    I would prefer a Room that does not face the main street.

    The Room was clean, and the unit bath had plenty of space between the toilet and the tub, so I was able to relax in the bathtub. Since my Room faced a main road, I could hear loud modified car exhaust noises until around 2:00 a.m., and from 2:00 a.m. until dawn I couldn’t sleep at all because every time a trailer passed by, there was a very loud banging sound as if the container on the truck bed was bouncing. The windows were double-glazed, so it seemed some measures had been taken, but I didn’t feel they were effective. It may be worth requesting that the local government fix the unevenness in the road. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, so it was disappointing not to be able to sleep well.

    Close to the limousine bus stop

    Conveniently located near airport limousine bus stops and shopping streets. The Room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate large luggage. Breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious for being complimentary.

    Access to Chikko is challenging.

    I wanted to board a boat early in the morning, but I had difficulty accessing Tsukiko. Although my stay was short, there were no inconveniences regarding the Room's size or other aspects. Thank you very much.

    Takamatsu, Kabutocho is fascinating and fun!!

    Three of us stayed for two nights. Satisfied with the reasonable price. The breakfast quality exceeded expectations and was amazing! It was delicious!! Not just reheated frozen dishes, but also included stews, scrambled eggs, and waffles. Would love to stay again.

    The breakfast is truly exceptional.

    A safe and reliable Hotel. I had a very comfortable stay, thank you. The open café available until midnight is very convenient, especially for students like me. Breakfast offers a variety of menu options, and the Hotel clearly puts effort into maintaining it. When items run low, they are quickly replenished and announced promptly. Kudos to the kitchen staff at the Hotel! I plan to stay here again next year.

    Clean and pleasant.

    The Room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast service had a decent variety and was delicious. However, while it was convenient to check the coin laundry usage status on TV, it was frustrating that others did not promptly retrieve their items after finishing, and the dryer was immediately reused by someone else, making it unavailable for use. It would be appreciated if more machines could be added or stricter usage rules implemented.

    It was a very good Hotel.

    The inability to reserve parking is a downside, but everything else is perfect. Very comfortable, with spacious and cozy rooms. The bed is excellent. Although I dislike the combined bath and toilet, it’s clean enough to be acceptable. It would be great if a tabletop mirror could be provided for sitting down to use a hairdryer or apply makeup. Personally, I need a three-sided mirror, so even a small tabletop three-sided mirror would be much appreciated.

    Satisfied.

    Check-in and check-out are smooth with machines, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is free, which was satisfying. I arrived at the location after 11:00 AM and parked at the partnered Kotobuki Parking Lot. Although I checked out before 10:00 AM the next day, the parking fee was 1,400 yen (I received a ticket), so I thought it would have been better to park in the parking lot under the Hotel. Since there are Hotels across the whole country, I would like to use them again elsewhere.

    The lack of a large public bath should have been a clue, but this hotel is entirely focused on foreign tourists, for better or worse. The services are minimal, and I was surprised that even basic amenities like cotton pads were not provided. The breakfast buffet is mostly Western-style dishes. However, the bathtub in the room was spacious enough to relax in. The library café and welcome drink services were excellent, and the room's furniture arrangement was well thought out, making it more comfortable than expected based on the listed size. From the perspective of just having a place to sleep, the cost performance was quite good. I overlooked that cleaning would not be provided for multiple night stays under this plan and was slightly surprised when I returned to the accommodation on the first day. If you take a taxi from the station to the hotel, note that it’s on the opposite side of the road, requiring quite a detour. Similarly, when heading back to the station by taxi, it took narrow streets—possibly avoiding right turns—so you should allow about 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes for travel time by car. Takamatsu-Kawaramachi Station is also slightly far away; access could be considered somewhat inconvenient.

    This was my first time using it. The Room was spacious and very clean. The shopping street is nearby, and you can walk to a famous udon restaurant. It's almost perfect, but it would be nice if they could make some adjustments as it was quite full during breakfast.

    Safe accommodation

    Since it has just opened, I expected it to be clean, but there was an additional sense of cleanliness that made my stay comfortable.
