    We had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed in a smoking Room. The ReFa showerhead and hair dryer were also available, making our stay comfortable.

    Highly recommended for solo female travelers, whether you’re here for sightseeing or business.

    The toilet and bathroom are separate, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath. From a woman’s perspective, I was happy to find not only shampoo and conditioner, but also a well-stocked selection of amenities from two cosmetics brands. The round table is small, with space for only one laptop, so it may be inconvenient for working. One thing I noticed was the light by the vanity mirror—it wasn’t bright enough for applying makeup. The front desk service and cleanliness were both excellent, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Double circles for everything.

    This was my second stay. Twice a year, my daughter’s family visits Osaka from Hakodate. We stayed for a week, and the Room was quiet and well separated. Above all, the ReFa hair dryer and iron made it especially comfortable for women with no stress. I could relax as if I were at home. The Room was clean, and when there was an issue with the luggage I was sending at check-out, the staff kindly helped without showing any displeasure, which I truly appreciated. Once you get used to it, the access is convenient, and the surroundings are pleasant—I was very satisfied. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I really enjoyed a relaxing stay thanks to the early check-in. No matter when I visit, the staff are always pleasant and welcoming. In January, I noticed decorations that felt handmade—maybe to cheer on exam takers? In February, there were decorations that seemed related to Hinamatsuri as well, and they also looked handmade. This time, seeing Easter-themed decorations made me realize you may be adding seasonal touches throughout the year. The flowers might be professionally arranged, but the displays behind the counter and the pop signs felt like they were made by staff. While they may not perfectly match the Hotel’s stylish design concept, I could really feel the warm welcome behind them, which I appreciated. You might run out of ideas at times, but I hope you’ll keep it up.

    It was very good.

    This was my first time staying here. It was conveniently located near Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station, with a convenience store nearby. The Room was clean and easy to use. The amenities were also plentiful, which I really appreciated.

    The Hotel is conveni...

    The Hotel is conveniently located above ground with easy access. The bathroom includes a washing area, and the water facilities are of a three-point independent type, ensuring a comfortable stay. The front staff were all very pleasant, and the entire facility was impeccably clean. I would like to make a Reservation here again if I have another opportunity.

    Convenient for Expo

    I stayed here for the Osaka Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with direct access to the Expo venue. The Room was clean and compact, with a separate bathroom and toilet, plus a washing area, which was a nice touch. The inclusion of ReFa amenities was appreciated. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast lineup looked appealing—I’d like to try it next time.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed at the accommodation during my visit to the Expo. To avoid the subway crowds as much as possible, I chose Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station and searched for a hotel from there, which turned out to be a great decision. The amenities were excellent, the room was very clean, and I made good use of the massage chair. The showerhead had various settings, and I felt more refreshed and relaxed than I would at home. I took the first train to the Expo and was able to sit all the way to the venue, making the location perfect. I will definitely use this accommodation again. Thank you very much.

    Clean and Comfortable Hotel

    Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay and requested only towel replacement. Used towels were placed in a designated bag and hung on the door. I was initially worried about receiving new towels in the same bag, but they were provided in a fresh bag instead. This thoughtful gesture made me feel very reassured. The location is convenient with a nearby station and convenience stores, making it easy to visit the Osaka Expo. It was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. I would love to stay here again!

    It was comfortable.

    I chose this Hotel along the Chuo Line to visit the Expo. It was great that the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the Room was equipped with a ReFa hairdryer and straightening iron.

    The staff at the coffee shop in the breakfast venue are too cold. Maybe it's because it's early in the morning. Also, since the breakfast quality is low, we recommend a Plan without breakfast!

    Convenient Location

    This is my second stay because I really like this place. The partition door between the entrance and the bedroom effectively blocks hallway noise, which is great. It would be nice to have a stool in the bathroom. Also, it's very convenient as it’s close to the station.

    I used this service to attend the Osaka Expo with my first-grade daughter. I booked a breakfast-included Plan, but at check-in, I was told that an additional breakfast fee for children was required. Since we stayed for 3 nights, they suddenly asked me to pay 3600 yen. Thinking I might have misread the Reservation details, I double-checked them, but there was no mention of any additional fees. It stated that meal counts for elementary school children follow those of adults. When I raised my concern about this inconsistency, two front desk staff discussed it for nearly 30 minutes without reaching a clear conclusion. In the end, they told me that elementary school fees are not reflected on the Reservation site and advised me to be careful next time. I had made a proper Reservation indicating my child as an elementary school student; if the system doesn't reflect these charges correctly, that's a system issue—not something customers should be blamed for. After returning from the Expo with my exhausted child and being made to wait endlessly at the front desk, it felt unprofessional as customer service. Blaming customers over what is clearly a system problem is unacceptable; although they gave us meal vouchers in compensation, it left us feeling very unpleasant overall. Additionally, when booking through other platforms like Jalan.com (as my friend did), no such charges were applied for children's breakfasts—so their explanation about IKYU seems inconsistent too. If handled sincerely and professionally by involving someone in charge on the following day instead of blaming customers outrightly—it would have been much better!

    It was comfortable.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but since the Room was ready, I was able to relax. The convenience store nearby and the proximity to the station were very convenient. The breakfast was also delicious. It was refreshing that we could choose between one or two card keys for two people. This time, one key was sufficient. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    It was comfortable.

    We booked a Plan for two people in one Room with the room type left to the hotel's discretion, so we were prepared for a small double Room. However, we were pleasantly surprised with a twin Room, which was fantastic! The amenities were well-stocked, and we could relax in the bath, relieving our fatigue from exploring the Expo. We would definitely love to stay here again!

    This is my second stay. It's rare to find a reasonably priced Hotel with separate bathroom and toilet for smokers, so I really like this Hotel for its affordability and well-equipped amenities. It's also perfect for walking to Osaka's popular spots while getting some exercise, and it's conveniently located near the station with a convenience store, pharmacy, and café nearby. I will continue to use this Hotel in the future. Thank you!

    Accommodation for Expo visitors. Conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station and Yumeshima, with a nearby convenience store for added ease. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the adjacent coffee shop, making the stay comfortable. Relaxing in the bath also helped relieve fatigue.

    The Hotel is conveniently located near the station in a safe area with a modern atmosphere. There are convenience stores, cafes, and Sugi Pharmacy nearby, making it very convenient. We chose this Hotel for its easy access to the Osaka Expo. The staff are kind and provide attentive service, highly recommended. Great value for the price! We would love to visit again!
