    Comfortable

    Close to the nearest station, and also near a shopping street and tourist attractions, so shopping was convenient. The Room was clean, and the front desk staff were kind. It was very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was compact but included local specialties, so we were satisfied. However, it isn’t very spacious, so during busy periods or if you want a leisurely breakfast, you may have to wait—so it’s best to be prepared to wait or line up early. We didn’t use it this time, but the 24-hour free coffee service was a nice touch. Since we stayed in summer, it would have been even better if there had been soft drinks or cold tea as well. We had a relaxing stay and would like to use it again if we have the chance.

    The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious!

    I always make sure to enjoy the Nagasaki specialties and the curry at the breakfast buffet. I stayed again this year, but I was disappointed that the Tsushima beef “Harami Lemon Steak” was no longer on the breakfast menu. I hope it will be brought back!

    Wonderful location

    This was my first stay. The Hotel is located in a shopping street, so the location is excellent, and although it was only one night, I had a wonderful time. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was both reasonably priced and delicious. The staff were very kind, which left a strong impression.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    I stayed here with my elderly parents. We made two Reservations. Although the Rooms were different types, they kindly arranged them on the same floor. When my father visited the front desk early in the morning to get first aid for an injury, they responded with great care and courtesy. I imagine it must have been quite a surprise to see an elderly guest suddenly appear in nightwear. Thank you very much. The staff’s hospitality was truly excellent. A Room with separate bath and toilet was very convenient for my elderly mother. The location was also great, and it was helpful to have plenty of nearby dining options.

    It was great.

    Overall, it was a comfortable Hotel. It was quiet, with no noticeable noise from outside or other Rooms. The washbasin area was separate, spacious, and easy to use. Since going to the front desk is a hassle, I would like coffee capsules to be provided in the Room.

    A paradise-like “massage chair” in the Hotel Room!

    I had a very comfortable stay. “Healing Double Room (Non-smoking throughout the building, 140 cm bed width)” The healing room had a “high-performance massage chair”! (Of course, it was free of charge.) It was absolutely amazing. I walked a lot in Nagasaki, but I kept exploring the city by telling myself that “a paradise-like massage chair would be waiting for me” when I got back to the Hotel. It relieved all my built-up fatigue and truly felt like paradise. Thank you very much.

    Great location.

    I stayed for two nights during the Lantern Festival. Because it was inside an arcade, I really appreciated the great location when it snowed or the wind was strong. The amenity bar had only the essentials. Breakfast was compact and included some Nagasaki specialties, but it was almost the same on the second day, so having breakfast on consecutive days may not be necessary. The Room had a double bed and a massage chair, so it was spacious and comfortable. However, the massage chair wasn’t very good because the rollers didn’t hit the right spots, so next time I’d be fine with a Room without one. The staff were very kind.

    The breakfast buffet featuring Nagasaki's local cuisine is absolutely delicious!

    The Nagasaki local dishes at the breakfast buffet are absolutely delicious! We are always delighted to have you enjoy them. However, this time, the late-night drainage noise from the neighboring Room disturbed my sleep. It seems to be quite audible.

    This was my fourth stay, and once again, I had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The smiles and courteous service of the front staff helped ease the fatigue from my long journey. I enjoyed relaxing in the clean Room with a cup of coffee (free coffee is available in front of the 4th-floor front desk). The Facility and amenities provided everything necessary, leaving no inconvenience. Personally, I appreciated the air purifier with humidifier function and the two types of pillows. I am always impressed by how staff bow politely even when taking the elevator after check-out—it reflects their commitment to valuing "person-to-person" connections. This Hotel provides a sense of security that makes me want to stay again next time!

    I was aware there was no parking at the accommodation for my first stay, but I didn’t expect that I couldn’t even stop in front of the hotel (located in the middle of an arcade street), which left me wandering around. A delivery worker kindly advised me to park at a nearby parking lot before checking in, which saved me. For those arriving by car, please take note. Although the room's card key didn’t work initially and things started off poorly, the contracted parking lot was nearby and access to major tourist spots was convenient. The bathroom gets 2 stars because every step on the washing area floor felt soft and made squeaky sounds. It slightly threw off my sense of balance.

    It was excellent.

    The Room was clean and comfortable. Above all, the location is one of its attractions as it is very close to the tram station. A variety of amenities necessary for a one-night stay were available next to the counter. I ordered breakfast, and every dish was delicious and satisfying. The staff provided polite and friendly service, making interactions pleasant.

    Comfortable and pleasant!

    The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes—truly satisfying! The "Summer Curry" and Harami Beef are always my go-to favorites. However, it was disappointing that the coffee machine was out of order this time. It would have been nice to have instant coffee as an alternative. I look forward to staying at this Hotel again next time!

    Great location, comfortable stay, highly recommended!

    I chose this Hotel because I wanted to explore Nagasaki on foot. The location is excellent. Just a short walk takes you to various places. It was enjoyable to see the everyday streets as well. I could also view Mount Inasa from the window. If I visit Nagasaki again, I would choose this Hotel. Thank you very much!

    Perfect location for exploring Nagasaki.

    The Hotel is clean with excellent service, and the location is unbeatable. The tram stop "Kankodori" and bus stop "Hamanomachi" are right in front, and the airport shuttle bus stop "Chuo-bashi" is also nearby. It's easy to go anywhere using the Hotel as a base. Located in an arcade street, there are department stores and various shops around. You can even walk to Shinchi Chinatown or Dejima. The Room is conveniently accessible directly by elevator from the first floor of the arcade. Although I didn't have breakfast included, there’s PRONTO on the first floor of the building, as well as Komeda Coffee, Doutor Coffee Shop, and St-Marc Café nearby. McDonald's and KFC are also just across from it. The Room's Wi-Fi and wired LAN (with cables provided) were fast, with plenty of power outlets available; USB ports by the bed were a nice touch too! Highly recommended for those visiting Nagasaki!

    The hotel near Chinatown has small but comfortable spaces. The breakfast is delicious. Parking is less convenient.

    Nagasaki Lantern Festival

    This time, I stayed during my trip to the Nagasaki Lantern Festival. Traveling within Nagasaki City is convenient with buses, so the location of this Hotel is excellent. The breakfast also included local gourmet dishes, which was a great value.

    Hotel with delicious breakfast

    I always look forward to the breakfast buffet, especially the Chinese cuisine! The braised pork is incredibly delicious. Also, the curry is exquisite. I choose the "Healing" Room. With a massage chair available, you can relieve fatigue even during a Multiple Night Stay.

    Comfortable stay

    Located within a shopping street, it is conveniently about a 1000 yen taxi ride from Nagasaki Station, and you can reach the coin laundry without going through any slopes.

    It was a comfortable journey.

    I stayed at Faltza Nagasaki on my first trip to Nagasaki. The reasons I chose it were its good access, delicious breakfast, and cleanliness, and all of them were as expected, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. Located right in front of the tram stop, the access is excellent. The breakfast included Nagasaki specialties like Turkish rice and kakuni buns, and for dessert, there was castella, allowing me to feel Nagasaki from the morning. The room was compact yet well-cleaned and comfortable. However, the view from the window wasn't great, but that's understandable since it's in the city center. The staff were friendly. I would like to use it again when I visit Nagasaki someday.

    It was convenient for getting around in the city.

    It was easy to get around by tram from Nagasaki Station, and it was just a few minutes from the tram stop. I thought it was a really convenient location as I could travel by tram to Dejima, Oura Church, Glover Garden, Shinchi Chinatown, and other places. The staff's response was also kind. I would like to use it again when I visit Nagasaki.
