    Favorite Hotel

I have stayed here every year since it opened. It’s very comfortable in every way: you can walk from Asahibashi Station via a covered walkway, the stylish Room, and the large public bath.

The front desk was staffed entirely by Asian personnel.

    1) The Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, and I got lost. 2) Whenever I went to the front desk, it was crowded with Asian guests speaking loudly, which made it difficult to hear the staff’s explanations. 3) Despite that, the Room and even the hallways were quiet. Are floors separated between Japanese travelers and other Asian travelers? If so, thank you for your thoughtful consideration. 4) The Room was spacious and comfortable. 5) There were several convenience stores nearby, as well as Don Quijote and a local supermarket, which was very convenient. Thank you for your hospitality.

    My flight was cancel...

My flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so I booked this Hotel at short notice because I had a great stay here before. It was an “assigned by the property” Plan, but they prepared a twin Room for me. The large public bath is excellent. There are no skincare amenities in the Room, but the large public bath has POLA cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, emulsion, body milk, and hair milk, which is very convenient. The hair dryer is ReFa. The Room has an inner door, so noise from the hallway doesn’t bother you. The bed is comfortable and the Room feels calm and relaxing. It was inconvenient that there was no trash bin in the washroom area, and I thought it would be nice to have a small tabletop mirror in the Room. Also, it would be great if disposable slippers were available. When I stayed previously, breakfast included Hiroshi’s ji-maami tofu (peanut tofu), so I was disappointed it wasn’t available this time. However, the beni-imo umukuji was chewy and very delicious, and I enjoyed being able to try other Okinawan dishes as well. The smoothies were also tasty. It’s great value for money, and I’d definitely like to stay again.

    Thank you for your h...

Thank you for your hospitality. Unlike inland prefectures, Okinawa’s sea breeze seems to make the heat feel different, but after daytime activities, the large public bath still feels essential. I used it more than twice a day. However, there were a couple of things that concerned me… One is the lockers in the large public bath. There was a big gap between the number of people using the bath and the number of lockers without keys available. I think this is an issue of guest manners, but I wondered if anything could be done. The other is the Accommodation Fee. I understand it may be unavoidable due to conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, as well as the weak yen and rising prices, but I am discouraged by how much Accommodation Fees have increased. Even so, this is a comfortable Hotel that I would like to use again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Wonderful Hotel

The exterior and interior were modern, calm, and very comfortable. The view from the Room was great, and the bed was so comfortable that I was able to relax and unwind. When I requested a thermometer, they also brought water with it—thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Breakfast had a great balance of Okinawan dishes and standard options, so I could enjoy a wide variety of food. The large public bath was clean and easy to use as well. Thank you very much.

    The Hotel exceeded my expectations.

I stayed for one night without meals. Both the Room and the large public bath were clean—maybe it’s a new Hotel? For the price, the Room was very nice, and I was completely satisfied.

    Highly recommended.

Our flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so we made a last-minute Reservation at this Hotel—and it turned out to be excellent. We traveled from a Resort Hotel in the north through heavy rain and arrived around 10:30. Check-in was from 15:00, so I assumed it would be impossible and asked if they could store our luggage, but they said, “You can check in now,” which felt like a blessing. The Room was small, but there was a large public bath and all the amenities we needed. There was also a lounge next to the restaurant that any guest could use, with several kinds of drinks available freely. My husband had a scheduled Zoom meeting in the Room, and I thought it would be difficult for me to work there at the same time, but I was able to work in the lounge, which helped tremendously. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and breakfast in particular exceeded expectations. There was an impressive variety of salads (I especially appreciated okra and broccoli), plenty of Okinawan dishes, and even roast beef—everything was delicious. Having to stay unexpectedly because of the typhoon was stressful, but being able to stay at this Hotel greatly eased that burden. The Room may feel small for a long stay, but for one or two nights in Naha, this is highly recommended.

    A new and comfortable Hotel

It was new and comfortable to stay in. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and there’s a supermarket near Tsubogawa Station, which was convenient. When accessing from Asahibashi Station, the route was a bit hard to find. Since it rained during our stay, it was great to come back and warm up right away in the large public bath—choosing a Hotel with a large public bath was the right decision. We also enjoyed Okinawan dishes at breakfast over two nights. The Room was small and the window faced the wall of the neighboring building, but if you can compromise on that, it’s a good Hotel.

Convenient location! The large public bath is spotless! Breakfast is delicious!

Just a few minutes from Asahibashi via a covered walkway, with a convenience store close by. The Room was small but well laid out and clean. You can tell they put effort into breakfast—the berry smoothie and stone-oven roll bread were especially delicious. The staff were very attentive, promptly clearing plates and refilling dishes. The large public bath was also clean and helped me relax after a long day. However, I was concerned that some foreign guests brought their phones into the changing area and made video calls even though people were undressed, and others left their belongings in the washing area so others couldn’t use it despite it being crowded. I think it’s necessary to ensure guests follow the rules—for example, by handing out written guidelines and asking them to read them. Regarding Room amenities, the inside of the mug in my Room was stained dark brown, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I’d like them to pay more attention to hygiene, such as regularly sanitizing tea stains. As explained at check-in, Room cleaning seems to be once every four days; if you leave used towels and pajamas in the hallway, fresh ones will be hung on your doorknob. Daily cleaning is available for an additional 1,500 yen per day. Water can be replenished as well, but coffee wasn’t restocked—so I’d like coffee and tea supplies in the Room to be replenished too. Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel, and I’d like to stay again.

    The Room was clean, ...

The Room was clean, and the entire property felt new with a pleasant atmosphere. It was calm and relaxing, so I was able to rest well. Since it is close to the station, it feels safe even for women traveling alone. I would like to stay again next time.

A great-value Hotel with convenient transportation access.

We stayed here because we were using Naha Bus Terminal and the Yui Rail. The room rate with dinner and breakfast was very reasonable, and we were surprised by how many guests there were. Dinner had a simple menu, but it was very tasty. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied. This is a Hotel with excellent value for money. However, for us as an elderly couple, the combined unit bath/toilet was inconvenient, and it was also disappointing that there were so few restrooms in the building.

    This is my favorite Hotel.

Even if you arrive on the last monorail, you can still make it in time for the large public bath’s opening hours, which is a big plus. Having an in-room door and beach sandals for use inside the Hotel is also very nice. I would like to stay here again.

    Accommodation perfect for women!

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing during my business trip. I was delighted to receive a skincare product set, which is exclusively for female guests! I also personally enjoyed the special perk of receiving Blue Seal ice cream. The facility was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, making it a satisfying stay. Thank you very much!

    Very satisfied

Clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and they provided water every day. The breakfast was especially satisfying with local menu options, variety, and freshness—I couldn't try everything in one sitting and wished I had booked it for two days. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

If you're staying in Naha, this is the place for you!

It was my first time staying here. I chose this Hotel near the Yui Rail line for my trip to Miyako Island the next day. The Room was simple, calm, and very clean. I enjoyed the Blue Seal ice cream and appreciated the amenities provided for women. The large public bath made my stay even more comfortable. Since it's close to the station, you can reach the Hotel with minimal exposure to rain. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Naha!

    The overall impressi...

The overall impression was good, likely because the property is relatively new. However, the Room had a strong odor resembling body odor, which was unpleasant. While a deodorizing spray was provided and helped temporarily, the smell returned over time, requiring repeated use of the spray. It might be due to odors absorbed in items like pillows. I hope this can be improved in the future. Other than that, it felt like a very good Facility overall.

    It was very comfortable.

I had a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient with the station, car rental shops, and Don Quijote nearby. For the price, both the service and the Room were excellent, and the large public bath was also very nice. There were some guests who seemed unfamiliar with how to use the public bath, so it might be helpful to explain during check-in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    The breakfast was delicious.

The property features a large public bath and a breakfast buffet. Please note that all guests are kindly requested to follow proper etiquette when using the bath facilities. Specific guidelines will be provided at check-in to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Examples of prohibited behavior include: - Bringing smartphones into the bath area for photos or video calls. - Entering the dressing room while still wet from bathing. - Speaking loudly in groups within the facility. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious Ryukyuan dishes, which we hope you will enjoy during your stay!

It was a safe and reliable Hotel!

A total stay of 6 nights. While I usually stay at a Resort Hotel in Okinawa, this Hotel provided a comfortable experience as if living there. - The room size and layout were just right, making it very convenient to use. - There is a door between the entrance and the bedroom, ensuring that noise does not disturb relaxation. - Free drinks on the lobby floor and all necessary items such as room linens were adequately provided during the stay. - In case of issues (such as cleaning oversight this time), staff demonstrated promptness, sincerity, and flexibility in their response. The thoughtful care and attention from all employees made for a pleasant and comfortable stay at this Hotel.

The price is higher than my usual business hotels, but the satisfaction level is excellent.

The Facility and Room comfort were excellent, not limited to just a business hotel. I would like to use it again during my next stay in Okinawa.

    High satisfaction

Due to a flight delay, we arrived after 11 PM, mistakenly went to the wrong taxi stand, and finally reached the accommodation past midnight. When we called about the delay and were informed about late check-in procedures, we felt relieved as we were worried about being turned away. Although the airport taxi driver seemed unsure with just the address, having a nearby convenience store and entrance photos helped us arrive safely. The front desk staff efficiently checked us in and even gave us an ice cream voucher. Entering our room with pre-cooled air was incredibly comforting. As mentioned in reviews, while the room entrance is narrow for suitcases, everything else was well-designed—convenient power outlets, bedside boards, clean interiors—and it was comfortable overall. The slippers provided for both indoor use and visiting the bathhouse were thoughtful touches. We could relax on the sofa upon arrival while enjoying views of key city infrastructure like trains running along Yui Rail against a backdrop of sea and roads. Later that night when I went to buy snacks at a nearby convenience store, an employee (possibly foreign) warmly spoke Okinawan dialect saying "Let’s warm it up," which truly touched my heart after such an exhausting day. This phrase has since become popular in our household! Back at our room during dinner time, complimentary bottled water for each guest was much appreciated too. While there wasn’t alcohol available in vending machines (which I think is reasonable for urban areas), knowing this beforehand allowed us to prepare accordingly. The public bath was well-maintained and very pleasant! Since we arrived so late at night feeling quite tired yet comfortable here prompted us to extend checkout by one hour next morning—a testament to how much we enjoyed staying here. Breakfast exceeded expectations with freshly prepared dishes served continuously! There were plenty of fresh vegetables which made me happy as everything felt clean enough that I could eat freely without worry—truly delightful! Despite being peak season crowded hours within café/restaurant space didn’t feel overly cramped thanks partly due high customer etiquette levels alongside smooth-moving attentive serving staff ensuring no screaming kids around either; highlights included pork belly dish customizable taco rice Okinawa soba variety accompaniments drinks desserts pasta options ranking among top personal experiences ever! Lastly calling taxis via reception received courteous assistance thank you again wonderful stay overall!

Clean Room and Delightful Large Public Bath

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. About a 5-minute walk from the nearest station. The building seems relatively new and is very clean. The highlight is the large public bath, which is perfect for relaxing. The only downside was that the razor provided didn’t cut well. Highly recommended!

    Public Bath

This accommodation features a large public bath and is conveniently located near Yui Rail Asahibashi Station, which I really like. However, the public bath has been very crowded over the past two months due to the high number of guests. It would be great if there were a system to check congestion from the room. Although it is not a particularly large facility, foreign guests seem to form lines in front of the washing area for some reason. I hope this can be improved. Receiving free Blue Seal ice cream during summer is delightful. I look forward to staying here again next month!

The moment you enter the Hotel, there is a pleasant fragrance. Check-in is smooth. The Room is compact and comfortable, but the entrance feels a bit narrow, which is slightly disappointing. The large public bath is clean and has a great atmosphere. A highly satisfying Hotel that makes you want to stay again!

The large public bath is truly wonderful.

Thank you for your hospitality. I usually choose accommodations with separate bathrooms and toilets, but having a public bath made the compact bathroom in the room less of an issue. The public bath is small but clean, as the washing area is separated from the bathtub. The changing room was also well-maintained, with no stray hairs, making it pleasant to use. The location is excellent—close to the station and conveniently near Lawson, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart stores. Being by the river adds a sense of openness to the view (though this may not apply to lower floors; higher floors on the river side likely offer great views). Here are some points I hope can be improved in the future: ① The beach sandals provided in the room were convenient but had thong straps that made them difficult to use with socks on. Regular sandals might be more practical. ② The smoking area on the 10th floor was very hot—it would help if air conditioning could be turned on there. While I mainly used the smoking area on 1F since I stayed on 5F, guests staying on 10F who smoke might find it uncomfortable without proper cooling. ③ Breakfast felt lacking—it wasn’t memorable despite being tasty overall. Perhaps consider adding a standout feature like live-cooked egg dishes or something unique? This could leave a stronger impression even if space constraints limit options at breakfast venues. ④ Staff were polite and accommodating; however, more smiles would make interactions even better! Guests only have one chance for their experience here—especially in Okinawa—so creating an enjoyable atmosphere would enhance their stay. Overall though, my stay was comfortable and pleasant! If I visit Naha again, I’d love to stay here once more. Thank you very much!
