    Excellent breakfast

    The fresh Itoshima vegetables, the wide variety of dishes, and even eel rice available from the morning made the kids absolutely delighted. It was a truly enjoyable breakfast buffet. I’d love to stay here again.

    The Room was very clean.

    Although it was a single Room, it came with a bathroom with a washing area, so I was able to take a relaxing bath. It’s rare to even have a bath chair provided. I had an errand and went out at night, so I didn’t have time to use the large public bath, which was disappointing. My family stayed in a Standard Twin Room and could only book one with a shower only and no bathtub, so they were especially disappointed that they couldn’t use the large public bath. If I have the chance to stay again, I’d like to visit the large public bath or the adjacent hot bathing Facility. Breakfast included plenty of vegetables, and I especially enjoyed the fried chicken.

    We stayed here for Kyushu University’s entrance ceremony.

    We stayed here with our family for Kyushu University’s entrance ceremony. It was in a very convenient location, with direct bus access to and from Kyushu University. The breakfast was delicious, and we were also very satisfied that we could use a nearby Onsen free of charge. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to stay again.

    My child attends a university near your Hotel, so we have stayed with you many times, starting from the entrance exam period. During this stay, I was once again deeply impressed by your outstanding hospitality. I believe it is thanks to the thoughtful care of all your staff that our stay was so comfortable. As I cannot thank each person individually, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude here. We plan to stay again in May. It will be my family’s first time staying with you, and I am looking forward to it, confident they will be very satisfied as well.

    Cozy and Comfortable Space

    I stayed at the accommodation with my mother for a little getaway. Since we arrived late, we decided to relax in the hotel's bath. Although it wasn't very spacious, it was clean and allowed us to unwind. The room was comfortable, and I especially loved the pillow, which helped me sleep soundly! The breakfast was delicious; however, the rice was cold when served. A few minutes later, freshly steamed rice was brought out, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been better if this had been addressed earlier. The next morning, we visited "Ito no Yu Dokoro," which we could use as part of a special benefit. It allowed us to relax from early in the morning and was truly enjoyable! I would love to stay here again!

    Wonderful Hotel, would love to stay again.

    It is a bit far from Tenjin, but overall satisfaction is high. The Room design is well thought out and user-friendly, with a clean atmosphere. Breakfast was also great. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. It was much better than hotels in Tenjin.

    First stay. The toil...

    First stay. The toilet and bath were separate, and having the sink inside the room (next to the table) was a unique and very convenient experience. The large public bath was clean. Shower caps, cotton pads, etc., were stored in a large container, which I didn’t notice until after bathing. I only had breakfast, which featured local vegetables and was simple yet delicious. I especially enjoyed the egg over rice. All staff members were kind and helpful. This is a hotel I would love to stay at again!

    The air conditioning...

    The air conditioning in the Room was not very effective. I arrived in the evening and checked in, but the Room was extremely hot. Even after turning on the air conditioner, it did not cool at all. After sweating during the day, I went to take a bath, but when I removed the card key, the air conditioner automatically turned off. When I returned to my Room, it was still unbearably hot, so I had no choice but to go out again. It was also uncomfortably hot while sleeping at night. The Facility is new, but this issue needs to be addressed.

    Satisfaction

    A very clean and nice Hotel. The public bath is compact, but the Room has a sufficiently spacious bath, which is great. The meals were delicious, and I ate a lot! The Room was also spacious and clean. It was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful rest.

    Enjoyed my first visit to Itoshima to the fullest.

    It was my first time in Itoshima. The hotel was overall very clean and well-maintained. Conveniently located, it provided easy access to attractions such as the Keya no Oto Sightseeing Boat and Shima Seaside Country Club within a 20–30 minute drive. Additionally, the free access for guests to Ito no Yu Onsen, just a 2–3 minute walk away, was an excellent service.

    In front of the large public bath, there is a pitcher with lemon-infused water for hydration. There is also a coffee machine and some small snacks available.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I stayed with a friend and was very satisfied. The Room was clean, and the Facility and amenities were just right, making it a Hotel I definitely want to use again. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, featuring local vegetables, and it was very delicious. On the checkout day, it rained, but being able to take the elevator directly to the parking lot was very convenient. Everything deserves five stars!

    The room was a triple, but it was spacious enough, and the bathroom had two sinks, which was impressive. The beds were also very comfortable. On the day of our stay, the roads were regulated due to the Kyushu Marathon, but the explanations were thorough, and the customer service was perfect. If I had to point out a downside, the public bath was slightly small, and although the onsen facility across the street could be used for free, perhaps due to the slight distance, many people used the hotel's public bath, leading to crowded times. However, drip coffee and detox water were available in the lounge, making it a very lovely hotel.

    Convenient for Itoshima travel

    I used it for a two-day, one-night trip to Itoshima. It was conveniently located for touring Itoshima. It was new and clean. You can also enter the nearby Ito no Yu for free. However, while it may be fine in summer, the temperature of Ito no Yu was low, so I didn't feel warm after the bath and felt cold, so in winter, the large bath inside the Hotel might be better. It was nice to see a beautiful sunrise from the room. There were various options for breakfast, and I was very satisfied. Although I had dinner outside, I regretted not having dinner at this Hotel. It seemed to be reasonably priced as well. Next time, I will also have dinner here.
