    Although newly built and close to the station, there are some issues, such as no outside view and a small desk.

    The bathtub was spacious and there were plenty of power outlets, suggesting the Hotel is designed with modern needs in mind. However, it was disappointing that the window was frosted glass and could only be opened slightly, which made the room feel closed in. The desk was also small, and the chair was a backless stool, so it did not seem suitable for working. Breakfast did not seem to be prepared from scratch by professional chefs, but there was a good variety of items, including several local dishes. However, there was no 100% fruit juice, and the machine-dispensed coffee did not allow for proper blooming time—essential for good flavor—so I was left dissatisfied with the quality of the beverages.

    Nara Sightseeing for Parents and Children

    It was just a short walk from Kintetsu Nara Station, making it convenient for sightseeing and trying local foods. The staff were very kind and courteous on the phone and at check-in, which left a great impression. It was disappointing that there were no bottled water provided in the Room. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nara for sightseeing next time.

    2 minutes from Kintetsu Nara Station

    Just a 2-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station, it is located inside a shopping arcade with many different shops, making it an extremely convenient location. The building is relatively new and was kept very clean. Since we were traveling with a preschool child and needed a washing area, the bathroom was as spacious as one in a typical home and very easy to use. We would like to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

    A clean, convenient Hotel near the station

    I stayed one night solo for sightseeing after the Obon holidays. It was a clean Hotel! There are also restaurants and a supermarket around the Hotel, so it’s extremely convenient. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Since I mainly got around from Kintetsu Nara Station, it was a big plus that the Hotel is close to the station. The Room was also easy to use and very comfortable!

    It was very good!

    It’s close to the station, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, and we really enjoyed the delicious meals. It’s a Hotel we’d love to visit again. The birthday surprise also made us very happy!

    Excellent value for money and highly satisfying

    We stayed at this Hotel in late June, right after two major typhoons made landfall back-to-back. There were times when the rain was quite heavy due to the storms, but we could still easily walk to Nara Park and Kofuku-ji Temple. We also hopped between cafés around Nakatanidō and Sarusawa Pond and stopped by shops—everything was truly convenient. We had a dinner Reservation at a restaurant in Higashimuki Shopping Street, and that was close by as well, which made things easy. The comfort of being able to return to the Hotel quickly whether it’s raining or hot is reason enough to make it a great base for sightseeing in Nara. It’s not a large-scale Hotel, and because the front entrance is set back due to the building layout, it doesn’t stand out much from outside. However, once you step into the lobby, it’s very clean and calm—an stylish Hotel that incorporates Japanese elements beautifully. This time we stayed as three adults in our family, so we made a Reservation for a larger Deluxe Room. Based on the listed square meter size of the Room, I didn’t expect it to feel very spacious—but perhaps thanks to smart design, it felt roomy, and even with three adults there was no stress at all. I had no complaints about the in-room amenities or Facility features. The bathroom and toilet are completely separate. With three people, one person uses a sofa bed, but the layout is excellent—I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything is arranged so guests can use limited space efficiently and comfortably. Above all else, what stood out most was how clean this Hotel is. Travel is my hobby and I stay at various Accommodations both in Japan and abroad almost every month, but it’s rare to find an Accommodation kept this spotless throughout—from water areas to every corner of the Room. Even when I used the shared restroom in the lobby area (common area), it was sparkling clean; I felt this is a highly conscientious Hotel. Not only are the facilities great—the staff also provided wonderful hospitality across the board, making our stay genuinely comfortable. There are several other Accommodations in Nara that interest me as well, but considering how good this place is in terms of location plus facilities plus service for its value for money (cost performance), I feel like we’ll end up choosing this one again next time (laugh). Just one thing: breakfast buffet felt a bit limited…in terms of both variety and content. That said, because of how convenient the location is there are plenty of places nearby where you can eat anyway—so maybe that part is difficult for them. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would love to use this place again. Thank you very much.

    Following last year, I stayed again this year. Everyone at the Hotel greeted me warmly whenever we met, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room was compact but easy to use. I would like to stay here again.

    It was a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.

    - The approach to the entrance is wonderful and full of Nara charm. - The front desk is available 24 hours, and with card-key access elevators, you can stay with peace of mind. - The service at the adjacent restaurant is also pleasant. - The bathroom is clean as well. - Amenities include bath salts and cooling items for summer heat prevention, showing thoughtful attention to guests’ comfort.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Although it was very hot during our stay, we received a cooling bath additive at the front desk and were able to relax comfortably in the bath. You always come up with thoughtful touches, which makes staying here something we look forward to. The Room isn’t large, but it has a calm color scheme and is functional.

    Dinner-Included Plan

    I stayed on a dinner-included Plan. The attached restaurant was busy with many non-staying guests, and the food took a very long time to arrive. Even after an hour, not only had the main dish not arrived, but less than half of the meal had been served. I ended up canceling the rest, saying I was full, but I was honestly disappointed. I don’t understand the point of asking for our preferred dining time in advance. The location was good and the Room was clean, but it ended up being a disappointing Hotel for me.

    This is a conveniently located Hotel.

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included. It’s conveniently located near Kintetsu Nara Station, within walking distance of Kofuku-ji Temple and Nara Park. The room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. It was also convenient to be able to check from the in-room TV whether the coin laundry machines were in use. However, perhaps because my room was on the second floor, the window glass wasn’t clear, so I couldn’t enjoy the view, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was delicious.

    Perfect base for sightseeing in Nara

    Conveniently located near Kintetsu Nara Station, with nearby bus stops for various destinations. The Hotel is surrounded by a shopping arcade with many stores and offers easy access to Nara Park. Amenities are available in the lobby, and I appreciate the Hotel’s commitment to environmental protection. The entrance, lobby, and guest rooms were all very clean. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nara.

    Spacious twin-bed Room (assigned upon arrival), excellent access

    I was nervous because it was my first time near Kintetsu-Nara Station, but I was surprised by how clean and beautiful the Hotel was. The beds felt very clean, which was great. I even lifted the mattress to check, and there were no issues. With two beds in the Room it felt a bit small, but I could still use the table properly. There were power outlets everywhere in the Room, including next to the bed, which made charging very convenient. It’s a comfortable distance from the station and close to a bus stop. There’s a liquor store next door to the Hotel, Rokumei Coffee’s main shop nearby, and convenience stores within walking distance—an extremely convenient location.

    A conveniently located Hotel in the city center

    Whenever I visit Nara, I stay at this Hotel. It is in the city center yet quiet. There are bakeries, cafes, and izakayas nearby, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat. The Room isn’t large, but it has a desk and chair and is comfortable.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I was worried we might not be able to stay due to the typhoon, but we arrived safely. We were shown to a slightly larger Room and were able to relax and enjoy our time. It seems to be getting more and more popular, so each time I stay, I find myself wondering how long I’ll still be able to book here—while always having a comfortable stay.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I arrived in the evening, and it was helpful that there were many restaurants nearby. The Room is not very large, but it was comfortable and I had no issues relaxing. I didn’t use it this time, but the restaurant on the first floor is also very delicious. They provide discount coupons, so I would like to stay here again.

    Great value Accommodation

    I stayed here during a trip to Nara. Among the options in Nara, the accommodation cost was low, but the quality of both dinner and breakfast was so high that it didn’t feel like a budget Hotel at all. The mackerel kakinoha-zushi in particular was delicious, with just the right balance between the rice texture and the saltiness of the mackerel. The view from the Room wasn’t great due to surrounding buildings, but the bed was very comfortable and I had a pleasant stay. It’s close to the station and sightseeing spots, making it a very convenient Hotel.

    It was new and comfo...

    It was new and comfortable. It’s close to Kintetsu Nara Station and just a short walk from Sanjo-dori, which connects JR Nara Station and Kasuga Taisha, making it a convenient base for exploring Nara on foot. I would prefer toothbrushes to be provided in the bathroom; they are available from the amenity buffet near the front desk.

    Nara Trip

    I had lunch here before and it was delicious, and I learned then that they also offer Accommodation, so I stayed this time. It’s close to the station and convenient for sightseeing, and I was able to enjoy bar-hopping around Naramachi as well. The amenities were well stocked, and breakfast was delicious. The Room was clean, and I was very satisfied.

    Quiet Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station, yet the Hotel is very quiet. There is a restaurant on the first floor; we had lunch there after check-out, and it was delicious. It’s a Hotel where you can relax and take your time.

    Excellent location near the station.

    I stayed here to visit the museum, and the location is very convenient. The Room is small, but it was sufficient for one person. I didn’t expect breakfast to be a boxed meal. It was crowded with a group, so I would have appreciated more consideration.

    For a comfortable and relaxing trip to Nara

    I’m a returning guest. Once again, I was able to relax in a spotless bathroom and a very clean Room. The air conditioning was easy to adjust, the amenities were plentiful, and the in-Room facilities were new and easy to use, so I felt no stress at all. The location is excellent—close to the shops I wanted to visit and Nara Park. Above all, the front desk staff are wonderful every time. I’ll be back again next time for another relaxing stay.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I stay here regularly, and it’s a very comfortable Hotel. Temples and museums are within walking distance, and there are also great bakeries and cafés nearby, so you won’t have any trouble finding places to eat. The restaurant on the first floor is also delicious and reasonably priced. There are perks for guests as well, so I highly recommend it.

    A well-located, quiet Hotel

    It’s in a great location, just a few minutes from Exit 4 of the Kintetsu East Exit. It was convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting anywhere. The lobby staff were polite and helpful. The Room was calm and comfortable, and it was kept very clean. Amenities are set out in front of the elevators on the first floor, but bath salts are placed at reception, so please note that. Stick coffee and various teas (including black tea and green tea) are also available by the elevators along with a water dispenser (cold water and hot water). The Room has a kettle and mugs, but there is no bottled water or other drinks provided in the Room, so you need to pick them up there. There are no paper cups at the water dispenser either, so I brought my own 250 cc bottle. I filled the kettle with hot water from the dispenser, reheated it in the Room, and enjoyed tea. I understand this is an environmentally conscious and cost-aware approach. This was something we prepared ourselves in advance: since my family prefers fresh water at night, we bought some at a convenience store before check-in. Also, as the pajamas were a one-piece type, I brought pants. If you tend to get cold around your stomach area, don’t forget to bring something. Around the Hotel there are cafes like Doutor as well as convenience stores such as Lawson and Daily Yamazaki. For shops in Naramachi, I think you can reach most places within about a 15-minute walk. There were also several bakeries from near the station through the shopping street to around Naramachi. Overall it was a convenient and comfortable Hotel. I will stay here again when visiting Nara. Thank you very much.

    I’m satisfied.

    The location is easy to find, and it’s conveniently close to the station. The front desk staff always welcome me warmly, which makes me feel at ease. I like that I can take only the amenities I need to my Room, so there’s no waste.
