  Conveniently located near the station.

  There was a refrigerator under the desk, so I couldn’t work at the desk. I wish this had been clearly stated in the Reservation details. I arrived exhausted and just wanted to finish my work in my Room, so I was really disappointed. According to Reviews, it seems guests could freely use the restaurant on the 2nd floor, but there was no guidance about that. It’s probably a popular Hotel, but the walls are quite scratched. Even considering that, the price is reasonable. I didn’t mind the surrounding atmosphere since I’m the type who finds it interesting. Depending on where I need to go for work, I would stay again.

However, we sincerely apologize that the refrigerator installed under the Room desk prevented you from working comfortably and that we did not meet your expectations. Although you wanted to finish your work quickly while tired, we regret that this caused inconvenience and disappointment. We will use your feedback as a reference for improving how we provide information and how we arrange our Facility layout. We also apologize that our guidance regarding the restaurant space on the 2nd floor was not sufficient. We will work to improve so that our instructions are clearer.   Stairs from the JR station

  I chose this Hotel because it is just a 1-minute walk from the station, perfect for attending a live event at Kyocera Dome. However, please note that there are no escalators or elevators from the JR ticket gate—only stairs. There are quite a lot of steps, so carrying a large suitcase might be challenging. Even for just one night during the hot season, I found it quite exhausting. Train noise is noticeable but not to the extent of causing sleeplessness. As this is an affordable Hotel, the amenities are basic. If you prefer higher-grade amenities, I recommend bringing your own.

  I will use it again.

  Most of the guests were foreigners.

  I booked this Hotel because I was interested in Kamagasaki and it was a clean Hotel nearby. However, the amenities were lacking, with no lotion or similar items, making it feel like a budget business hotel. There was a coffee and drink service, but spilled drinks had accumulated under the server, which felt unhygienic. The Room and room wear were clean, but the desk provided was only suitable for placing small items and not for work. The breakfast buffet quality was at a budget business hotel level with limited variety. I would not recommend this place unless your priority is access to deep areas like Airin District or Janjan Yokocho.
