    A Hotel near the station with friendly staff.

    When I called about the parking, they explained everything very kindly, and they were also very helpful when I asked about nearby places to eat. There is parking for 28 cars, and they also have affiliated parking lots; when you arrive, you let the front desk know. The station and a Lawson convenience store are just a few minutes’ walk away. Welcome coffee is available anytime. The Room was clean and nice, but the bathroom shower curtain had turned pink and had mold on it. There was an unpleasant smell when entering the toilet/bathroom area, so I think the curtain was the cause. That was the disappointing part.

    It was reasonably priced and good.

    First of all, the all-you-can-drink service at the front desk was very helpful. Since it’s next to Imabari Station there is a convenience store nearby, but it was great that I could just pick up drinks downstairs. Also, everything at breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was a standard unit bath, but there were bath salts, so I could fill the tub and soak, which helped relieve my fatigue.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The female front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile. These days, I often feel that Hotel staff don’t smile much, but this Hotel was different. It’s new and very clean. If you like trains, you can see Imabari Station from the Room, which is a nice bonus.

    Excellent transportation access.

    Not only is it close to JR Imabari Station, it is also the final stop of the Shimanami Kaido bus from Fukuyama, making it very convenient for getting around. There is also a large, popular spa nearby for cyclists, and discount coupons are available. I would love to stay here again as a base for exploring the Shimanami Kaido.

    Thank you for kindly allowing us to use the lounge even after it had closed following our checkout. It was a great help. We also appreciate your assistance when we lost the cloakroom ticket after leaving our luggage with you. Fortunately, the ticket was later found at our client’s office, and we will return it through them. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We look forward to staying with you again next year!

    Convenient and functional.

    Stayed here before starting the Shimanami Kaido cycling trip. The location is excellent with the station, rental bicycles, and a convenience store right in front. Additionally, juice, alcohol, and coffee are available for free in the lounge. Amenities are self-service; you can pick them up next to the reception and take them to your room—a modern approach. It was drizzling on the departure day, but having a convenience store nearby was very helpful. There is no large public bath within the accommodation; instead, guests use a nearby external facility (hence 4 stars). Would love to stay again when visiting Imabari!

    I had a comfortable stay this time as well.

    The room's spaciousness and cleanliness, as well as the staff's responsiveness, made for a very comfortable stay. I'm looking forward to my next visit. However, the only disappointment this time was the coffee machine. I couldn't use it at the start time on both days, and there were issues like no milk coming out for the latte, possibly due to a malfunction.
