    It was a relaxing Hotel.

    The staff were very attentive, and the Facility, Hotel, and Room were all clean and extremely comfortable.

    It’s my favorite comfort place, but…

    This was my second stay in Kanayama, after staying here last month as well. I like Comfort Hotel and have stayed at the Chubu Centrair International Airport location last January, Shin-Osaka in August, and Kanayama last month. This time, when I entered the Room, the deodorizer smell was very strong, and I wondered why. The carpet also looked worn overall. My wife said it smelled like damp laundry that hadn’t dried properly, but I couldn’t tell because of the deodorizer smell. After waking up the next morning, I could smell that damp odor. It made me think the carpet that looked worn might actually have been wet. Last time we were on the 9th floor and could barely hear the trains, but this time we were on the 7th floor with trains running right below us, and it was quite noisy. I was exhausted so I managed to sleep, but it was disappointing for a second stay. I had really liked Comfort Hotel because it’s reasonably priced, includes breakfast, has a lounge area to relax in, and staff at every location are kind and helpful—so this was truly disappointing. I would like to continue using Comfort Hotel in the future, but I will never use the Kanayama location again.

    Spacious Room size

    I stayed here while attending the F1. The price was high due to the busy season, but that’s unavoidable anywhere. For a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped, and there was enough space in front of the mirror and desk, which I think is especially convenient for women. The Facility was clean overall. It’s also convenient with a convenience store on-site, and it’s close to Kanayama Station, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat nearby.

    The Room amenities are excellent, but the breakfast is...

    I was very satisfied with the Room amenities. The TV was large and the remote responded well. The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept well. However, breakfast was quite inconvenient and didn’t feel relaxing. It’s a spacious area with an open atmosphere... If it’s not crowded, you might be able to enjoy a leisurely mood, but when it’s busy, you have to carry one small divided tray in a buffet style, and you can’t get everything—rice and soup included—in one round. At least a slightly larger tray that allows you to place more items on it would be better. Also, at tables with almost no partitions, everyone placed cards like “In Use” on the tables to reserve seats, and that somehow made me feel uncomfortable as well. The menu had many elaborate dishes that looked delicious, but I usually stick to a simple Japanese breakfast in the morning, so there was almost nothing for me besides rice, miso soup, and salad... Oh—the mackerel flakes were good. In the end, on the second day I only took a smoothie back to my Room, and on the third day I skipped breakfast altogether. Also, the shower water pressure in the Room felt a bit weak. Lastly, about the Multiple Night Stay eco Plan. I expected that even without cleaning or bed-making, at least towels would be replaced... but it didn’t seem like anyone entered my Room; instead, a sanitary bag containing fresh towels was hung on the doorknob. It’s good that new ones were provided, but used towels piled up for three days—it just felt disappointing. If possible, I would have liked them to at least take out the trash from the bin. Sorry for sounding so critical.

    Great value for money

    Free breakfast was a great perk. If you accept that the Hotel does not provide amenities, the Room is simple, the facilities are new and clean, and its proximity to the station makes it very convenient.

    Not just breakfast!

    The complimentary breakfast is so impressive that it feels worth paying for, as I even mentioned during my previous stay in Niigata. The room is well-designed to maximize space, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. On the other hand, the lack of amenities was slightly inconvenient. It would be great if at least cotton swabs and cotton pads were provided.

    Whenever I stay in N...

    Whenever I stay in Nagoya, I always have a pleasant experience at this accommodation. However, unfortunately, one of the hangers was broken. Since it could cause injuries, I would appreciate it if you could check on this. Still, as it is a hotel where I can stay with peace of mind, I look forward to staying here again next time.

    Second stay. Great location and delicious breakfast.

    A 2-minute walk from Kanayama Station, with a FamilyMart on the first floor. The bathroom is more spacious than typical Business Hotels, ensuring comfort. Breakfast is delicious, and the space can also be used for reading or work outside breakfast hours.

    I would love to stay here again.

    I stayed here with my daughter for a concert trip. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and it was very clean. We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was also delicious. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and the towel exchange system was convenient. I would love to stay here again.

    Amenities & Breakfast

    The amenities should be better stocked. Compared with other Business Hotels, they seem limited. Also, the breakfast selection is generally small. At this time of year, I think many guests stay with children and many international travelers as well. I believe it would be better to offer a much more extensive selection.

    Beyond expectations

    Stayed for 3 nights on weekdays at a price in the 7,000 yen range per night. The room was cleaner than expected based on online photos, and the bath was spacious and clean, allowing for a luxurious stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering great value for money—completely satisfied!

    Compact and clean ro...

    Compact and clean rooms. The accommodation is environmentally conscious. The staff are friendly, making it a very comfortable hotel to stay in. I often visit Nagoya, so I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    I would like to use it again.

    The breakfast is...

    I was surprised that there were no rice bowls or soup bowls at breakfast. There was a salad with dressed vegetables, but I felt it was a bit lacking without leafy greens.
