    I had everything I n...

    I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here to visit Keisei Rose Garden. It’s not right next to the station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot, so the location is fine. It’s a stylish Hotel. The TV in my Room was 50 inches—very large. They set up a DVD player for me, so I watched Mozart’s opera “Mitridate, King of Pontus.” You can also watch YouTube on the TV. The TV is excellent and easy to watch from the bed, which was great. Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I use Keyaki Gate often and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality food, reasonable rates—and the TV is top-tier. It’s rated 5 out of 5, but honestly it deserves even more than that. One thing to note: there is an inner courtyard with an open atrium design that looks stylish, but if you’re afraid of heights it can be difficult when staying on higher floors. Because it’s open through multiple levels, walking along the corridors can feel scary. I stayed on the second floor and was fine, but if you don’t like heights you should book a Room on a lower floor. Checkout time is early, so I requested an extension at check-in. A two-hour extension cost 3,000 yen. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety of items, but it was tasty and I was satisfied with it.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    The Room was clean and comfortable. However, I was bothered by the sound of the door opening and closing in the neighboring Room. The breakfast bread was delicious.

    The Room was quiet and clean, and the Hotel staff were all smiling and very lovely. The breakfast was also delicious. The person arranging the bread was cheerful, giving me energy in the morning. Thank you very much.

    The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The 24-hour free coffee service was great. The staff were kind and attentive. It would be nice to have fruits included in the complimentary breakfast.

    This was my first stay. There were many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel itself is just a few minutes' walk from Kasai Station, making it very convenient for transportation. I might choose this accommodation again when I visit Tokyo.     Convenient Location

    I stayed at the accommodation for an event at Budokan. It is conveniently located near the station and accessible via the Tozai Line without transfers. The hotel felt a bit old, but it was clean, and the meals were delicious. I appreciated having a coffee machine available for use anytime. The cost-performance was also great. I will stay here again.

    It was very comfortable.

    I made a reservation and stayed with my two children. In the morning, I went to buy drinks and found myself locked out by the kids, waiting in the hallway. However, I was able to avoid trouble thanks to the front desk staff providing me with a spare key. The staff were very kind, so I will use this accommodation again.

    Renovated apartment? Close to the station.

    The property appears to be a renovated older apartment building. While the exterior may seem dated, the interior is modern. Though compact, it is sufficient for sleeping. Conveniently located near the station, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, it is ideal for business travelers. However, the limited number of coin-operated laundry machines spread across several floors felt slightly inconvenient.

    I didn't know there was an Onsen facility. I would like to use it next time. The multi-story parking lot was unfamiliar to me, so I felt it was a bit inconvenient, but I understand it's unavoidable in the city. I was very happy that the refrigerator had a freezer. The room was spacious and comfortable.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed at this hotel 20 years ago when I relocated for work, and even now, it remains a clean and well-maintained accommodation. The hotel's location is very convenient, being less than a 5-minute walk from the station! I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Bright hallway

    The service was adequate and satisfactory. The bright hallways with the open ceiling were pleasant. It was quiet on the first night, but on the second night, occasional noises from above the ceiling were a bit concerning.

    Stayed in a twin room. The room was equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, drum washing machine, and kitchen, making it suitable for long-term stays. The bed and bath were very comfortable, and I felt it was a shame to stay only one night. Perhaps due to its great value for money, it seems popular among foreigners as well, with many Western guests staying there. It was a great hotel! I would love to stay again!

    The staff were alway...

    The staff were always cheerful and courteous, which left a wonderful impression. The complimentary breakfast was packed with vegetables and surprisingly substantial for something free—especially appreciated while traveling.     Very good

    I stayed here for business this time, and it was a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was described as light, but it was more than enough, with delicious croissants and boiled eggs. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I noticed the front desk staff working hard to resolve issues for other guests with sincere and trustworthy responses. The amenities available for borrowing were also excellent. Since my stay was long-term, I appreciated having a proper refrigerator in the room. If I have any reason to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely stay here once more.

    Hotel Lumiere Kasai, offering value beyond its price

    The room is clean. The service is impeccable. The morning mini buffet is also delightful. The central part of the hotel is an atrium, so it was cold from the elevator to the room (stayed in February). Even so, it felt worth more than the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    We chose this property as our stay for a 2-day trip to Disney. The phone service was cheerful, and the staff was warm at the hotel. The room was also full of cleanliness and we were able to use it comfortably. Those who stayed with us were also satisfied. Thank you.

    Good value for money

    A friend was having a wedding at a Disney Hotel, and since it's not close to my home and I didn't want to rush on the day, I was looking for a place to stay the night before. I found a Property with parking and a light breakfast included for less than 10,000 yen, so I made a Reservation! I was concerned about the coffee stains on the carpet and the bathroom smell that didn't go away even with the fan on, but the cleaning was done properly, and both the bath and bed were clean! There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around, and the station is nearby, making it extremely convenient. The light breakfast had a limited selection, but it was free and satisfying enough! The staff's response was also good. Thanks to that, I was able to go to the hair set I had reserved with plenty of time after checking out, do some shopping at Ikspiari and Bon Voyage, and then attend the wedding. Thank you very much!

    Use for pre-stay before Disney.

    It was a comfortable 15-minute drive from Disney. The Room was very clean, and I was delighted to find cocoa in the coffee server, just like at the Nishi-Kasai store. There were many restaurants around, which was helpful. I couldn't use the parking lot because my car was larger than the standard size, but there were coin-operated parking lots nearby, so it wasn't a problem. The only concern was the bathroom, which had a smell of mold, possibly due to the shower curtain turning black with mold. Since the dirt could be removed by hand, I think it would be better to dry it thoroughly before gathering the curtain to prevent mold and odor.

    I would like to use it if I have the opportunity.

    I have stayed in Nishikasai before and used this place this time. Breakfast is included and starts at 6:30. If you stay for consecutive nights, the menu changes slightly. According to other reviews, the pajamas were said to be a one-piece type, but they had been changed to standard separate pajamas, which was nice. Considering the room size, the bathtub seems to be spacious. From the station, it's a straight line heading south, so there's no chance of getting lost. The staff provided kind service, and I had a pleasant stay.
