    Marron and Yuki

    The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

    Direct access from the station was truly appreciated.

    We chose this Hotel because it is directly connected to the station. We used two Rooms for five adults and one 2-year-old, and they arranged the Rooms close to each other. The way they stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out was excellent. The amenities were very well stocked. There were items for children, things to soothe tired legs, sweat wipes, and more. It was really helpful to have so many items that other Hotels we’ve stayed at didn’t offer. Breakfast had a good variety of both Japanese and Western options, which we enjoyed. My family said, “Let’s stay here again next time we go to TDR.”

    Amenities

    I always use the Bath additive (Babu) and the carbonated foot patches, and they’re excellent. If possible, I’d like you to provide a single all-in-one face mask. My recommendation is the Nameraka Honpo Wrinkle Sheet Mask. Because it contains rice bran, it’s gentle on the skin and I think it would be popular with guests of any age. Please consider it. I’ll stay at your Accommodation again when visiting Disney.

    The Best Hotel for Traveling to Disney by Train

    We stayed here for a live concert at LaLa Arena TOKYO-BAY in Minami-Funabashi and to enjoy Tokyo DisneySea the next day. Since it’s a Hotel directly connected to Maihama Station, it was very convenient that we could leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m., which was great because we had plenty of time to line up before the park opened. You can also choose amenities freely, and there were plenty of options that helped relieve the fatigue from all the walking. The Room was a twin (Casual 2). It’s slightly compact, but it wasn’t an issue as we could spread our luggage out on the bed. We’d like to stay again.

    Easy even on rainy days

    This was my first stay. It was a rainy day, but it was great that I could get from the station to the Hotel without needing an umbrella. I was also happy that I could store my luggage for free before check-in. The freely selectable amenities were nice, and I really appreciated the foot patches! The staff were kind as well. I would like to stay again!

    It was amazing! We’ll be back!

    I stayed here for a Disney trip with my mother and daughter. Because the price was quite reasonable, I was a little nervous at first—but it exceeded my expectations in the best way, and I was truly impressed. It’s easily one of the best Hotels I’ve ever stayed at. First, right after we arrived, a female staff member near the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and kindly explained the facilities and amenities. She also opened the heavy doors for us again and again whenever we passed by. Thanks to her thoughtful care, we felt genuinely happy from the very start of our trip. I can’t thank her enough! The Room was spotless and felt so comfortable. I often worry about hygiene with Hotel kettles, but this one was clearly labeled “cleaned,” so I could use it with peace of mind. The larger refrigerator was very convenient, and I was also impressed that the hair iron I requested by phone right before our stay had already been set up in our Room. Despite being directly connected to the station with excellent access, it was quiet at night—I didn’t notice any train noise at all and slept soundly. Because it’s a compact Hotel, getting around is easy, and popping into the connected convenience store takes no time. We also really appreciated how well-stocked everything was: great kids’ amenities as well as adult items like “Babu” bath tablets and Megurhythm foot sheets—perfect for soothing tired bodies after a day at the park. My mother and I have already promised each other that we’ll definitely stay here again on our next Disney trip. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such a wonderful time!

    Directly connected to Maihama Station and a 10-minute walk to the park. The bathroom has a separate washing area; the shower head is ReFa, and the hair dryer is also high quality. There’s a laundry basket, a step stool, kids’ shampoo, a large trash bin, and a large refrigerator. Amenities are well stocked. Shoes-off style with slippers provided. One wall can be used as a screen. Separate top-and-bottom pajamas are included. The staff were pleasant, check-in is via machine, and you can check out from the TV screen; you can also return the key in a box near the entrance. If you choose no cleaning service, they leave towels, pajamas, and water in a paper bag at your door. Breakfast at Chawan was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful (we liked it so much we ate dinner there twice). There were many positives. The only downsides were that the Room is small, there’s no space to store clothes or luggage neatly, and it feels pricey for this Hotel grade (likely due to being close to the park—understandable). We enjoyed our stay so much that we made another Reservation for next time. Being nearby was very helpful—we could come back to the Hotel when we got tired. Thank you very much.

    Grandchild’s First Disney Trip

    We stayed here for our grandchild’s first Disney visit. We considered several Hotels, but thanks to the convenient location near the park and the station, we could go to the park without carrying much, which was a big help. The Room was also a key factor in choosing this Hotel: being able to take off our shoes, and having the bathtub and toilet separated were great for traveling with a baby. Since it’s under an elevated track, we expected some train noise, but it wasn’t too bothersome. All of the staff were pleasant, and it was quieter than other Hotels—we’d like to stay again next time.

    The Best Hotel for Visiting Disney

    This was my third stay at this Hotel. Being located right under the elevated tracks at Maihama Station makes it incredibly convenient for visiting Disney! As soon as you arrive at Maihama Station, you can leave your luggage right away, and on departure day you can keep it stored until just before boarding the train. For guests coming from far away with large bags, this is a huge help. You receive a locker coin at the front desk and store your luggage yourself; across all three stays, I’ve never found the lockers full, and I was able to use a large locker that fit my suitcase. Because it’s under the tracks, some people might worry about noise, but I’ve never heard train sounds while staying here. The building feels new and clean, and since you take off your shoes at the entrance of the Room, it’s especially comfortable for tired feet after Disney and also great for families with children. Amenities are plentiful: in addition to basics like toothbrushes and hairbrushes, there are several types of bath salts and even leg patches to apply before sleeping. I didn’t use it this time, but you can add a Saizeriya breakfast buffet. I tried it on my previous stay, and they even had Milano-style doria—it made me really happy. It’s so well-located and clean that when going to Disney I honestly prefer staying here over an official Hotel, so I often recommend it to friends. By the way, there is a Main Building and an Annex: the Main Building is closer to Resort Gateway Station (Disney Resort Line), while the Annex is closer to Bon Voyage—so it’s best to choose based on your plans.

    Very conveniently located.

    First of all, it was very convenient because it is directly connected to the station, and it was great that we could get around without getting wet even when it rained. We stayed as a group of three, and the Room was spacious and clean. If I had to say one thing, I would have been happier if the bathroom were a little larger. The amenities are self-serve, but there was a wide variety to choose from. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. I would like to stay here again.

    Third time

    We stayed here again this year on a Disney trip with my daughters. We were able to check in before heading to DisneySea in the evening, relax at our own pace, and enjoy shopping at Bon Voyage—it's a place we really like! We also had a great time at Disneyland from the morning the next day. The staff were very helpful during our stay, and we would love to stay again.

    Flawless

    With direct access from Maihama Station, the location speaks for itself. Even though I made several small requests up until the day before (Hollywood-style beds, a step stool, and a bed guard), they handled everything promptly. The cloakroom for luggage storage was spacious and never felt crowded. The room was clean and comfortable to relax in after taking off your shoes, and high-end showerheads and a hair dryer were provided. Breakfast offered great variety and was very satisfying—nothing to complain about. It really made me appreciate that having Dream Gate is what makes it possible to enjoy the trip so much.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed here after visiting Disney. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Maihama Station, and amenities like carbonated bath salts and foot patches were perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. The Room also had a shoe dryer, which was extremely helpful for drying shoes that got wet in the rain. We would definitely like to stay here again.

    Cleaning is…

    When I entered the room and looked at the bed, I found a long hair on the pillow. There was also a stain on the sheets. It may not have come out even after washing, but it was right next to the pillow, which was unpleasant. Later, I was even more surprised to find another long hair in the bathtub in the bathroom. It was cold and I wanted to warm up, but it felt unhygienic so I couldn’t use the bathtub. This was my first stay because the Reviews and location were good, but the cleaning felt very careless. Since check-in was quite late, it felt like too much trouble to request a room change. I didn’t use the pillow and slept with a towel laid over the sheets. I think housekeeping should be done more thoroughly. I will never stay at this Hotel again. It’s especially disappointing because the front desk staff were very pleasant…

    It was very good.

    We were looking for an Accommodation for a trip with Disneyland on Day 1 and DisneySea on Day 2 (we planned to stay somewhere else on the second night). We chose this place because it is right next to Maihama Station, we could store our luggage after check-out, the bathroom and toilet are separate, and there is a laundry room. We stayed as a group of three. In addition to the beds, there was a long sofa and a desk, so we had plenty of space and could relax comfortably. The amenities were great—bath salts, cooling leg patches, and even a foot-care sponge—so we could ease our tiredness after a full day. The bathroom was also very clean. For the laundry facilities, we could check availability on the TV and lock the machines, which made us feel safe using them. Since we wanted to line up early at DisneySea on Day 2, it was very helpful that we could leave our luggage in lockers (just in case the lockers at DisneySea were full). The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful, so we had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    Great value for money.

    Its location under the tracks at Maihama Station makes Tokyo Disneyland an easy walk away. The Resort Line station is also nearby, making it convenient for visiting DisneySea as well. Breakfast at Chawan was comfortable and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful. The Room was spacious and clean. Having a projector was a nice bonus. The amenities are well stocked. It’s also convenient to have a convenience store nearby. I liked it so much that I want to stay here every time.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed at the main building as an accommodation before visiting Disney. It is very convenient with Maihama Station, Disney's Welcome Center, the Resort Line, and Ikspiari nearby! The room was spacious enough and clean for two adults and two children. Amenities were well-equipped, and having a convenience store next door was great. It was a fun experience for adults to have breakfast at Saizeriya. It was a comfortable stay, and we would definitely like to use this hotel again! Thank you for your hospitality!

    We stayed here the night before visiting Disneyland, and the guest room facilities were extremely comfortable, offering convenience beyond just accessibility.     The location is excellent.

    Perfect accommodation for those who want to enjoy the TDR atmosphere at a reasonable price without needing a resort vibe. Conveniently located near Maihama Station, with a convenience store next door and Ikspiari right in front, so finding dinner is never an issue. The facility is user-friendly, with thoughtful details like handwashing space and dedicated towels inside the toilet booth. We used a room for four people as two due to last-minute reservation, making it very spacious, but train noise was not an issue and we had a comfortable stay. If anything, the sound from the bathroom ventilation fan or within the room itself was more noticeable than expected. Amenities are well-stocked, catering to tired travelers with items like bath salts—everything you could need! It would have been even better if there were cooling-type bath salts available. All in all, I had one of my best nights of sleep in a long time here. Definitely looking forward to staying again!

    Enjoy Your Summer Vacation

    Since it was summer vacation, I made a last-minute reservation to enjoy Disney at night with my kids. Being directly connected to Maihama Station made it incredibly convenient to return even when tired. It was my first time staying here, but I had a very comfortable experience. The amenities were abundant, the room was clean, and there were even air purifiers and shoe dryers provided, along with a spacious refrigerator. The beds could be pushed together, allowing me to sleep peacefully with my kids. The bathroom was also very user-friendly. My kids said they want to stay here again, so I’d love to repeat our visit!

    Various Renovations

    I always stay at this Hotel during summer Disney trips. This was my first visit since the renovation, and I found many changes that were quite interesting. 1) Amenity Upgrades The foot cooling sheets were a pleasant surprise, especially in the summer heat. Another highlight was the addition of sunscreen to the amenities. The skincare products seemed to have been upgraded to Estée Lauder, which was impressive. Even the bath tablets felt slightly upgraded—the "Good Night" series had a lovely scent and was very relaxing. 2) Shower Head Upgrade Many Hotels are switching to this type of shower head recently, and it indeed felt great—my face even seemed smoother! 3) Hair Dryer Upgrade The hair dryer is now NanoCare, just like at home, with perfect airflow and temperature settings—this is incredibly convenient! 4) Projector Installation Since the Room is long and narrow with a TV located at the back, having a projector in the middle of the Room was very convenient for viewing. However, having to log in every time you turn it on was quite bothersome. 5) Larger Refrigerator This upgrade impressed me most—a freezer compartment that’s actually spacious! I brought ice packs from home and used them here; it turned out to be extremely useful. 6) Pajama Update (not mentioned on their website!) They’ve switched to separate-style pajamas—this small change made me go “Wow!” It would be even better if kids’ pajamas were also separate-style! While I enjoyed all these exciting upgrades during my stay, there’s one thing I preferred before: tea bags replaced powdered stick tea packets. The previous version allowed for quicker preparation and included hojicha (roasted green tea), so I hope they bring it back. I didn’t use TV check-out this time because we needed assistance with large suitcases at reception. Lastly—and something I've thought about for ages—it would be incredibly convenient if pre-check-in could be done via machines before 3 PM. That said, with its direct connection to a convenience store, proximity to Resort Line stations/Pia/Disney parks within walking distance—I think this Hotel is unbeatable outside Disney Hotels themselves! Looking forward to staying again soon!

    Convenient and comfortable!

    I had to make a sudden trip to Tokyo at the end of the year and decided to visit Disney for half a day, so I stayed here for its convenient location near Maihama Station. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. The room was very clean, the bath was spacious enough to stretch out in, and amenities were available at the front desk where you could choose what you liked. There were several types of bath salts, making it fun to pick one! Breakfast was a Saizeriya buffet; however, as I generally prefer Japanese-style meals, I deducted some points for that. The sound of trains didn’t bother me at all, and I slept deeply through the night. I would love to stay here again!

    Close proximity to Ikspiari, Resort Gateway Station, and convenience stores is an advantage.

    I always used the Annex, but this time I made a reservation at the Main Building because there were three adults and a child. To conclude, I prefer the Annex. The Main Building is directly connected to a convenience store, which is nice for easy access, but I noticed that even when entering from the hotel, the entrance connected to the hotel is far from the register, so it feels a bit inconvenient as you end up exiting through the outside door, especially during busy times. Also, the door to enter the corridor leading to the guest room floor is not automatic, so you have to open it manually, which was a bit difficult with a suitcase. The Annex has automatic doors. As for the guest room, there were parts where the wallpaper was peeling, and I felt that the Annex rooms were not as deteriorated. If you are staying with children or multiple people, the Main Building is convenient as it has more rooms with three beds, but for two adults, I recommend the Annex.

    Close and convenient

    We stayed to visit the Land. We were able to park early in the morning, and with free lockers available, it was very convenient to walk to the Land! The bath was nice as we could soak in the tub, and there were plenty of bath additives to choose from, which was a delight. The room was clean, and the foreign cleaning staff greeted us cheerfully, which was pleasant. Before leaving the next day, we walked to buy some more souvenirs, which was convenient and left us very satisfied!

    It was very good!

    We used the hotel for a two-night stay starting from Friday night during the Halloween holiday for our child's long-awaited dream trip to Disney. When I was single, I used various hotels around Disney, but with two children, it was great to be able to go from the station without getting lost, and the hotel was not too large, so we didn't get too exhausted! The Ikspiari right in front and the convenience store next to the hotel entrance were very convenient! On the way back, we used the coin laundry, luggage delivery, and coin lockers, and even though it was a very crowded Halloween, the kids enjoyed the relaxation time at the hotel as much as the park, saying, "I want to go back to the hotel soon." We requested in advance to have the beds connected to the wall, which made the room spacious and allowed the children to sleep safely, and having a separate bath and toilet was also the best. The cleaning staff warmly greeted us, and there was nothing unpleasant during our stay at the hotel! The location, service, and atmosphere were all "just right!!" This is the best. Next time, we want to use the annex building as well. Thank you very much!!
