    An exceptional Hotel near the station, offering top-quality amenities and outstanding service throughout.

    I got a little lost from the station, but the front desk staff gave me clear and polite directions, so I think I’ll be able to get there without getting lost next time. It’s almost directly connected via the Tokyo Station underground mall, which makes it very convenient. It was also great that there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel. There was construction nearby, but there was no noise at all and it didn’t bother me. The complimentary drinks and amenities were of a very high standard, with an excellent selection that women in particular will appreciate. The Room was compact yet spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I stayed for only one night this time, but it was a good Hotel that I’d like to use again when booking Accommodation around Tokyo Station. Thank you very much.

    Our staff are friendly and helpful.

    I stayed here during an event, unexpectedly in the middle of a typhoon. If the weather had been better, I would have liked to go out and explore, but instead I relaxed comfortably in my Room. Breakfast was delicious, with options like bread and ochazuke. The free drinks were also great. The staff were kind, and I’d like to stay again next time.

    Highly satisfied

    I stayed at this Hotel during my trip to Tokyo for my niece’s wedding. The front desk staff’s warm smiles instantly eased the fatigue from the crowds at Tokyo Station. Even though it was still an hour before check-in, they prepared a Room I could enter early and kindly told me to rest and relax in the Room, which truly impressed me. They were smiling throughout my stay. The Room was a little small, but it was spotless in every corner, and I was very satisfied. The next day, after changing into formal attire as a couple, we checked out while leaving our luggage with the Hotel and headed to the venue. After the wedding, we arranged courier delivery including our formal shoes and souvenirs, and even though we had already checked out that morning, they kindly said with a smile, “If you’re tired, please help yourself to a drink.” I am truly grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

    We will stay here again.

    I have stayed here several times. The location is convenient, of course, but the staff were very kind, the housekeeping staff were also very polite, and the Room had wooden flooring and subtly Japanese-style, charming lighting. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. You may feel the table is a little small, but with a bit of creativity it shouldn’t be an issue. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

    The Hotel’s location...

    The Hotel’s location seemed convenient for getting anywhere, so I stayed for two nights. Since I chose it mainly for the great location, I was worried about the small Room and the combined bath/toilet. However, the Room felt more spacious than I expected. Amenities were well stocked between what was provided in the Room and what you can pick up at the front desk, so I didn’t feel like anything was missing. That said, the bathroom area was still quite cramped. The bathtub was deep, but it felt too small to fill and soak in. When I took a longer shower instead, the drainage couldn’t keep up and it quickly turned into an ankle-deep bath. The shower water pressure wasn’t very strong either. Also, when I returned to my Room on the second day, one toilet paper holder had only the cardboard tube left. It was probably just forgotten during replacement, but I’d be a bit sad if housekeeping thought I had taken it (there were two rolls to begin with, so it wasn’t a problem). Another thing: when opening the refrigerator door, the unit would wobble and tip forward slightly, which bothered me. There were many international guests as well, but it wasn’t noisy at all, and both nights were very comfortable.

    It was very convenient.

    They greeted me with a warm smile and were extremely kind. They even lent me an umbrella when it rained, and the welcome soup was a lovely touch. Best of all, it’s just a short walk from Yaesu, so I never got lost and could get to the station anytime—making it convenient for getting anywhere.

    I had a comfortable stay and would like to stay again.

    I stayed for one night while visiting museums. The Room was very clean, with plenty of amenities and drinks, and I was able to relax comfortably. Although it’s close to Tokyo Station, it was quiet at night. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive, and they kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made it easy to get around without carrying bags. If the Room were just a little more spacious, it would be perfect! I’d love to stay here again on my next museum trip.

    Within walking distance to both Tokyo Station and Nihonbashi Station, making it highly convenient, I have been using this Hotel recently. The front desk is a bit small, which gives a slightly crowded impression, but considering the size of the Hotel, it seems understandable. I would like to use it again next time.

    A good Hotel. The surrounding environment is...

    The Hotel was beautiful. The Room and amenities were well-equipped, and the service was natural and pleasant. However, the area around the Hotel entrance and nearby restaurants was littered with trash in the morning and night, creating a poor environment. Drunken people made noise at night, which woke me up when staying on lower floors. It's a great Hotel, but I think the surroundings need improvement.

    A Trip for Two with My Daughter

    Located very close to Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit, it was extremely convenient. Not only before check-in but also after check-out, being able to leave our luggage was truly helpful and allowed us to explore Tokyo hands-free. The staff at the front desk were all friendly and provided excellent service, including Hotel information and amenities introduction. The café corner near the front desk offered a variety of selections, which we enjoyed as a parent-child duo. The Room was simple but sufficient for our trip as two people traveling together. We were not bothered by any noise from the hallway or neighboring Rooms, and the provided loungewear was comfortable, making our stay pleasant. We would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you!

    Comfortable.

    I stayed at this Hotel for its proximity to TODA BUILDING, and it was very convenient. The direct access from Haneda Airport via Keikyu Line was also a great advantage. The interior was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The room size was sufficient for one person. I appreciated the face mask pack provided as an amenity and used it during my stay. I would like to stay here again next time.

    So close...

    Late arrival. Conveniently located near Tokyo Station, but there is a multi-tenant building with restaurants and bars nearby (including what seemed to be hostess clubs), and I felt a bit uneasy due to people approaching me. Rushed into the Hotel, but the front desk was on the second floor, and despite having two elevators, they took a long time to arrive. There were no visible stairs either, which made me anxious during the wait. However, after that initial experience, I didn’t find the elevators slow for the rest of my stay. I usually upgrade my Room for a bathtub and sofa due to back issues but chose a single Room here as all Rooms seemed to have unit baths and only chairs instead of sofas. The Room was very clean and felt surprisingly spacious—perhaps due to its layout or lack of unnecessary furniture. For a single Room, this amount of space was impressive! The baggage rack was also convenient. Amenities were sufficient with cleansing products, face wash, lotion, etc., making it easy even without bringing personal items. At the front desk, I received bath salts and foot care sheets—very thoughtful! Two bottles of water were provided as well. During check-in, I was offered canned beer or green tea as welcome drinks; however, due to medication restrictions preventing alcohol consumption and avoiding caffeine at night, I declined both options—it would have been nice if non-caffeinated drinks were available. The provided sleepwear was pajama-style—neither too thick nor thin—with an excellent texture that felt great against my skin. Some points for improvement: While overall cleaning standards were high (almost perfect), one area stood out—the blackened joint on the bathroom handrail caught my attention because everything else looked flawless. Additionally: minor scratches on furniture legs/wallpaper could easily be touched up; toilet lid damage appeared severe (likely caused by previous guests); wall clock had stopped working—not an issue since smartphones are handy nowadays but still noticeable at first glance. While bathing in hot water late at night suddenly creaking noises came from above near ceiling inspection hatch followed later by sporadic sounds around door area which initially startled me though eventually fell asleep despite mild unease yet couldn’t fully relax throughout night affecting quality rest somewhat negatively overall experience slightly diminished thereby unfortunately detracting otherwise positive impression generally speaking nonetheless satisfactory accommodations worth considering future stays albeit addressing aforementioned concerns might enhance guest satisfaction further ultimately ensuring memorable visits exceeding expectations consistently delivering exceptional hospitality services deserving recognition industry-leading reputation fostering loyalty repeat patronage long-term success sustainable growth competitive advantage marketplace differentiation unparalleled value proposition customer-centric approach innovative solutions tailored preferences     Although I initially chose this Hotel primarily for its location without high expectations, my stay turned out to be heartwarming thanks to the exceptional service of an elder male staff member during breakfast. He provided outstanding hospitality to both Japanese and international guests. If he is part of the Hotel, I would love to stay here again. The Room was slightly compact but equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast, though limited in variety, offered high-quality items that were more than satisfying. Thank you very much!

    It was great.

    It was so great that I changed my plan to move to another hotel and extended my stay. However, I noticed that drinks were being offered during check-in for other guests. Hmm? I thought, but there is a space on the second floor, and I'm satisfied. Still, just one bottle of tea... Somehow. I've received similar services at other Monterey Hotels as well. Maybe it's due to the difference in the reservation?

    The bathroom is small, but...

    Located just steps away from Tokyo Station, it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing and shopping. By using the Yaesu underground passage, you won't have to worry about the rain. The staff at reception and the gentleman who provided explanations during breakfast were all very kind. This level of service at this price was truly delightful!

    The hotel is close to Tokyo Station, and I was able to reach it without getting lost by referring to the video guide from the station to the hotel posted on their Instagram. Thank you. I enjoyed tea as a welcome drink, and the room was comfortable with access to YouTube. I had read reviews mentioning that the room was small, but it was just right for me. It would have been better if the toilet and bathroom were separate.

    The access from Tokyo Station was convenient, and everything necessary was adequately provided. It was nice to have the option to take out breakfast. There was no need to worry about the restaurant being crowded and the time, and there was a small table in the Room, allowing me to quickly work on my PC while having breakfast early in the morning. I thought this was a considerate feature for business travelers.
