    It was cute and soothing.

    I stayed here last year and loved it, so I came back again this year. I made my Reservation early and was able to book the Choco Ball Room for an August weekend. It was cute and relaxing. You also get some sweets as a souvenir, and the bathroom and toilet are separate; the bathroom even has a washing area, which is great. I found an “Angel” in the Room and received an extra little cute gift! Even as an adult, it’s a treat if you love cute things like I do. This Hotel uses self check-in machines, but whenever I called the front desk for a small request, the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is served at a sister restaurant of “HACHI,” so I was really happy to be able to enjoy their popular Napolitan pasta and omurice that always have lines at the station. Even if you wonder whether you can eat that much in the morning, it’s so good you end up finishing the whole plate. Compared with last year, they also had curry this time, with three menu options for each dish—an even better selection (though adding a hamburger steak feels a bit pricey, so I hesitate). The Hotel is located inside an arcade shopping street, so there are plenty of places nearby for dinner—very convenient. I’d stay again.

    Convenient Hotel

    It wasn’t luxurious, but it was a Hotel with everything we needed. Located at the entrance to an arcade shopping street, with a convenience store, McDonald’s, Saizeriya, Mitsukoshi, and many restaurants nearby. It’s within walking distance of Sendai Station. The seating area is compact, and if you’re working at the desk it can be hard for others to pass by, but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and there’s also a changing area, so it was convenient. The room was also well cleaned. There were plenty of coin lockers available before and after check-in/out. The lobby is spacious and some guests spent time there; before check-in the breakfast café was open as well, so we could relax there. The colorful cream soda was cute and delicious. We stayed here to attend a live show at Tokyo Electron Hall—it's close by and highly recommended!

    A delightfully quirky Hotel

    We stayed for one night as a couple with our elementary-school-aged child, using it on the first day of our 3-night, 4-day trip to Miyagi. We take about 40 family trips (nights) a year. Room: The Coca-Cola Room. It seems they have Rooms in collaboration with various companies—an interesting concept. However, when selecting a Room on IKYU, it wasn’t clearly indicated that it was the Coca-Cola Room. I think this type of Room will be a matter of personal preference, but our child loved it. Location: Convenient spot facing the main street in Kokubuncho’s downtown entertainment district. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Facility: Basically an unmanned-service Hotel. Check-in is self-service, and you won’t really meet any staff. Breakfast: You can choose omurice or Napolitan at the cafe on the first floor. The portions are large, which was great since it’s kid-friendly food. Overall satisfaction: Very high. It’s reasonably priced for the quality. The collaboration concept is fun, too! The Hotel name also made an impression on our child—they remembered it right away.

    For business trips

    Overall, very satisfied. The workspace was convenient, and the check-in process was smoothly completed through a self-service system. Luggage storage is flexible and easy to use. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor, where you can choose between omelet rice or spaghetti Napolitan. Drinks are unlimited. It was delicious and started the day on a wonderful note. The location is close to the city center, making it very convenient.

    Hotel with a great location

    The hotel is in a great location with excellent access to Christmas illuminations and markets. The room was simple and very comfortable, and I was able to sleep well with the extra pillow provided. I would love to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Sendai.

    This accommodation is even better than expected.

    At Henn na Hotel, while it's hard to evaluate the service or the Onsen/bath, there’s nothing to complain about. Although it’s a bit far from the station, the location is convenient for dining and offers exceptional cost performance. It’s a great hotel where you can enjoy deciding, "Where should I have dinner tonight?"

    Accommodation for Relaxing with Family

    Since being introduced to the Executive Suite, I have become a devoted fan of Chinzanso. While many accommodations restrict lounge access for children, here we can enjoy light meals together during dinner time, even with time limitations, allowing our family to create wonderful memories. With options like garden strolls and spa visits, it’s the perfect accommodation for a relaxing stay without leaving the hotel. The light meals served in the lounge are all delicious and satisfying. However, as many of them pair well with alcohol, I found myself wishing for some rice-based options—mini rice balls would be a delightful addition!

    The LG Styler was not available for use.

    This is a Plan where the Room will be assigned on the day of check-in. Although it was advertised that all rooms have access to an LG Styler, it was out of order and could not be used. I was looking forward to using the LG Styler, so I was very disappointed. Since it couldn't be used, meaning deodorization wasn't possible either, I think at least providing an iron or deodorizer as a substitute would have been appreciated.

    The price was affordable, so I was generally satisfied.

    Noticed some hair on the edge of the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant. However, the check-in process was unique and stress-free as it was unmanned, amenities were sufficient, and the Room had an LG Styler. The Hotel offered its unique charm while being slightly more affordable than nearby options, which was great.

    The toilet and bathroom are separate, which was great.

    Check-in and check-out were smooth. The hallway and Room were clean. Amenities, except for bath salts, were well-prepared, and the refrigerator was clean and stylish. The Room was small, located on the 5th floor, but had no view at all. Having a separate toilet and bathroom was nice. However, it was a bit disappointing to find red mold in some corners of the bathroom.

    Simple and satisfying

    A very unique and efficient Hotel with separate toilet, washroom, and bathroom, making it very user-friendly and thoughtfully designed. It is not a strange Hotel at all; in fact, such Hotels might become more convenient in the future. However, the entrance is located inside an arcade, which made it difficult to find when arriving by car.

    The Hotel itself see...

    The Hotel itself seems fine, but the Room felt slightly small. Additionally, while check-in is supposed to be done online, it did not work as explained, and I ended up waiting for assistance. Clearer instructions might be necessary.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    There were no delays or troubles, and it was a smooth and comfortable stay. The Room was clean, and even on the 6th floor, there was good water pressure, and the Room was clean. The guest Room had one bath towel and one hand towel. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Also, a toothbrush. It would have been nice to have one more hand towel. It might have been nice to have body lotion as well. Breakfast was hearty and satisfying.
