    Not up to the standards for listing on IKYU!

    I stayed for three nights during Golden Week. To be honest, I won’t stay here again. I was looking for a triple Room. The beds were comfortable, but that was about it. There are two elevators with a stated capacity of six people, but with three people and medium-sized suitcases, they were already full. The front desk staff only seemed attentive at check-in; otherwise there was no greeting, and they were chatting among themselves. The Room had no storage. Even though three of us stayed, we couldn’t unpack our luggage and had to live out of our suitcases. Although we stayed three nights, there was no cleaning other than towel replacement and trash removal (this was not mentioned on IKYU either), so I did a quick clean of the bathroom floor myself every day. There was a partial beige(?) carpet under the bed, but it actually made dirt stand out more and bothered me. There was also dust on top of the door frame, which concerned me as well. Since this is not built like a typical Hotel, you can hear outside noise to some extent. Because it’s in an entertainment district, if people are being loud early in the morning or late at night, you can still hear them even with the windows closed. It was 40–50k yen cheaper than a triple Room at a Hotel, but considering everything above, I won’t stay here next time. I’m surprised this Accommodation is listed on IKYU.

    Comfortable

    The space was very spacious and comfortable. This was my second stay, and I would love to stay again and highly recommend it.

    The Room

    I chose the largest Room to relax, but there was a large pillar over 1 meter wide in the middle, which was very inconvenient. Although not all layouts are the same, it was surprisingly different from the photos. I used the washing machine, but likely due to uncleaned lint filters, even after paying extra to extend drying time, clothes did not dry at all. As a result, I had to spend all night drying clothes with an iron and hairdryer. Other than that, the staff (who were from overseas) were very kind and helpful. The Room's facilities were well-equipped and allowed for a comfortable stay.
