    A relaxing and soothing stay.

    It’s surprising to be able to relax in an Onsen in Osaka! Just a one-minute walk from the station’s underground exit, so I got back without needing an umbrella. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again.

    I’ve stayed at many ...

    I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one had the best service. The large public bath and breakfast were excellent, but above all, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff.

    Not even a tourist.

    I am enjoying a relaxing stay. You can use the on-site restaurant in comfortable loungewear, making it easy and stress-free. The hospitality of the breakfast staff is excellent, making this Hotel a definite choice for a repeat stay.

    Ryokan Style

    Shoes need to be removed upon entry, which might be confusing. No slippers were provided after removing shoes. The wheels of the carry-on luggage are wiped, but it’s questionable how clean they actually get. The Room feels more spacious compared to APA hotels. With tatami flooring, it seems suitable for families.

    I like it.

    Arrived at the Hotel early. They smoothly checked the cleaning information and completed the check-in. All the staff I spoke with were kind, efficient, and cooperative. I became a fan of this place after staying in Nara before. My friend is from abroad and really enjoyed the late-night snacks and the bath. The partition door to the Room, the tatami mat movement within the facility, the bath, and the ice cream are the things I really love about this place.

    The Onsen is very nice.

    I used it for a business trip to Osaka. The Room was not cleaned at all, and there were quite a few hairs on the floor. There were also long hairs in the black basket of the bath set, which was really unpleasant. Also, the pillow and cushion had a strong old man smell, which was surprising. Other than that, it was excellent.

    This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff's service was very polite and good. Regarding the Onsen, many guests seem unaware of proper bath etiquette, such as brushing teeth in the bath, returning used hairbrushes to the unused box, and soaking long hair directly in the bath. If this is due to inbound tourism, it would be helpful to provide explanations or hand out instruction manuals at check-in, and also post instructions in the bath area. I use this hotel to enjoy a relaxing bath, so I hope to have a pleasant bathing experience. As for the room, the sink drain seemed clogged, taking a long time to drain, and the pillowcase had an odor reminiscent of aging, making me wonder if it had been changed, so I wrapped the pillow with a bath towel. I was surprised as this has never happened at this hotel before. I used this platform to express my opinion as there was no other way to do so. I look forward to your future response.

    This is my second time using it.

    When I want to relax, I sometimes go to a nearby hot spring to refresh myself. This was my second stay, and I was very satisfied as I could take my time in the sauna and hot spring. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    A hotel that foreigners would likely enjoy.

    To conclude, this is overwhelmingly a hotel that foreigners would like. It's a hotel with a ryokan style, so it's not essentially Japanese. I think it's a business model that caters significantly to foreigners. Personally, I like it because it feels straightforward. On the downside, it feels overly ingratiating, lacking any sense of wabi-sabi, which I dislike. However, the young female staff were overwhelmingly beautiful. [Good Points] ① The female staff (Japanese) who were cleaning the premises were beautiful. ② The aforementioned beautiful staff were friendly and more valuable than the hotel itself. [Bad Points] ① On the other hand, the female staff at the front desk were all unfriendly and seemed bored with their work. ② There were so many Chinese people that it smelled bad when sharing the elevator. ③ Hearing Chinese everywhere was unpleasant. ④ Many foreigners did not understand how to use the hot springs, which was unpleasant.

    Nonno in Sakaiminato was better.

    The hair in the changing room was overwhelming, and the outdoor bath wasn't very good either. Also, it was disappointing that I couldn't buy alcohol inside. Although there is a convenience store downstairs, I didn't have the energy to go outside to buy it.
