    Great value for money.

    It was a convenient Hotel, just 15 minutes from INTEX Osaka. It was comfortable and good value for money. The downside is that there are only a few parking spaces, so we parked at a coin-operated parking lot a 10-minute walk away for 600 yen per night. That’s tough on rainy days. We look forward to staying again next time.

    The bathroom drain is slow.

    While showering, the water pooled up to around my ankles and did not drain fast enough. I think some adjustment may be needed so that hair and similar debris can flow through the drain pipe more easily. Could it be partially clogged with hair? It was not completely blocked, so I forgot to mention it to the front desk (sorry). If you fill the bathtub for a bath, I think it will take quite a long time for all the water to drain. Last year I stayed in a different Room, and I don’t recall having this issue then. Please check it once before it requires major repairs. I plan to stay again next time as well.     USB charging ports are desirable. It would be convenient if the indoor lighting switches were consolidated. Regarding amenities, while powdered tea was available, it would be appreciated to have coffee and tea as well. Alternatively, providing hot coffee through a vending machine would also be acceptable. The coffee cups at breakfast are small. Considering a future stay is unlikely.

    The entire Facility is spotless!!

    First time staying here as a family of three for an event at Intex Osaka. The Facility was clean. We arrived at 9:00 PM on Saturday, and there were still parking spaces available. There is a 7-Eleven within a 1-minute walk, so we were able to stock up easily. We would like to stay here again next time.

    Clean, safe, and secure with excellent support!

    We used it for a Multiple Night Stay with a family with children. Here are my impressions. - The Room is considerably larger compared to a regular Business Hotel (even with two large suitcases open, there is still space). - Cleanliness (usually you can see mold in the bathroom, but here there wasn't a single stain!) - Cleaning (bed making and cleaning are done very neatly). - Flexible response (there is always someone at the front desk, so they provide support immediately. They also responded to urgent requests that required immediate attention. I am very grateful...) - Soundproofing (the sound from the Room does not echo. There is a little, but it doesn't bother me at all). - Ventilation (ventilation is very thorough). - Bathroom (the amenities are also well-stocked, and I am satisfied. For those who want to soak in very hot water, it might feel a bit lacking, but generally, the water temperature is quite GOOD). - Bed (satisfied with a moderately firm and large bed). Additionally, there is a delicious bakery in the Facility from 7:00 AM, and there is also a coin laundry, so there are no inconveniences. There is also a convenience store within a 3-minute walk!

    Without any particular inconvenience

    Although it was a short stay, I was able to spend my time without any particular inconvenience. Everything was simple, but it was easy to understand and good.
