  I stayed here for th...

  I stayed here for the first time last year and loved it, so I chose this Hotel again this year when I came to Shizuoka for a live show. It’s very reasonably priced, but the staff are polite and kind, and the amenities and drink service are a huge help for someone traveling light. I didn’t have much time to use all the services again this year, but I was happy that there were still hitsumabushi rice balls available when I returned to the Hotel. Enjoying local food is one of the best parts of traveling! I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Shizuoka.

  The hitsumabushi rice ball is amazing!

  Not only is the free happy-hour drink service great, but the hitsumabushi rice balls served at dinner are outstanding. Have a beer and a rice ball—nothing more to ask for. I was completely satisfied. 　At checkout, when I was putting crushed ice into my cooler bag, someone from the kitchen called out and offered to add block ice instead. A small gesture that made me happy. Everyone was so kind. 　If I had to mention one thing, the washbasin is too shallow and hard to use. Water splashed everywhere and left everything soaked.

  Vibration

  I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days over the New Year holidays. Upon entering the room, I was surprised by a loud vibration noise. When I moved to the sofa, it became less noticeable, so I thought it would be fine. However, when I moved to the bed to sleep, the noise became bothersome again (it varied depending on location). Although I tried to endure it, the vibration started affecting me physically and made me feel unwell. Eventually, I asked at the front desk if my room could be changed. Since there were no available rooms that day, they offered to change my room on the second day but requested that I check out at 10 AM and re-enter at 3 PM. As my purpose for this reservation was to relax in the hotel all day long, I felt lost about how to spend those five hours outside. In the end, I gave up changing rooms and decided to sleep on the sofa instead but felt very disappointed. It was especially disheartening because my previous stay left such a positive impression of this hotel.

  Second time

  I stayed here during the same period last year. I chose a room of a similar rank, but it was nearly 20,000 yen more expensive despite the same discount. Since the breakfast venue is small, I opted for No Meals Included this time. The short shower curtain in the bathroom caused water to splash onto the toilet area, which was inconvenient. Overall, I appreciate how clean everything is. If the price matches my budget, I would like to stay here again.

  It was excellent!

  Although the Hotel is a bit far from the station, the atmosphere, variety of amenities, and overall quality of the guest room were excellent. The only concern was that the mold on the shower curtain was slightly noticeable, but everything else was great. I stayed here for a short time during a trip for a live event and couldn’t use many in-house services, but I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again if I have another chance to visit Shizuoka! Receiving Genji Pie at checkout was a delightful surprise since I didn’t have time to shop for souvenirs.

  It's good as a Business Hotel.

  The young staff responded refreshingly, which was nice. I got lost from the parking lot to the Hotel, but the polite response was pleasant. The Room was also clean, however, the Room was very cold, the bathroom fan made a loud noise, and there was no telephone in the Room (this was supposed to be the best Room in this Hotel). Is there a reason why it's better not to have a phone in the Room? They said they would handle inquiries at the front desk, but considering security, it's strange. I contacted the front desk with my mobile phone about various things, but... maybe this Hotel is not suitable for the elderly?
