    I had a question.

    We stayed for one night on April 29 (Room on the 10th floor) and one night on May 2 (Room on the 9th floor), with the same group of three both times. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and considering it is a Business Hotel, I think it is rated well overall. However, I have one concern that could be a source of dissatisfaction depending on the circumstances: in our Room on April 29, BS TV channels did not work. Since BS channels worked in our Room on May 2, I wondered what was going on with the Room on the 10th floor. Also, on the 9th floor there was a staff room near the entrance area; cleaning started early in the morning, and they left the staff-room door open, which spoiled the atmosphere. The front desk staff on April 29 were more pleasant; because of that experience, the service on May 2 felt cold. There was almost no explanation at check-in. In addition, even at night we could hear people talking on the 9th-floor corridor and couldn’t relax. I assume it was other guests—surely not staff.

    As the title says, I don’t feel there were any negatives. There’s a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven nearby, and the station is also close. I’ll use it again.

    I stayed here during my exam period. Breakfast was served at a convenient time, and I was able to rest well and relax.

    The bath amenities had a lovely scent, and the breakfast was delicious.

    DHC amenities are provided, gentle on the skin and nicely scented, so you can travel light. Breakfast seems to focus on Western-style options. The consomme ochazuke was very delicious.

    It was very good.

    I stayed here for an exam, and it was truly wonderful. First, I received some supportive snacks for exam takers, which helped ease my nerves and encouraged me. The Hotel was clean and well maintained, and a humidifier was provided. For exam takers, the breakfast hours were also moved a little earlier, and I am very, very grateful.

    Above average level

    Located very close to Nippori Station, with restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby, the location is excellent. The only drawback was that the shower water temperature was low, and the water wouldn't stop unless the lever was positioned correctly. There are charging cables and USB ports available, which sets it apart from others.

    The room was comfortable.

    Conveniently located near the station, the Room had a calm interior and sufficient space for a comfortable stay. However, on a cold day, it was slightly disappointing that it took some time for the shower to warm up in a Room without a bathtub. The one-touch Wi-Fi connection was very convenient. I would love to use this Hotel again.

    I always use this pl...

    I always use this place. The location is great, making it very convenient. However, in summer, the air conditioning seems to have issues with performance—it doesn't cool well and is noisy. Other than that, everything was good.

    The front desk offers the Refa series, which is great. The room rates are higher compared to before, which is a drawback.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, with a clean Room. The provided shampoo and conditioner were excellent. When I requested a nail clipper, I received it as a gift. Thank you very much!

    Good Stays Experience

    1. Very close to Keisei and JR Nippori Station. 2. English communication is available. 3. There are many restaurants next to the hotel. 4. The triple room is spacious and can accommodate five suitcases. 5. The breakfast staff is very nice and also assists families with children.
