    Overnight Accommodation

    The service was excellent. The public bath being open until late was fantastic.

    Close to the station

    For single occupancy, a twin room was used. There was a note recommending the use of only one bed in such cases, which I found unnecessary and disappointing to see placed on the table. I often prefer using a twin room even when traveling alone, as I like to use the extra bed for organizing documents or small items. Additionally, during colder weather, I sometimes prefer layering duvets instead of relying heavily on air conditioning. If these preferences weren’t an issue, I would simply choose a single room. The public bath is small but still provides warmth and relaxation after a long day. The direct access from the elevator to the bath without passing through the front desk area is very convenient.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    Close to the station, it was a clean and customer-friendly Hotel. It was comforting since it was rainy in Izumo. The meals had a homemade feel and were delicious. I would like to stay here again when I visit Izumo next time.

    Suite Room Usage

    The service was excellent, but it was disappointing to find noticeable marks on the round table in the suite room. Everything else was great, so I hope this will be improved for my next stay.

    The Room is clean, and the staff provides polite service. The price is affordable and reasonable. The parking lot is located separately from the Hotel, so it can be a bit inconvenient on rainy days, but since it's nearby, it was manageable.

    Well-maintained Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station, this Hotel is full of creative ideas. Enjoy delightful touches like complimentary clam ramen at night and making your own rabbit-shaped monaka for breakfast. The small nodoguro fish and tai chazuke at breakfast were also a pleasant surprise. The bath features a milky white color, which is likely to appeal to female guests. It would have been nice if there was water in the Room's refrigerator, but then again, the tap water here is drinkable!

    The best value-for-money Property.

    I used this accommodation during my trip to visit Izumo Taisha. Although I traveled by car, the location near the station was very convenient. The facility is new, clean, and stylish. It features a large public bath with a sauna, and the small additional services were excellent, making it a very satisfying stay. Moreover, the price including breakfast is very reasonable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the water in the Room had a slight odor, so I gave it 4 stars. I would like to use it again next year.

    Used for outpatient purposes.

    Due to the cold wave, I headed to Izumo by express bus. The Hotel was visible right away from the bus stop at Izumo City Station, and the location was good. The front desk staff gave me various advice, allowing me to smoothly reach the hospital the next day. I was satisfied with both the Room and breakfast. I hope to use it again next time.

    The hospitality of the staff is excellent.

    The guidance on access to Izumo Taisha, dining options near the Hotel, and weather information was always accurate and smooth, provided with warm words and smiles, making for a truly comfortable stay. In the bath area, there were few washing stations available, leading to situations where guests had to wait in line while undressed. This might make those using the facilities feel rushed and those waiting feel cold, which was a bit concerning. Other than that, the Facility was clean with clear signage throughout. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of local ingredients to enjoy. I felt a warm hospitality spirit in various aspects of this Hotel. I would definitely like to use it again during my stay in Izumo.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Convenient due to good access from the station. The large public bath was narrower than expected, but it's still nice to soak in a larger tub than the unit bath in the Room.

    I stayed to visit Izumo Taisha. The hotel was very new and the facilities were good. The staff's response was also very pleasant. I enjoyed the complimentary shijimi ramen and lactic acid drinks. Also, the drip coffee at the front desk was very delicious. However, there were some disappointing points regarding cleanliness... I stayed in a twin room, and when I pulled back the bed covers to sleep, there were towels and a bath mat that I had no memory of placing... Only one of the two beds was in such a state... It was too late to change rooms, and the person using that bed said it was okay, so we just went to sleep. Additionally, there was a lot of black mold around the lid and the water inlet of the humidifier's water tank, so I cleaned it myself. That was disappointing.

    Spacious Room and Bath

    The Room and bath were spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The late-night ramen and breakfast were also delicious.

    Stayed for 2 nights ...

    Stayed for 2 nights with 2 people, chose a large Room as I had work late at night. Major issue with the washbasin, while double sinks are nice, the lack of a faucet and the sensor system made it difficult to fill a cup with water, causing trouble when brushing teeth. Additionally, the right sink only provided cold water and the left only hot water, with no indication of this, it took time to understand, making it impossible to use the washbasin at a preferred temperature. There were no towel hooks on the wall of the bathroom/dressing area. If bathrobes were provided, bath towels wouldn't get as wet, but without bathrobes and only one bath towel per person, we had to spread them out in the washbasin or Room to dry after use. The sofa in the Room was somewhat dirty, perhaps a smaller but cleaner one would be better? The bed was comfortable with no issues at all. Breakfast was a choice of Japanese or Western set meals, but you had to clear your own tray, and despite this, the return counter was cluttered, requiring you to place your tray on top of others' dishes, which was unstable and concerning. Note, did not use the large public bath.

    I chose a Japanese-style breakfast and enjoyed it very much. The overnight-dried nodoguro fish and oden radish had excellent flavors. The monaka shaped like a "rabbit" was also delicious with its subtle sweetness. The coffee had a wonderful aroma as well.

    We stayed for two da...

    We stayed for two days during our 4-night, 5-day trip as a couple. The hotel is very convenient as it is close to both the station and restaurants. The facility has a bright atmosphere, being a new hotel, and the cute design of the furnishings is appealing. I personally felt secure using the facility as the entrance to the women's large bath requires a card key to open. The staff at the front desk were also very kind. Since we left the hotel late in the morning, we encountered the cleaning staff in the hallway, and they all seemed to be working diligently. The main reasons for lowering the rating are the insufficient cleaning of the large bath and the inability to know the usage status of the bath before entering. The changing room was clean, but the slippery floor in the large bath and the mold on the shower fixtures made me hesitant to use them. It might have been because we used the large bath around 9 PM, which was a late time, so some time had passed since the cleaning. Also, the usage status of the large bath is unknown until you actually use it. Since there are few washing areas, when my husband and I used it, all the washing areas were occupied, and we had to wait for about 5 minutes at the entrance while being naked. It would be helpful if the usage status could be known from outside the bath so that users can adjust accordingly. Another minor concern is that, as others have mentioned in reviews, there was no replenishment of mineral water. We did not have mineral water in our room on either day. (If there has been a change in operation and mineral water is no longer provided, I apologize.) I feel that the good atmosphere made the impact of the concerns more significant, but I wrote this in the hope that it will lead to better service.
