    Sauna

    Please remove the TV in the sauna, or play different content. When regular TV programs are on, I go to the sauna to relax, but war-related shows or programs featuring unpleasant politicians can come on and ruin the mood. Could you play relaxing videos instead, such as Hawaii scenery on YouTube, or introductions to Hiroshima sightseeing spots and local food?

    Refreshing lemon water is provided.

    Welcome drinks and complimentary beverages are common, but the lemon-water welcome drink was a truly appreciated service for someone like me who can’t drink coffee. It made me feel Hiroshima even more—I even bought a lemon drink as a souvenir. It was understandably popular, and when I went back for another cup it was already gone, which was disappointing. I also appreciated the Shuttle Service to the station. Because I waited early in the lounge, when I moved to the vehicle I accidentally left one piece of luggage behind. It was 100% my fault, but it would have been helpful if staff could do a quick check before departure—such as confirming in the lounge that nothing was left behind. Before coming here, I stayed at a Dormy Inn Premium in another area, but this one felt warmer throughout the property and in the Room, and the meals were also warm and delicious. I thought it might be part of Hiroshima’s charm, but more than anything I believe it was thanks to the thoughtful care from the Hotel staff. Thank you very much.

    Onsen and breakfast are excellent.

    I made a Reservation to enjoy the Onsen. I walked from the nearby station, but it felt far due to the rain that day. The Room was well-cleaned, and the amenities were very clean and pleasant. The Onsen and sauna were excellent. They also offered classic Dormy Inn services like post-bath ice cream and late-night ramen starting at 9:30 PM. Breakfast had a great variety and quality, maintaining the reliable standards of Dormy Inn, which was very satisfying. There is also free Shuttle Service available to Hiroshima Station on your way back. I would love to use this place again for my next business trip!

    I often use Dormy Inn for trips and live events, and the quality was consistently reliable. The Room and Facility were clean, and the staff who assisted us were courteous, allowing us to enjoy our two-day stay comfortably. Being able to use the large public bath even late at night was personally appreciated, as it allowed us to eat and drink in the nearby entertainment district until late. I will definitely use it again when I come to Hiroshima!
