    Comfortable and easy to spend time in.

    Close to the station and the airport. The price is reasonable. The Room was quiet and comfortable, with a washing machine and kitchen. Slight downsides were that the Wi‑Fi signal was weak and breakfast consisted mostly of pre-packaged items.

    The location and Facility were quite good. However, one disappointing point was the room cleaning. Overall, the room was kept clean, but when we moved the bed slightly for our own convenience, an unusual amount of dust and dirt came out from underneath. It may not be an area that is cleaned regularly, but I think it should be cleaned thoroughly from time to time. Everything else was good, so it felt a bit disappointing.

    The breakfast venue staff’s service was excellent.

    I had a very unpleasant experience. First, I was given no explanation at all about the breakfast offerings. (Other guests who arrived later were given an explanation. Perhaps because I was a woman traveling alone, the staff member spoke to me in a very condescending manner.) When I asked where the tongs for the bread were, I was told, “They’re on your tray.” I found that inappropriate even as customer service language. Phrases like “It’ll be ~” and “Please just leave it there” are not suitable for someone responsible for Hotel hospitality. Also, even though it was still within breakfast hours, they started cleaning the coffee machine. When I asked, “About when will coffee be available?” I was told, “I’m cleaning it now, so please go get it from the front desk.” Couldn’t the cleaning be done after breakfast hours? The front desk is not nearby. What are guests supposed to do if they want coffee during breakfast? This Hotel was my last stay before returning overseas, and it left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I assume this person may have been part-time staff, but because the front desk staff were so kind, I believe guidance and training are also needed for those in charge of the breakfast area. I truly regret adding breakfast. This was one of the biggest disappointments of my summer vacation. The service from staff overseas felt far kinder and more genuine. As a former Hotel employee myself, this is unacceptable.

    There is a large public bath, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    We chose the residence-type option to find a Room with flooring where our family member with limited mobility could stay barefoot, and it was very comfortable. It was helpful to have a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware for a stay of several days, and the bed was also very comfortable. We were satisfied with the kind support for our inquiries, including installing the bed guard we requested in advance.

    The location is perfect—less than a 3-minute walk to the Keikyu Line. Although it’s a business-oriented hotel, we still enjoyed our family trip.

    Highly satisfied!

    As I currently live overseas, I often stay in Tokyo for about two nights when traveling to other regions in Japan. Since I usually have a lot of luggage, I need a Room with a reasonable amount of space, and access to the airport is also an important factor when choosing a Hotel. This time I arrived at and departed from Haneda, so I was satisfied with the location in Kamata and the Hotel Room. The foreign female housekeeping staff also responded quickly to requests such as towel replacement and worked very hard. It left a very positive impression. Thank you very much.

    I had work in the Yo...

    I had work in the Yokohama area and stayed for two nights because it was convenient last time. My flight arrived late at Haneda, but it was easy to take the Keikyu Line, and it’s a straight walk from the station—so I fell asleep right away. The next day, I came back in the evening, bought yakitori and sashimi at the supermarket inside the station, and enjoyed drinks in my Room. Since I stayed two nights, I was also able to try the keema curry that I missed last time (it normally comes with rice, but I asked for no rice because I wanted to enjoy their delicious bread instead). I rated service 4 only because there was nothing I needed help with. As for the bath, the shower in my Room was comfortable so I didn’t use the public bath—no complaints at all. I’ll stay again.

    It was comfortable.

    Overall, I had a very positive impression. I appreciated that the Room toilet was separate. With the large public bath available, a shower booth alone was sufficient. I like this style of Business Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    First Visit

    I stayed here the night before my departure from Haneda. It was conveniently located near Kamata Station, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The Room was clean and comfortable. I wasn’t bothered by the train noise, but since it faces a main road, I often heard ambulance sirens, which was a bit distracting. The staff provided excellent service and were very pleasant. The amenities next to the front desk were also helpful. I would like to stay again—thank you very much.

    Neither good nor bad

    The Facility is reasonably clean—neither particularly good nor bad—but because check-in and check-out are fully automated, there was no greeting at all even when staff were present at the front desk. It also felt unsettling to think that in an emergency (such as an earthquake or fire), you could not expect any guidance or assistance.

    Conveniently located near Haneda Airport.

    I sometimes stay here because it’s close to Haneda Airport. The Residence Double room comes with a microwave and washing machine, and I’m happy the refrigerator is a large, full-size home model. Check-out is set at 10:00, but you can extend your stay for JPY 1,100 per hour, which I think is good value for money. I also like the freshly brewed UCC coffee available in the lobby—it’s better than expected and very tasty.

    Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separate was really great. Thank you very much. However, the only downside was that I couldn’t use the bath in the morning. It was my fault for staying without checking the bathing hours, but since the Hotels I’ve stayed at before allowed early-morning bathing, I assumed this one would as well. Since it wasn’t available, I ended up not being able to use the bath even once. That was my only disappointment.

    It was great again this time.

    Thank you for your continued support. This time, the breakfast and the breakfast staff had improved compared to last time, which was great. It can’t be helped, but when we arrive late, the public bath is crowded and the floor is sometimes wet, so we used the bath in our Room reserved this time. A Room with a private bath is excellent, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable; however, the bathtub was a bit small. If possible, next time and beyond we would like to arrive earlier and use the public bath. We look forward to staying with you again.

    Stayed for two nights during a conference. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the station and easy to find on the main street. There’s also a convenience store a little further away. The front desk offers free coffee and tea at any time, with a wide variety of teas to choose from—it’s hard to decide! Amenities are by DHC. The Room was clean, and train noise wasn’t an issue. It’s not a unit bath, so it was comfortable. There’s a shower booth, but the large public bath (open until 1:00 AM) has both indoor and open-air baths for relaxation. The shampoo and conditioner leave your hair feeling smooth as well! However, one downside was that the bath mat in the public bath felt sticky and unpleasant—that really stood out to me. Other than that, everything was perfect! I’d love to stay here again!

    Clean and well-maintained

    Close to Haneda Airport, check-in was easy even at midnight, and the large public bath was available to relax a tired body. The changing room might feel a bit small, but it’s understandable. Amenities were well-prepared, so I could head straight to the public bath with just a towel and Room wear in hand. The Room was clean and had a fresh atmosphere (especially noticeable after returning from overseas). However, there was some dust on the humidifier and no water in the refrigerator, which prevented me from giving it a perfect 5-star rating.

    This is a newly rebuilt Hotel in the newly developed area around Keikyu Kamata Station. Located near the station, it features a large public bath with two tubs and well-stocked amenities. While it takes about 3 minutes to reach cafes and restaurants, there are partnered shops within the station offering drink services. If you prefer a quieter stay, request a Room not facing the railway tracks. Great value for money with excellent access to Haneda Airport!
