    Bed Making

    The bed and bathroom areas were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. During my 6-night stay, on days when the sheets were not changed, the bed-making varied—some days it was done neatly, other days it felt careless (for example, the pillows were left haphazardly under the duvet), and on some days it wasn’t done at all. I wasn’t sure what the standard service is meant to be.

    Dreamy views & perfect service!

    Amazing Location - Right next to Oshiage Station Exit A1, with direct access to the Toei Asakusa Line. Magical Views - Stunning Tokyo Skytree views from both the rooms and the restaurant while you enjoy a delicious breakfast. Incredible Staff - Always friendly, professional, and ready to help!

    We would love to stay here again.

    Thank you very much for your help. I’m glad I stayed at such a clean and wonderful Hotel. Because of the great location, I felt that using public transportation was the best option. Parking nearby is expensive, so I will keep that in mind next time.

    As it was a Deluxe T...

    As it was a Deluxe Twin Room, it was 30 m² and did not feel cramped. When I went to the front desk to leave my luggage, they told me the Room was ready and kindly allowed an early check-in. Before heading up, you can pick up any amenities you need—such as body towels, toothbrushes, and facial cleanser—from the front desk area or next to the elevators. The face masks and bath salts in particular were very relaxing. Complimentary drinks were available, and above all, the view of Tokyo Skytree was wonderful—from the Room, from the rooftop, and from the restaurant where breakfast and drinks are served. I also felt the breakfast quality was high. A limited number of pho servings could be ordered. Fresh fruit (not canned) was provided, and the tempura was delicious. It may be categorized as a Business Hotel, but it felt like an upscale Business Hotel. It’s also close to the station, so I highly recommend it.

    Used several times

    I have stayed here several times. The staff are very kind, and it is a pleasant Hotel. It is close to the station, and there is also a supermarket nearby that is open until 24:00, which is very convenient. My Room had a view of Tokyo Skytree, so the scenery was excellent. I will stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Comfortable Living

    When visiting Tokyo, I always choose Richmond Hotel Oshiage. The bathroom is spacious and clean, offering excellent convenience and comfort. It’s a Room where you can truly relax and rejuvenate.

    A warm and attentive Hotel

    The breakfast exceeded my expectations and was incredibly delicious!! When the equipment in the Room didn't work properly, they promptly changed my Room, showing great flexibility. The location is bright and right in front of Tokyo Skytree, offering a fantastic view. Although I had trouble with smartphone mirroring, the staff came to my Room to assist and even offered a Room change, which was very kind. However, since mirroring still didn’t work in the end, I wonder if it’s due to weak Wi-Fi; I hope for stronger internet connectivity in this regard. Other than that, everything was perfect with attentive and kind staff who made my stay satisfying. Thank you so much!

    I was nervous checking in as I had fallen before arriving and looked terrible, but I truly appreciated the staff's kindness and care. Their warmth put me at ease. The Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the variety of breakfast options along with the pleasant view from the window were wonderful. This time it was a business trip, but I would love to stay again even for leisure.

    I stayed at the accommodation for my university graduation ceremony. It seems that my room was upgraded, which made me very happy. It became a wonderful celebration. Since I lived in Oshiage while attending university, I enjoyed revisiting Oshiage and the apartment where I used to live before heading back. Thank you very much.

    The location is exce...

    The location is excellent, right in front of the station, the front desk staff were very kind, and the Room and bathroom were spacious and nice. However, I felt the cleaning was a bit lacking. Even though I requested a full cleaning, the pajamas were left as they were and not replaced, and although we stayed as a group of three, there were only towels for two people. I was also concerned about the dirt on the trash can lid and other areas. The bathroom was not properly cleaned either, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. It was especially unfortunate because the location and service were so good.

    For day use

    This was my first time using the facility, and it was conveniently located near the station with a great view. The room was spacious, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. I wished I could have stayed longer, so having an extension system for 1-2 hours would be helpful. I will use it again next time.

    A unique location. Right in front of Tokyo Solamachi. I used it to visit the Christmas Market at Tokyo Solamachi. I also strolled through the grounds of Ushijima Shrine and the pedestrian bridge crossing the Sumida River from Tokyo Mizumachi, enjoying the "Bamboo Lights" at night. The Christmas Market was bustling with people, but the "Bamboo Lights" seemed to be a hidden gem with fewer visitors. The "Bamboo Lights" area was also a lovely place. I was able to leisurely enjoy the night Christmas Market, the night "Bamboo Lights," and the area around Tokyo Skytree until late at night. And without having to take the train again, I could head straight to my hotel room, making the existence of the Richmond Hotel very significant. Despite being in a prime tourist location, the Accommodation Fee is cheap. I stayed on a Saturday, so the fee was about double the lowest price, but it was still cheap. It's very helpful that the Richmond Hotel occupies the location instead of a foreign luxury hotel. The Richmond Hotel offers reasonable rates, but it's not a case of "you get what you pay for." There were no inconveniences, and I was able to stay comfortably. I've also used the Richmond Hotels in Kinshicho, Mitaka, and Suidobashi, and all were comfortable. The rates are also reasonable. I've tried foreign luxury hotels in Tokyo (like Four Seasons or Edition), but the stay experience doesn't match the price. If you want a fulfilling stay experience, it's better to go to a Ryokan in the countryside, so what I seek in Tokyo accommodations is reasonable rates and moderate convenience. In this regard, the Richmond Hotel meets those requirements. It was very helpful that they held my luggage after checkout. Thank you very much.

    Excellent accessibility and stunning views

    I visited Tokyo Skytree for the first time, and the location was perfect as the Hotel is right by Oshiage Station, with no transfers needed from the Keikyu Main Line at Haneda Airport to the Toei Asakusa Line. It was very convenient to stroll around Solamachi as if it were a garden. At night, I could see the illuminated Skytree from the window, which made for a great memory. I would love to visit again.

    It is a convenient and clean property. The room on the 13th floor with a view of Tokyo Skytree is wonderful. Travelers with large luggage should use the elevator from the B3 subway exit. Cross the road to arrive at the hotel.

    If it's a Business Hotel

    If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it might be okay, but I will never use this Hotel again. At 11:00, there was a loud phone call from the front desk. When I wondered what it was about, they asked about room cleaning. When I requested only a towel exchange, they said they would hang it on the doorknob. Since it was a three-night stay, I requested cleaning after two nights, but empty cans and plastic bottles were left as they were. The washroom was also left dirty... And the elevator takes forever to arrive. etc... A Business Hotel exclusively for foreigners. The price is quite reasonable. Personally, I would say I will not use it again.

    The view is great.

    Located right next to the Skytree, it is perfect for sightseeing from the Skytree to Asakusa. It's also nice that you can get a full view of the Skytree from the terrace. The staff were generally polite, making it a pleasant experience.

    One night, two days.

    I decided to stay here because there was a concert nearby and it was close to the station! I booked a single room, but they upgraded me to a twin room! I wasn't expecting much of a view, but when I opened the curtains, the Skytree was right in front of me, which was very soothing!! The room was clean, and the nightwear didn't have any unpleasant odors, so I was able to stay comfortably! I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.
