    I had a pleasant stay.

    I had a comfortable stay. The reception staff were pleasant. It was my first time staying at APA Hotel, and I thought the razor was excellent.

    The amenities are satisfactory.

    All necessary items for the stay are provided, and there are no complaints. However, there was an issue with the parking ticket this time. Although it involved a trainee, we kindly request thorough communication and training on this matter.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I used this place just to sleep after arriving by an overnight bus. It was conveniently located near the station, but the night staff seemed a bit unenthusiastic about customer service.

    Yesterday, I stayed ...

    Yesterday, I stayed for one night (without meals), and the customer service was excellent. When I come to Beppu, I would like to make a reservation again.

    Anyway, it was great being close to the station. We could return to drop off our luggage or take a break during our bathhouse visits. We enjoyed the nearby public bathhouse that was recommended to us.
