    I think it’s a very good Hotel. However, the Route Inn I stayed at afterward felt slightly better.

    Request for Thorough Cleaning

    I think the price, the Room, and the service were all very good. However, there was one disappointing point: cleaning was not thorough. I believe it would be even better if this were improved (that is why I am posting). The logo above the Hotel entrance and the wall-like structure in front of the entrance looked like they had never been cleaned and were dirty with dust buildup. In the Room, dust had accumulated on the air purifier, air conditioner, and around the bed by the window. I understand it may not be possible to clean these every day, but if they could be cleaned at least once a month or once every three months, I think it would feel much cleaner overall. I am posting this with hopes for improvement. I apologize for saying this while all Hotel staff are working hard.

    Flawless.

    It’s right by the station, and the Room is clean—no complaints. If I had to mention one thing, the bath availability information wasn’t accurate, but it didn’t bother me.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Conveniently located near the station. I didn't use the large public bath, but the unit bath in the Room was sufficient to warm up. It would have been nice to have mineral water in the Room, but overall it was good.

    Excellent Access

    Located right in front of Matsue Station. It’s new, and the Facility was very satisfying.

    Clean with spacious bathrooms in the guest rooms.

    Although the hotel is very close to Matsue Station, you need to use an underpass as there is no crosswalk. The underpass feels a bit gloomy, especially at night. The hotel itself is new and clean. The room's bathroom is separate from the toilet, and there’s a spacious shower area, so I was satisfied without using the public bath. However, there’s only one trash bin in the room; having another in the washroom would be convenient. For a 2-night Multiple Night Stay, cleaning service is not provided unless requested, so staff do not enter your room. When I asked for towel replacement only, they left a towel set hanging on the doorknob. It would be nice if they also emptied the trash bins as part of this service. Since skipping cleaning during Multiple Night Stays benefits only the hotel side, offering some kind of discount for such stays would make it feel more mutually beneficial and reasonable.

    Despite being an IKY...

    Despite being an IKYU Diamond Member, I was very surprised to be assigned a Room on the 2nd floor, farthest from the elevator and along the roadside by the front desk staff. I believe IKYU should ensure that Diamond Member information is thoroughly communicated to Hotels.

    The door was thin, and the noise from the hallway made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast area was small, and there was no seating guidance provided.

    Excellent Access

    Located right in front of the station, it offers excellent accessibility and feels great as it's new. The Onsen was small, but it was not crowded during my visit, so it was comfortable. It would be even better if there were cosmetic amenities and if coffee wasn't self-service, but other than that, I was very satisfied.

    Great location.

    Conveniently located in front of the JR station, with nearby convenience stores and various restaurants. The Onsen was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Amenities were basic; towels could be improved in size and texture. The bed was spacious and comfortable, but the bedding felt heavy and warm for summer. The staff were efficient and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. When I went to drop off my luggage before check-in, I was kindly informed that the cleaning was almost finished and I could enter the Room. I rested in the Room for about 20 minutes, and during that time, I was also able to park my car, which was very helpful. Thank you so much. The Hotel's location is very convenient—just across the road from Matsue Station via an underpass, then up an elevator and immediately across a traffic light. There's also a Lawson convenience store just a 30-second walk away. The bath was clean, and when I used it, there was no one else around so it felt like a private experience where I could relax fully. However, there were no towels provided in the bath area; it would be helpful if this information were included in the Hotel guide. Everyone at the Hotel as well as people in Matsue were kind and friendly, making this trip truly wonderful. Thank you again!

    Stayed for one night on a business trip. Positive points: Conveniently located near the station, easy to find (though I did wander a bit figuring out how to cross from the rotary), quick and automated check-in process, and the availability of a public bath. Areas for improvement: Limited amenities (no lotion, cleansing products, or moisturizer even in the public bath), no disposable slippers, and non-separate pajamas that need to be picked up in the hallway. The hotel was clean overall, so it’s acceptable for business trips. However, having a women-only floor would be appreciated if guests are required to pick up items like pajamas themselves.

    First Visit to Matsue

    A solo trip to Matsue, Shimane Prefecture for the first time. The location was convenient, and though it was a long 7-hour journey from Mie (by public transportation), it was refreshing. The nearby izakaya had a kind manager and great service, making this old man feel recharged. I visited classic spots like Izumo Taisha Shrine, Matsue Castle, and the Adachi Museum of Art—though I wish I had one more day!

    The front desk service was pleasant, and check-in went smoothly. There was limited information about the Facility, making it difficult to locate the microwave (which I wanted to use). It would have been nice if amenities like lotion and moisturizer were available in the bathroom. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Arriving at Matsue Station before 3:00 PM, the young man at the front desk kindly allowed an early check-in. However, there was little guidance about the room, amenities, bath, or elevator, and I had to wander around to find the elevator. It might be helpful to confirm with guests by asking something like "Is this your first time staying at our hotel?" Upon entering the room, there was a faint smell of "grilled meat," though it became less noticeable later. The noise from the bathroom ventilation fan was quite loud and a bit bothersome. The public bath provided a relaxing experience. Breakfast had fewer options than expected and seemed to lack local specialties from Matsue. Adding some signage or pop-up information could enhance this experience. Located right in front of Matsue Station, this accommodation is convenient as a base for sightseeing purposes and offers good usability depending on your travel needs. It seems they are doing their best with limited staff—thank you very much!

    Cost-effective and clean

    The breakfast offers a wide variety of juices, Izumo soba, curry, and more, providing excellent value for money overall. Amenities are well-equipped, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the stay was very comfortable. Located just a 1-minute walk from Matsue Station, it boasts a convenient location with many restaurants nearby.

    The Room was clean, and amenities were provided at the front desk, allowing for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located right in front of Matsue Station. There was an izakaya next to the Hotel and a convenience store nearby. I would like to stay here again when visiting Matsue.

    This was my first time using the service. The bed was fluffy and comfortable, there was an Onsen, and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to use it again.

    Bath

    The Hotel is new, and the service was good. What was disappointing was the bath. There was a lot of hair on the floor of the changing room, and there was something like Onsen minerals? Dirt? in the bath... If it's Onsen minerals, an explanation would be reassuring... If it's dirt, I wish they would put a little more effort into cleaning. Places used by people do get dirty, so if they could pay attention to that, it would have been perfect. Thank you to all the staff.

    A hotel equipped with all necessary items

    The location is convenient, the large public bath is medium-sized and easy to use, and there is one coin laundry machine inside the bath area and several in the laundry corner, making it convenient for a Multiple Night Stay. There are many restaurants around, and the station and convenience store are nearby, which is helpful. Since it was a holiday, the price was high for a Business Hotel, but the room was not cramped, and it is a comfortable Hotel to stay in. The entire Facility is clean, and the staff are very pleasant, making it a relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

    Green Rich Hotel

    The hotel located in front of Matsue Station was convenient and comfortable with a good location. The room was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to stay.

    Close to the station, a clean and comfortable Hotel

    I used a twin room, and it was a nice room with a separate bath, toilet, and washbasin, making it easy to use and clean. What was a little disappointing was that since I arrived at the hotel late, all the pillows and room wear on the rack in front of the elevator were gone. I contacted the front desk and they brought them to me, but it would be helpful if they could restock properly. Also, there were a few things I would appreciate being improved, such as the memo paper in the room running out with only a few sheets left, having only one baggage rack even though we stayed as two people, and wanting two face towels per person since we bring the room towels to the large public bath. Overall, it is a good hotel. I would like to use it again when I go to Matsue.

    In front of the station!

    Truly in front of the station! I was grateful to be allowed to park my motorcycle! It was my first time in Matsue, but since it was really in front of the station, I didn't get lost! (WARA) Thank you for the delicious breakfast as well!
