    It was a comfortable stay.

    The Room had a stylish interior and was kept very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast venue also seemed open to the public, and it was spacious and spotless. The ochazuke was especially delicious. On the other hand, there seemed to be quite a few microwave-heated items, so having a few more freshly cooked hot dishes would make the experience even more satisfying.

    Not worth the price—far too expensive.

    It seems the property has been rebranded, but the level of renovation varies: lobby → restaurant → guest room living area → bathroom, with the bathroom facilities feeling like an early Heisei-era standard. I was uncomfortable to find a hair dryer and a rinsing cup placed on top of the toilet tank. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail—during renovation, they could have added even a single small shelf for items like the cup and hair dryer. Also, the bedding is duvet-style but covered with a sheet, which made me wonder whether the duvet itself is being replaced between guests. If duvets are changed daily, a sheet should not be necessary.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time staying here to go for early morning golf in Chiba, and the Room was more spacious and comfortable than I expected. The parking guidance and the front desk staff's assistance were very helpful.

    Why is it listed on IKYU?

    It was a case of "you get what you pay for." The walls were thin, and the conversation of the couple next door was so loud that I had to request a room change. The bathroom smelled of damp shower curtains and mold. There was someone else's black hair stuck to the shampoo bottle. The mirror was dirty, either from water stains or fog, which made it unpleasant. The bed was stiff and scratchy, making it almost impossible to sleep—a very uncomfortable stay overall. I vowed never to stay at accommodations under 10,000 yen again. However, I trusted IKYU.com because I heard they only list accommodations of a certain standard. So honestly, this experience came as quite a shock...

    Satisfied! I would like to use it again.

    Stayed for two nights for Disney. It takes about 40 minutes by car using the highway from Disney. The price was very affordable, so I didn’t have high expectations, but both the facility and the Room were clean, and all basic amenities were provided. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The staff were also very kind. I would love to stay here again next time!

    I believe this is one of the cleaner MyStays properties.

    I have stayed at various MyStays locations, and I think this one is quite clean. The Room was more spacious than it appeared in the photos and comfortable for a stay. However, the walls seem thin as I could clearly hear voices from the next Room. Unfortunately, my neighbors were talking until late at night (not loudly but just normal conversation), which might bother those sensitive to noise. The sound of doors closing across the hall also echoed loudly, almost as if it were my own Room's door closing.

    Repeat

    I used it for the first time two months ago, and this time I'm repeating my stay. As with last time, it has all the necessary facilities and space as a Business Hotel. The permanent café is really convenient. The location right next to the station is also good.

    Close to the station and convenient. The Room is more spacious than standard, and the abundance of pillows and cushions was nice. The best part was having a cafe. You can relax while reading a book.

    The service provided by the foreign staff was better than that of the Japanese staff. The Japanese staff seemed unfriendly and looked tired, which did not leave a good impression on us.
