    Perfect!

    A 4-minute walk from the station, and since it’s along the river, some Rooms may have a great view. I usually stay at places with a large public bath, but this Hotel was renovated last year and noted as having separate bath and toilet, so I chose it for its convenient location near the station. The Room is spacious, the Facilities are new, and the staff are very kind. With this level of comfort, this is my only choice of Hotel. The breakfast venue can also be used by non-guests, so I was able to eat with my family who live in Morioka. There’s a wide variety of options including local specialties—so much that you can’t finish it all—and it’s hard to choose. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    There were no crepes for breakfast.

    I chose this Accommodation expecting freshly made crepes for breakfast, but there were none. The only bread options were thin-sliced French toast, small croissants, a baguette, and sliced bread. As someone who prefers bread, I felt that just under 2,000 yen for this breakfast was expensive. That said, the sightseeing guidance at the front desk was very kind!

    It was a highly satisfying stay.

    I stayed here during my visit to Morioka and was very satisfied with the Accommodation. First of all, the location is extremely convenient. It’s close to Morioka Station, making it easy not only upon arrival but also for getting around during your stay. I think it’s a Hotel that works well for both sightseeing and business. The guest room was also comfortable, and I was able to spend my time pleasantly throughout the property. The overall balance of location, guest rooms, Facilities, and service is excellent—this is a Hotel that genuinely makes you feel glad you chose it. When I visit Morioka again, I would definitely like to stay here again. It has become one of the Hotels I can choose with confidence.

    It was very comfortable.

    I was able to relax in a Room with a great view. The spacious bath and shower area was especially nice. The staff were courteous and attentive, which made my stay very pleasant. It’s also very close to Morioka Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Morioka.

    Excellent value for money.

    Because our last stay was so great, we didn’t consider any other option this time. You responded thoroughly to our requests in advance, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated being able to choose whether housekeeping would be provided during our Multiple Night Stay. The location of the amenities bar had changed since our previous stay, and it was more convenient this time. As before, the tea was delicious! This time we were on a lower floor, so the sidewalk and roadway felt close and it bothered us a little. We were also concerned about an odor in the elevator hall on our floor (a smell like charcoal grilling). The location is very convenient, and we would like to stay here again when visiting Morioka. This isn’t directly related to the Hotel, but the underground passage at Morioka Station is hard to understand; it was quite difficult to find Exit A1 and to get to other exits as well. I hope there will be more signage.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. I loved waking up to the view of Kaiun Bridge from the window. The bathroom with a separate washing area and the two side-by-side sinks were also very convenient. The lobby was roomy and spotless, and it felt good every time we returned. At breakfast, during busy times the aisles felt a bit narrow. However, we could enjoy views of fresh greenery and the town through large windows, there was enough space between seats, and the staff greeted us cheerfully and energetically, making for a pleasant morning. That said, as mentioned in Reviews, the tower-style parking gets crowded in the morning and took longer than expected. Also, perhaps because it uses a double-row pallet system, there was a rule that we could not unload luggage or let passengers out before placing the car on the pallet. At my apartment building and at department stores as well, I thought it was standard practice at tower-style parking facilities to have passengers get out first and unload luggage to prevent accidents. In the rain—on a wet floor with grooves and gaps—I had to lift and carry heavy suitcases in heels from the inner side of the double-row pallet area, which was very frustrating. Even though there is a stopping space just before the passageway to the Hotel’s back entrance, we were not allowed to stop there to unload our suitcases. From the next day onward we used a nearby affiliated parking lot instead; it was self-parking with an entrance/exit right in front of the Hotel’s back entrance, which was very convenient.

    Highly satisfied

    What I liked most was the bed mattress. Everything was perfectly clean. The meals were great, just as expected. The staff were also kind and attentive.

    Very good

    The Facility is new and comfortable; the bathroom has a separate washing area, and the meals are more than satisfactory. No complaints. This is absolutely not the Hotel’s responsibility, but even though it’s very close to the station, it seems you have to use an underground passage to get back and forth, which is quite inconvenient if you have a suitcase. This appears to be the result of car-oriented urban planning, so I hope it will be improved in the future. (Morioka’s city center is great for walking around, so it’s a shame that only the area around the station is disappointing.)

    Comfortable!

    The Room was very clean. As it was a corner Room, I could overlook Kaiunbashi Bridge and enjoyed a relaxing, comfortable stay. Thank you to the staff for their courteous service. A recommended Hotel.

    The bathroom is independent and comfortable.

    This was my first stay at Daiwa Roynet, and it left a great impression. The view from the window was lovely (river view). Just a few minutes' walk from the station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located in the same building. The bathroom is separate, making it extremely comfortable! The sink and toilet areas are spacious and relaxing. Amenities included Sekkisei products, which was a nice touch. The bed mattress was average, but I would have liked the comforter to be a bit thicker. I would love to stay here again!

    Clean and well-equipped Facility.

    Check-in and check-out are handled by an automated machine, making the process very smooth. A wide variety of amenities are available in the lobby. The Room was clean, and the bathroom was especially excellent with a separate bathtub and toilet divided by a door. There is also a 7-Eleven on the first floor, and it is conveniently close to nearby restaurants.

    "Perfect" Hotel!

    The separation of the bathtub and washing area was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast was overall satisfying, with the yogurt and several types of honey to accompany it being truly exceptional.

    Perfect for your trip to Morioka!

    We stayed here during our summer trip around the Tohoku region. In Morioka, we really wanted to try cold noodles and Fukuda Pan's bread rolls. So, we looked for a no meals included hotel and chose this accommodation—it was the perfect choice! Although it’s a business hotel and we didn’t have high expectations, it turned out to be very convenient with parking and a laundry room available during our long journey. The laundry room was busy, but being able to check its availability on the TV was innovative. When selecting an accommodation plan, we booked without much thought for a room that could accommodate three people—but the spaciousness of the room surprised us! It felt luxurious with separate toilet and bath areas, plus both a bathtub and shower were provided—this made us very happy. Our room was on a high floor with great river views that delighted our child as well. The ability to pick up amenities freely in the lobby was also appreciated. Check-in and check-out were done via machines; however, when borrowing an umbrella or interacting with staff members, they were friendly and kind with smiles—leaving us with a positive impression. We would love to stay here again when visiting Morioka in the future. Thank you so much!

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I had a comfortable stay. It was a bit cramped as three of us stayed in a twin room, so I would rate the Facility four stars. The view was great, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which was very satisfying. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    Convenient access from the station, well-equipped with amenities for women, and the Facility was new and impeccably clean. If I had to suggest something, having a space to park rental bicycles would make it even better.

    It was a clean and comfortable accommodation.

    The Hotel is new, clean overall, and conveniently located. The toilet and bathroom are separate, allowing for a relaxing bath experience. Amenities were well-stocked and could be taken as needed. I would like to stay here again. The breakfast was also excellent.

    It was very comfortable.

    Located just near Morioka Station, the property offers a convenient mechanical parking lot for up to 60 cars. The Room was clean, very spacious, and user-friendly. The design is highly practical, ensuring a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The amenity bar had a wide variety of options and was excellent. The breakfast buffet featured a homemade touch and was incredibly delicious.

    I chose this accommodation for its price range and the inclusion of a bathroom with a washing area, which was indeed satisfying. The location is convenient, being close to the station, while also offering great views as it faces the Kitakami River. The front desk staff left a good impression and were very kind in their service. However, there were some issues with cleanliness. Perhaps because I had a multiple night stay, used coffee cups and drip waste were sometimes left on the table without being cleared. Additionally, new slippers were not replenished without notice during my stay, so I had to request replacements at the front desk. There is no discount for multiple night stays; while I don’t expect preferential treatment over single-night guests, it felt disappointing to be treated less attentively. Breakfast lacked variety as the menu was exactly the same every day despite having guests staying for multiple nights—it would be nice if there was some variation. The quality also seemed inferior compared to similar-class accommodations like Richmond Hotel or Dormy Inn based on my past experiences and reviews I read beforehand. Overall though, thank you for providing an affordable and comfortable stay!

    Close to the station with a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The Room was clean and excellent. The front desk staff were kind, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying.

    3rd Stay

    I have stayed here multiple times due to a relative's hospitalization. I enjoy the view of the Kitakami River. The bath is convenient with a washing area, and the coffee from the amenity bar has a rich and delicious flavor. I also appreciate the Snow Skin Care products provided. This time, I had a Multiple Night Stay and liked that I could choose no cleaning service (with towel replenishment). The only downside was breakfast; it seemed better in the past. Especially for cold noodles or soba, it would be disappointing if guests from outside the prefecture thought they were just average. Since I plan to stay again, I hope improvements can be made.

    The breakfast was disappointing.

    I chose this Hotel over Richmond because of the separate bath and toilet, which was the deciding factor. The cleanliness was average (the bottom of the bathroom door was dirty but within an acceptable range), and I had a comfortable stay. There were no noises from other guests in the hallway, allowing me to sleep peacefully. As for breakfast the next morning, I woke up early to avoid crowds but found it disappointing. The limited variety of dishes was underwhelming, and some tableware was dirty. The taste wasn't remarkable either. In hindsight, skipping breakfast here and opting for a convenient store rice ball on the first floor might have been more cost-effective. I didn't feel it was worth waking up early for breakfast here. If adding breakfast is important, Richmond might be a better choice (also closer to the station).

    The breakfast buffet is extensive.

    The bath is separate and can be filled automatically. The Room is spacious and has a table set, allowing you to relax and enjoy takeout cake. Located along the river on the street in front of Morioka Station, you can have breakfast while viewing the Kaiun Bridge right in front of you. Local dishes are available, and if it weren't for a business trip, I would have liked to take my time enjoying them. I was able to make a sticky rice bowl by topping rice with jarred mekabu, grated yam, and salmon roe. In addition to Japanese cuisine, there is a well-stocked bakery corner and desserts. I was pleased to find Morioka cold noodles this time. The price was on the higher side, but with the point campaign, I was able to use it reasonably. The location is also very good, so I would like to visit again during the cherry blossom season.

    Excellent!

    Daiwa Roynet's rooms are a favorite because the bath and toilet are usually separate and clean. I've used their services several times at other locations, but this was my first time using a fourth room for three people. It was new, clean, and very spacious! The bath, toilet, and washroom were sparkling clean, which was pleasant. The shelves had plenty of space and were easy to use. The only downside was the stain on the sofa. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The parking lot attendant was also kind! I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!
