    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night to attend an event at Toyota Arena. The location is excellent, with direct access from the station. There are many restaurants next door, so I had dinner there as well. The buffet breakfast was just right and very enjoyable. The only disappointing point was that the sink in the washroom did not drain, and water kept pooling. It may have been only my Room, but this is one of the Hotels I would like to stay at again.

    Shoes don’t lie.

    Thank you for the Room with a great view. Since the front desk is on the 16th floor, the view from the lobby was wonderful. What left the strongest impression on me was that there were shoe deodorizer sprays in the Room. There were many business-related books on the lobby floor, and this Facility is well suited for reading. However, because there is a table tennis table, once people start playing, balls may fly over and it can get lively. Still, I’m sure some guests want to play table tennis there, and it’s a hidden gem Hotel.

    I was very satisfied, but…

    Great value for money, directly connected to the station, and I was very satisfied with the clean interior and Room!! However, I couldn’t help but be concerned that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the building… It was very hot after taking a bath, and while staying in the Room it felt a bit chilly at times (June). Other than that, the service was very pleasant, and since it’s on a high floor the view was great—I had a comfortable stay! I’d like to stay again!

    Comfortable and Convenient

    Convenient and comfortable for getting anywhere. Breakfast was consistently delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. It's a pity that the Room slippers were not very durable. The ping-pong table provided an enjoyable time. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when visiting Tokyo.

    I had a wonderful day.

    The lobby and the Room were both very lovely and clean! Unfortunately, the view from the Room was blocked by an apartment building in front, but I thoroughly enjoyed the view from the waiting area on the lobby side. I am very satisfied and would love to stay again.

    The construction costs have been minimized as much as possible, but the noise from nearby rooms can be quite disruptive. In case of emergencies, guests may need to crawl to the hallway phone while enduring extreme difficulty. While it’s true that installing phones in all guest rooms would require significant expenses...

    A very favorite Hotel!

    I stayed at nearby accommodations twice each: Hearton Hotel Wires Shinagawa Seaside Shinagawa Prince New Takanawa Prince Takanawa Prince Among them, I found Loisir Shinagawa Seaside to have the best value for money, facilities, and above all, excellent design throughout the hotel. However, one disappointing aspect was the front desk service. Despite having various services like lounge access, Wi-Fi, newspapers, and even a ping-pong table available, they only handed me the key without explaining anything about these amenities. Additionally, there was no internal phone in the room; even when I called externally by phone, no one answered. The facilities are excellent overall—if staff could highlight these features during check-in, guests would surely enjoy a more fulfilling stay. The breakfast was also great!

    Upon arrival, I had ...

    Upon arrival, I had trouble finding the entrance, but the Hotel was conveniently located near the station and adjacent to AEON. The Room was spacious and quiet, offering good value for money. As it was a corner Room, there were large windows on two sides; however, one faced a cityscape of buildings while the other was blocked by a TV monitor, so the night view I expected from the lobby wasn't visible. On the bright side, there was a nice service where you could relax in the restaurant Room with a drink while enjoying a seaside view.

    Family Trip

    Our family of three stayed for two nights, booking two rooms: a twin and a double. The Deluxe Twin Room, in particular, was a corner room with mirrors conveniently placed inside the room. We had breakfast twice, which offered a wide variety of options and excellent taste—it was outstanding. For this class of hotel, it might be one of the best experiences available.

    The night view is stunning.

    Although I checked in late, the front desk staff was very welcoming and kindly allowed me to use the lounge even though it was close to closing time. I enjoyed a beautiful night view in a clean and quiet space. The Room was spacious, clean, and offered an amazing ocean-side night view. However, I was disappointed that there were no body towels or glasses in the Room, and the refrigerator did not cool well. Additionally, I felt that the ping-pong table in the lobby detracted from the atmosphere. Other than that, I was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you!

    It was comfortable.

    The view was excellent, and despite most systems being automated, the small gestures when sharing the elevator, support during checkout using machines, and the attentiveness of the Room cleaning staff were all accompanied by thoughtful care and warm smiles, making it a very pleasant experience.

    Accommodation Comments

    The night view from the front desk and the Room was absolutely stunning. The clean and comfortable Room is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from a supermarket, Starbucks, and cafes. It is also very close to Exit B of Rinkai Line Shinagawa Seaside Station, about a 3-minute walk. - Suggestions: Having two outlets on the desk would be convenient. It would be better if there were a designated space for suitcases near the door exit. For outdoor use, it would be ideal to wipe down rollers before placing them next to the bed (preferably not directly beside the bed).

    The room was spacious and had a great view, perfect for solo use.

    This is my third stay, and the view was beautiful, including the night scenery. The Room was perfect for a solo stay, and the showerhead in this Hotel worked perfectly and was easy to use.

    Overall high satisfaction

    Since my stay during the old Sunroute era, I stayed again after a long time. While there were no standout features, considering the cost performance, it was a stay that made me think I should have used it before. I will be using it regularly from now on. I have two requests: - The smell around the smoking room on the 16th floor might bother some people. - The rooms along the sea have a good view, which is also something I liked, but in the morning, sunlight comes in and even in March it was hot. It would be appreciated if air conditioning could be controlled. For those who can use a taxi for business from Haneda, access shouldn't be an issue. The promenade along the canal nearby wasn't as crowded as around the Imperial Palace (Koukyo), making it stress-free to run or walk there. Thank you very much!

    Breakfast while watching the sunrise is the best.

    6:30 AM. Just as I was about to have breakfast, the sun was rising. The sunrise over the Pacific Ocean was incredibly beautiful due to the clear weather, making the breakfast taste even better. It was also convenient being adjacent to Shinagawa Seaside Station.

    I use it every time there is a nearby event.

    Conveniently located near Shinagawa Seaside Station. I always use it when attending events held at Tokyo Big Sight. The Room size and bath are satisfactory. Check-in and check-out are smooth and helpful. However, I noticed dust accumulating on the toilet paper cover, so I deducted one point for service. Also, regarding amenities, the toothbrush bristles felt hard, so it would be nice if we could choose the hardness.
