exceeded expectations. Whenever I visit Sendai again for leisure or business purposes—I will definitely choose this hotel again! Looking forward

    Cozy Hotel

    The front desk staff were very friendly. The Room was clean! Having a separate bath helped relieve the fatigue from traveling. I was happy to find Snow Skin Essence amenities in the lobby.
