  Due to my own reques...

  Due to my own requests and the condition of the Room’s facilities, I asked to change Rooms, and you responded very quickly—almost more kindly than I deserved. To the manager, the staff who hurried to clean, and everyone at the front desk, thank you very much.

  Very clean.

  Just like in the photos, it was a very clean Hotel with a calm atmosphere. The bath and toilet are in the same space, but instead of the common curtain divider, they were separated, which was great! The Room was clean and spacious, so I could relax comfortably. The only downside was that there was just one small table, which made it a bit inconvenient for eating. The staff were excellent as well—the front desk staff were especially polite and helpful.

  The Room was clean a...

  The Room was clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. It’s within walking distance of sightseeing spots, and there’s also a nearby bus stop, so I highly recommend it!

  I had a comfortable stay.

  The Room was clean and very comfortable. The TV also supports Android, which made the stay even more convenient. I would like to stay here again.

  Short Trip

  Comfortable

  Although it faces the main street of the downtown Katamachi, it is quiet and comfortable. I chose a room with a separate bath and toilet, which was convenient and comfortable. The male staff at check-in was efficient and pleasant. Overall, it was clean, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
