  It was comfortable.

  It had been several years since I last stayed at an APA Hotel, but I was able to use the card I made before, which made check-in very easy. The Room was spacious enough for one person, and it was nice that the toilet and bath were separate. I had a comfortable stay. Check-out was also very simple—just drop the key into the box.

  Unfortunately

  I chose this Hotel based on Reviews mentioning its proximity to the station, separate bath and toilet, and good service. Initially booked a non-smoking Room, but upon arrival, the Room smelled of smoke. After discussing it at the front desk, I was told the entire Hotel is non-smoking; however, they later admitted that floor used to have smoking Rooms. They changed my Room, but I had plans to go out and lost time dealing with this issue, which inconvenienced others waiting for me. When leaving my card key at the front desk as instructed, I was given unclear explanations about reissuing it until another staff member clarified things. The staff wearing a "new employee" badge seemed poorly trained and took too long to handle inquiries—this caused significant delays multiple times during my stay. Additionally, both in the elevator and in my new Room, the card key failed to work properly again requiring another trip back to reception. When borrowing a humidifier from reception—it was handed over without assistance despite being heavy while three staff members stood idly by nearby! Such poor service left me shocked. The Room itself felt extremely cramped lacking even basic privacy features like doors separating toilets/showers entirely visible via reflective glass panels making nighttime uncomfortable especially considering rates exceeding 10k yen per night! Having stayed frequently across various Business Hotels previously—sadly cannot recommend returning here despite convenient location near stations disappointing overall experience!
